The property besides being beautiful is well maintained. I was very pleased with the staff service in all areas except the premium front desk staff. They should all be retrained or get rid off, starting for the manager that was there on my arrival on 2/23/23 afternoon.
The room was very nice but the beds were too hard. I had requested a queen size bed and I was given a double bed. I honestly think that they do not treat some guests from Expedia very well. They just try to accommodate them in the rooms less sellable. This my second time booking thru expedia and I don't think I will do any more. I honestly do not know if this review helps.

The place is really nice and clean the food amazing room services was great, the pool super clean, beach view amazing. BUT the Staff was out of this world from check in to check out, David our butler was so kind and professional, Rocio, Bienvenido, Alvaro, Eddy, Salomon you made this trip unforgettable. Thank you all

I had the Premium package and i would recommend choosing this if you are going to Impressive. The food is better, the drinks are better and the rooms. Really changes the experience

Stayed for 9 nights at Impressive Premium Punta Cana and my family vacation was perfect. No complaints about the room, food and staff. Highly recommend!

Horrible horrible week we had.
Do not recommend this hotel.
Food was awful, buffet and specialty restaurants.
Staff was okay but mostly rude.
Our room was very loud we could hear everything. Cleaning service passed twice during our one week. We had to call them to come and when they decided to come it was at 5pm or 730am when we were in the room … made absolutely no sense.
The hotel got worse by the day. Drain in the shower didn’t work. Cockroaches in the bathtub. Honestly one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at. Definitely not a 4.5-5 star hotel.

We had an amazing vacation at this hotel!! While some reviews we saw before booking were a bit concerning, we’re glad we did not follow them!
1. Food: the food is amazing, you get to eat local food!! This is a great place to go if you want to eat plantains, all types of beans and grilled meat, and many other local dishes. This is not the place to go if you’re looking to eat burgers, pizza and pasta, although they serve them daily as well.
2. Staff: all the staff is really friendly, always smiling and saying hi. Many complained that they “only” speak Spanish..but how many foreign languages do are spoken in North America and Europe?
The hotel is kept really cleaned daily, there are many pools, and great access to the beach. The gym is really great too.
The hotel maintains gardens around buildings, which makes it really nice to walk around.

Short on staff, food was just OK. Left alot to be disired. Room was not what was expected. Had no hot water, ever! Would definitely not stay at this resort again.

Good location, polite, kind staff and nice landscaping with beautiful ocean view BUT the resorts’s bedroom interiors are very disappointed, like beds are very uncomfortable! The room in general has a terrible smell like old, humidity, it has old furniture, dirty, stained dining chairs, mattresses, sofas, chairs, sheets and towels are very old and rough on the skin, too. I had to book another place at ‘TRS Cana Hotel’ to stay the rest of my vacation.
I definitely don’t recommend to stay at this place called ‘Impressive Premium resort’

She worked every day to make our stay the best one: made everyday reservations for the restaurants and also help us with some issues with the room.
I ONLY RECOMMEND THE PREMIUM
The welcome was so bad, I felt discriminated (in my own country) just for arrived at 1:40 (the check in time is 3:00) usually we walk around the facilities, drink some juice and them, complete the check in process with the room.
But in this case, they charged us $20.00 just for let us be in the facilities before 3:00 o clock. That’s is not a “premium service” just for being Dominicans. (We saw another customers get into free).
After all, the service of the staff in the restaurants are amazing. They deserved my respect.
When you book this hotel, be sure to requests “Julia Roberts” services, she is the best, she saved our

I didn’t like the rudeness of most of the staff, main pool was dirty, premium area was not premium at all. All the bars only had watered drinks and every where you walk someone was trying to sell you something, pushy actitud

Highly recommend getting the premium (vs the regular Impressive resort). The hotel grounds were beautiful and maintained well - beautiful gardens and the beach was insanely beautiful. The Premium pool were definitely where we spent most of our time - had a swim-up bar and everything. Would recommend booking tours through the hotel (rather than randos from the beach). Food was the least exciting thing at this resort - average at best. But besides that, everything exceeded my expectations as this is my first all-inclusive resort experience.

The ocean front jacuzzi room we booked was terrible and nothing like to photos online. The bed was hard as a rock, the room was small and cramped and the refrigerator gave you a shock when you touched it, and the room wasn't in the Premium section of the resort. We asked for another room but of course we could notget a comparable room with a jazuzzi and were down graded to a pool view jrsuite. That room was more than double the size of the first. The housekeeping was deplorable. Apparently they didn't feel we tipped enough and therefor wouldn't replace the used towels, soap or shampoo. Running out of shampoo I put the near empty bottles in my shaving bag. When we returned the shaving bag had been opened and no replacementsoap or shampoo had been put in the bathroom. I was stashing bottle of coca cola in by luggage to take to the beach if I so desired. When I went to get a bottle I discovered that someone had rummaged through my luggage and taken some of the bottles I hid! The so-called Butller Danny did nothing for us. He was full of promises upon arrival, but we heard nothing for two days. When I went to enquire at the front desk, he appeared and said he didn't know we had switch rooms. He said he would arrange dinners for us and get back to us. That was the last we saw of him. All of the food was mediocre and the service was terrible. We had to constanly raise our glass to get wine, water or coffee. If you are white and only speak English, you will be ignored by the staff.

We waited more than one hour for check in. There were more people in the reception than visitors. People are Not honest and everyone is trying to make money and I understand. I will tell people not to go there

This resort exceeded my expectations by quite a lot! From the moment we got out of our taxi we had Angel who greeting us so happily and welcoming offering us a drink and making our check in process super smooth and easy. I LOVED that we had the PREMIUM because we had a more private check in separate from the regular lobby. I truly felt special! They did everything they could to get us our two rooms close to each other and even gave us a few special deliveries to our rooms for celebrating our bday and anniversary. I was very impressed with their great customer service! Everyone was extremely nice and with such a great attitude I felt like I’ve known them for years!
The resort it’s self if very IMPRESSIVE (wink), quite big, beautiful and clean! Very nature with a lot of palm trees, etc. I loved having premium pools and private beach away from the regular ones that was great all with awesome swim up bars and amazing bartenders. Angel made sure our reservations for everyday were completed and asked about our experience everyday, the buffet was good pretty varied with food. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would highly suggest to upgrade to PREMIUM! I will for sure be going back!

Staff was rude and negligent. Had to fight with tne hotel who claimed that we didnt have a reservation and there was nothing ready for us. No service from concierge at all. There was only one helpful person, Francisco. That's it.

The premium beach was beautiful and the staff was great at the beach bar. The pools were also nice and plenty of them! The food was alright, breakfast the best. The rooms could’ve been much more clean, my lamp had mold on it. I didn’t get new towels everyday neither. I also found bugs in the bathroom. The room did need some updates. The staff was overall friendly but we did encounter some rude ones but that’s every where you go. A lot of stuff closed due to Covid I’m assuming and staffing issues. The grill house restaurant was great! Personally, I wouldn’t go back to this resort but it was a relaxing vacation.
