Hotel was busy, sports tournaments in the area. check in was easy, staff friendly, building was clean, pool was fun. room was clean and well supplied. only complaint was coffee maker pot in room needed cleaning, Coffee was available near front desk. breakfast was very good. enjoyed our brief stay

I use hotels around this area when I drive up and down to my son’s college. , Hotel might be newly renovated or built. Reasonable price and Very clean for everything. Front desk staff are very friendly. Will come back next week

Hotel was comfortable and clean enough, but the walls and floors seemed very "thin" - could EASILY hear people walking in the hallway and walking in the room above us, as if this was a cheaply constructed hotel.

Everything was great....except the breakfast...which was abysmal. None of the drinks in the fountain machine worked. The "hot" foods were barely room temperature and most tasted like they had been out for hours upon hours. Many of the items were out and were not replenished. Overall very disappointing especially considering the amazing breakfast we had at a competitor.

We had one problem. When we checked into our room there was food in the refrigerator and indications the bathroom had not been cleaned (toilet paper in the toilet). The front desk immediately provided us with another room but we had had a long day and we did move. Just another hassle. Graham Morgan

Our stay was just ok. Service was requested due to being placed in wheel-chair accessible room. The bathroom flooded and we had to place towels all over to soak it up. I requested house keeping to come in and replace towels at 8am. When we returned at 9:30PM know one had come by and I had to go ask the front desk for additional towels. At 11:30pm the room above use came alive with what we were told were children. They were slamming doors, screaming, jumping, and who knows what else. I went to the front desk and was assured they would say something. took over 35min for them to calm down. Hotel was clean, however they seemed understaffed.

Booked a room through expedia after a very long day working in the area. Got to the hotel and they had no record of our reservation. Finally got that resolved and got to our room with 2 beds. My wife pulled her sheets back and it looked like soneone had slept in the bed. Dirty sheets ...wife isnt happy.

I arrived at 6:20pm to check in and the room wasn't ready. I waited with my kid in the lobby for just under an hour. The staff member was apologetic and said they were short staffed in housekeeping, but it was irritating. The hotel was noisy.

The room was not clean. There was a pair of headphones in plain sight on the floor as well as plastic wrapping and other dirt/crumbs. Both beds were dirty. The sheets had several stains and there were crumbs and debris between the sheets. Pillows were a mix of air and rock solid. The pool was clean, but the towels provided weren’t great. Breakfast was good and the staff kept the area well stocked.

The staff were great and the property was clean. My family had a wonderful time at the pool and the patio area.

I arrived at 2:45 and had no problem checking in a little early. However, 2 different relatives arrived later in the day and their rooms were not ready; one did not get the floor they’d requested months earlier.
On the second night of my stay, I found that staff had moved an extra bed and bag of linens into my room (I assume for the next scheduled occupants)… I just rolled it back out into the hallway.
Breakfasts were good and well-stocked.

Room was spotless clean (and I am super picky about my hotels but this one meets my cleanliness standards)…whole hotel actually was. Customer service was friendly. Free breakfast was a bonus. All around a wonderful hotel! Our go-to hotel when we come back to visit friends and family.

Mostly outstanding. I think the showers could be a little better. Water spray wasn't too good and it was a little too high for my wife to reach. Also bathroom fan runs constantly. A little annoying.

When we first arrived the front desk staff were rude and barely came out of the back. They didn’t tell us that we needed to put the key in for the lights to turn on. Room did not get cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. They said they only clean the room or change sheets/bring towels after a 5 night stay. Very disappointing and gross. Sheets smelled of sweat. Could hear through walls baby crying next door. 3 sleepless nights.

The building and room were good. The problem was that they gave away our two queen-bed room that we specifically reserved for four of us, snd gave us a room with a king bed and a small uncomfortable sofabed. The whole point of reservations and choosing room is to prevent this kind of thing from happening. We requested honoring our booking as made but they essentially blamed expedia and said there is nothing they can do.
