Excellent location close to all city attractions and shopping. Hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and friendly. We received a bottle of wine as VIP welcome and it was very appreciated.

Great location right next to Colon metro station and where all the things happen in Valencia.
Hotel looks very nice and you can see there was put a lot of effort into it. Staff is friendly and breakfast was decent.
Rooms are little small, though and a little dark due to the small inner space (can’t really be called a yard they look to) and some slippers would be more than welcome.

Cute hotel in the Center of Valencia,. Easy access on foot to all major landmarks. Excellent New Year party. José , guest service manager was super helpful.

Cannot understand how this hotel gets such good reviews, we found it soulless and very average , the decor is dated and the rooms and especially the bathrooms need an overhaul, would not recommend

We absolutely loved this hotel - it's not imposing from the outside but when you get inside lobby, it's stylish, beautifully decorated throughout and the staff are wonderful and so welcoming. The hotel is centrally located between two metro stations and just minutes walk away from the shopping areas, historical squares and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is delicious and abundant and the waitstaff(who are lovely) will also take orders from the menu too. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough for a stay in Valencia - it's fabulous!

Great stay in a nice hotel in a good location for exploring the city. Most things we wanted to see were within walking distance. Beach was a short cab ride away. Front desk staff always very helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations

This hotel was amazing! The room was small, but decorated beautifully and the bathroom shower was wonderful! The ac was cold and bed super comfy! We loved the Spicy Pisco cocktail on the rooftop bar, highly recommend! The location was ideal for walking to shops and restaurants - on a busy street! Also very easy to catch a cab from here as well! Staff was helpful with recommendations, calling taxis and storing luggage after checkout. Wonderful place to stay in Valencia!

Staff at the desk were kind, friendly and helpful. Got us checked in asap after travelling. Even went as far as making restaurant reservations without us even asking. I’d come back!

We loved our stay at this lovely hotel. Hotel is in a great location for shopping, restaurants and for seeing the sights. Spotlessly clean with lovely, friendly helpful staff. The rooftop bar was an added bonus with live music on the night we visited. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

The location on the main shopping street and proximity to the Old Town is great. The room is well appointed with nice design, and the breakfast is fabulous.

Nicely designed and furnished, very eco friendly (requires card insert for lights/power). Reception was helpful and provided recommendations. It was quite quiet at night despite being on a busy road. Had a really nice rooftop bar, and a piano bar on the 2nd floor. Overall very nice stay, and worth the money paid!

Great location on the edge of the old city.
Only downside was the mattress could have been slightly softer. Otherwise perfect stay.

- my room had to be changed twice because there was a drainage problem (rooms had a smell)
- breakfast is made to order which is nice but the options are limited and you cannot adjust the meal to your taste

Hotel location was perfect; easy access to the metro, close to the old town/restaurants and convenient for buses to farther afield. The hotel is on the main shopping street, but our room was facing inwards, so super quiet (rooms seemed to have good soundproofing too). We were upgraded to a premium room upon check-in and when we mentioned a couple of complimentary items were missing in our room, the staff rectified that within minutes. All the members of staff we encountered (reception, restaurant and housekeeping) were most helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, esp. the cooked egg options and fruit selection. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there if I visit Valencia again

The location is great and close to many shopping and dining options. The staff is very friendly. The room, although not very big, but reasonably sized for a boutique hotel. The room is very clean and well-decorated. The coffee machine and supplies are excellent.

All in all a great stay for 4 nights. Superb location, quiet and nice rooms, however we could not figure out the aircon. Amazing bar and great breakfast with nice staff. Some of the staff in the reception would need some training, as to look up and say "hello" or "good morning". Amazing beds. Might even stay here next time.

Really beautiful hotel. The restaurant/ piano bar as well as the rooftop seck were extra special things I was not expecting. Front desk was great. Ordered room service and the food was good! Location is also very good, though on a busy street. Easy to walk everywhere.

Perfect stay, complimentry red wine greatly appreciated. Very nicely decorated throughout. Only issue is that the window didn’t stay open so you are forced to use the air con to cool down the room when the window would have been fine.

Lovely hotel in a great location nice and clean we stayed four night the room was very nice we had breakfast there was plenty of choices and nice room for evening drinks the staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us if I was in Valencia again I would stay at this hotel again
