It was absolutely disappointing. The stairs were not secure to the room and I Have an injury, it wasn’t specified that it wasn’t a spa they were wanting an additional 150.00 hr to soak in the tub and sauna was turned off. We left a sand didn’t get even a partial refund we just couldn’t stay there. The manager did not speak English no communication we had to book another room for it was a long drive. We went thinking it was supposed to be relaxing and a spa area .

Restaurant & location were perfect

It was largely clean. Lights didn't work, exhaust fan in bathroom would turn itself on, bed was uneven and if you got close to the edge would make you want to roll out.
Restaurant had music to load. Bakery was closed even though it was supposed to be open by hours and open sign was on.

Very nice set up, clean and convenient to the Park entrance, delicious food and pastries. Will return whenever is possible.

A lady from another room is yelling and screaming and entering our room telling is to be quiet. Pounding on the walls and came through our front door yelling. We are not being loud or yelling or anything like that.

Loved our stay here. Clean, quiet and private (we rented a cabin). Good food at the restaurant. Loved the Cannibal Hot-tub

Room was spacious and clean. There are a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The only thing there were no plates to warm the food in the microwave, but I think you can ask for ones in the restaurant. You should also definitely try our traditional Ukrainian cuisine there!

Super easy check in. Friendly staff :) wish we had been able to arrive earlier.

Pleasantly surprised by our stay! We got the room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out for a friend's weekend so we could have separated beds. The room, while part of a multi-room building, felt surprisingly private, more spacious than expected, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had heated floors-a major perk for us since it was winter time. The on-site restaurant was SO GOOD and had a wide variety of wines to choose from. Will definitely be staying here again.

Extremely friendly and a very cozy place

If you want to get away from the city and everyday bustle, then this is the place for you. It’s quiet, cozy, comfortable, the food is delicious, the night goes by in an instant, the mattresses are very comfortable. There is also a sauna, which is very difficult to find in our area, and a wood-burning jacuzzi right next to the forest and fresh clean air.....

Cute spot in the mountains along the highway. Friendly people, clean & fun mountain atmosphere. Also appreciated that it was quiet. Bed was comfy but a little hard for my personal tastes.

It was great! Close to the mountain, clean, everything we needed for a quick night out of town. Only down fall, the people next to us were loud and the walls seemed pretty thin could hear everything.
Don’t skip the restaurant and bakery! Dinner and breakfast were amazing! Very reasonably priced as well

Beautiful location and view. Cute and sufficient cabins. Best part is the cannibal hot tub. Food is good! Small suggestion would be- Needs to finish the pending building work soon!

It was an amazing place!
They're so nice and we went there during Thanksgiving week. There was only one place open during the holiday around Mt Rainer.
Their restaurant and hot tub and sauna were also amazing.

I liked it, it’s just that something didn’t work but they solved it on time. Restaurant is great.

There is no customer service. We cannot access the TV channels or apps and there is no one to assist with the problem. The woman at reception called the manager and they would not help, telling us to go to the link in our email. They did not send an email !!! Very disappointing.

The entrance area looked unkempt. Thankfully the rooms were rennovated as described and customer service was good when we had questions. They were understaffed which led to delays but the staff were very nice and competent!

Loved the private block cottages.

We stayed in one of the cabins and it was quite nice and quiet. Very close to the entrance of the park. Private and you have your own parking space. Wifi was extremely good in the cabin. Heated floors in the bathroom were a very nice touch. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Only note i’d make is that lighting is a little limited in the room, an extra lamp would have helped.
As a side note… not an exact tie to the room but they do advertise a restaurant onsite. When we arrived there was an open sign on the breakfast/bakery location but it wasn’t actually open at all during our stay. We took a look at the restaurant menu but the prices were just insane for potatoes and carbs. Not what you see online. This is no reflection of the room but something to keep in mind if you like the idea of food onsite - we did but never ended up eating there due to the price tag.

This was the perfect property and a great private cabin while visiting Mount Rainier.
I actually booked a smaller cabin that did not have its own bathroom, and called and told the manager we made a mistake and would like to book a room w/ bathroom which was the same price. He instantly put us in a bigger cabin that cost much more that had its own bathroom and no charge for the upgrade ! Stellar service ! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel ! They wanted me happy, and they succeeded !

Excellent and Beautiful Property! Clean and Updated!

Our trip was amazing. The outside of the building left a lot to be desired. We were a bit concerned when we first pulled in. Once we got to the room however it was amazing! We had a King bed cabin and it was completely renovated. The most beautiful bathroom! The bed was unbelievably comfortable. I was very clean and staged perfectly. We will definitely be back to this hidden treasure.

I’ve stayed at the main cabins in the past, and as before, the stay, the staff and the facilities were exceptionally clean. No doubt that I’ll continue to book at Paradise Village, as in my experience, everything is always neat and extremely comfortable.

Paradise Village was a beautiful place to stay! Very convenient after a hike at Mt. Ranier National Park. The restaurant was delicious as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our cabin was nice and rustic feeling. The staff were very nice even though they were short staffed. We were looking forward to the hot tub but there is an extra charge. This was not stated on the Hotel.com website. We did not eat dinner there but it smelled wonderful and the restaurant was super busy.
We did enjoy the pastries in the morning

Liked the little private home.

Pros: comfortable bed, on site restaurant (food delicious), easy check in and check out.
Cons: mold in appearance inside bathroom above the door. Noisy easily can hear other guests having normal not loud conversations. Strange odor

Restaurant was a joke. We phoned ahead at 6.30 asking if reservations for dinner were required. We were told to come down before 8.20. When we get to the restaurant at 7.20 there is a sign up saying no more orders. We spoke to the survey waitress who reluctantly seated us, stating that we would have to wait 1 and 1/2 hours for food. The restaurant was half full. Our food came within 30mins, we both had the rib-eye stake and can confirm that this was the worst, toughest steak we have even had. Dreadful!

The room was very nice but a lot smaller than we were led to believe. It did not have a tub as pictures showed. It’s possible we were confused about what they had to offer in some areas as that was vague on site, First impression was not good because the front of it looked Very cluttered and disorganized. Overall the experience was good.

Ukrainian staff, so automatically a plus. The cabin was clean and cute, except no shower or bathroom attached to it. Have to walk 25 yards to it. Don’t expect hot water, just Luke warm. Very much like glamping. Charming place

We stayed in cabin number three. It was clean and the bathroom was very nice. Heated floors. The shower was really good. He espresso machine was fantastic and the beds were comfortable

The cabins were darling! Updated and private. Very comfortable and quiet. Such a beautiful little spot and the food available onsite was delicious!

room was clean, dinning options were limited...dinning service slow due to lack of staff...did not have items listed on menu.

The location is so idyllic! The grounds and buildings are very cute. The beds were clean and comfortable, and it was great having a microwave and fridge. There were some things that were falling apart in the room and the bathroom was clean, but had a mildew/mold scent. Also, they seem to be understaffed -- there was one lady who helped us with check-in, was waitressing at the (delicious!) restaurant, and was working in the cafe in the morning. She was sweet, but waiting times were long and she obviously needed an extra hand.
