My recent stay at The Times Square EDITION left me with mixed feelings, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to others seeking a memorable experience. First and foremost, the hotel is overpriced, and what's worse, they charge you for various things without informing you beforehand. This lack of transparency regarding additional charges is disappointing and gives the impression of a money-grabbing approach that does not align with the expectations of a top-tier establishment. The stay itself was very mediocre. The hotel room, in particular, was incredibly small, far from the spacious and comfortable atmosphere portrayed in the pictures. The misleading images on the website create false expectations, and the reality is a cramped space that doesn't justify the price tag attached to it. While the majority of the staff was friendly and accommodating, the checkout receptionist stood out for all the wrong reasons. Not only was their demeanor rude, but they also refused to explain the various fees on my bill. Instead of providing clarity, they dismissively instructed me to check the website for details. This lack of customer service and unwillingness to address concerns is unacceptable, especially when dealing with financial matters.

Service is excellent, rooms are clean. Location is perfect for a central place in New York. My wife and I love it.

Awesome place to stay at. Smells out of this world and the attention from all the staff is top notch. Can’t wait to be back in NY just to be back at this hotel

Great stay!

Great location! Rooms are not big, but have everything needed and excellent bed and comfortable pillows. Nice lobby, restaurant and bar. Staff good except some of the doormen who are not attentive to guests coming and going. Modern and clean. Stayed on 38th floor so very quiet, which is unusual in NY. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience. The Garden breakfast at the 9th floor on a Sunday Morning, WOW was amazing. And The Waiter Armando made our experience even better. He offered us to take our picture outside on the terrace with the Times Square View . It Was amazing, my daughter was very happy. We will definitely come back and bring our whole family to the hotel and to the Garden Breakfast to meet Armando and have the amazing experience we had.

There was a big issue with checking in. they said they was giving me a credit never received it i picked this place over everyone due to the ratings. I probably will never come back. but hey they may change there process

Very disrespectful customer service and rooms are tiny

Excellent overall experience, especially among otherthhings; the housekeeping staff, the gentlemen who arranged transportation for us to various and venues. It was the latter staff that helped us so much, with important things such as luggage storage while we did other errands before departing NYC today. The same gentleman (I cannot remember his name.) arranged our transportation today back to LGA for the trip back to Tampa. Kudos to him and his staff!!

The thing that stood out the most at this hotel was the excellent customer service. Everyone was SO friendly and helpful always. A special thank you to Doris in housekeeping - she payed special attention and was so thoughtful. The location was excellent if you want to be IN Times Square, you’re literally right there. Overall a beautiful boutique feel hotel with 5 star service.

The room are very small. Almost we can walk if left the luggage open. The closets very small too . In other words is like a cruise room

Our stay at the Times Square Edition Hotel was incredible. The amenities, such as turn-down service and mindful hygiene amenities, were fantastic. The reception staff was warm and welcoming, even accommodating our early check-in and late checkout for my birthday. Special thanks to Gery and Ivana for the thoughtful champagne and cake birthday surprise. Fernando ensured our luggage was securely stored. Our room had a stunning view and efficiently catered to the NYC lifestyle. The hotel's central location is perfect for exploring the city, though rideshares may face congestion issues. One small hiccup was an encounter with a bartender who could have been more professional. However, this didn't diminish our overall experience. In summary, this hotel is a top choice for its amenities, exceptional staff, and special touches. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Manhattan.

The hotel is great with so many amenities and the facilities are up to a high standards. The service is really good and it catered to all our needs The area is noisy and crowded but expected to be and adds to the trip vibes

What a beauty of a hotel! An absolute amazing staff and environment. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the entrance. Not the mention the amazing aroma of the beautiful hotel. I will cherish the memories made out on the lobby bar patio! I would definitely stay here again and I 100x recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

Staff was very accommodating and helpful

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. The bar was great. The front of the hotel was clean but the street itself smelled bad but again expected in Times Square area. Overall great hotel and would recommend it.

Don’t believe anything they tell u there liers and the place is very dirty and it’s untrusted cleaning clean try’s to pack ur cloths tooth brush everything u have she moves in touch it is very gross
