I’m comparing this hotel to few blocks down hotel I stayed at before 3 times , OGLAKCIOGLU PARK BOUTIQUE HOTEL
The best but 86 less service articles rules which is really weird,in the restaurant you can’t put 2 tables together and we are 3 people one has to sit alone ,3 people can only have one room key,they have soup from 10 to 10:30 we go at 10:20 they sais we are closed ,so ota ok hotel ,i have to say the guy ay front desk Sarkan was so polite and accommodating I haven’t see. Someone that nice in turkey in 4 years
So so stay at the other one and they have coffee and tea all day

BE CAREFUL, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOOSE THE JOY OF THIS BEAUTIFUL CITY OF IZMIR, THIS PLACE CAN’T BE EVEN A 1 STAR HOTEL
The reasons why I can’t give this place more than 1 star and will never recommend it to anybody are:
1. After I completed the check in we went to our room on floor 4 and as soon as the guy opened the door the room was smelling really bad, when I told the guy if he could please change the room for us, his answer was: you just need to open the windows and flush the toilet lol… then I had to go down to talk to the manager and after some arguments and him telling me the hotel is booked when I am very sure it’s not, I told him I can’t sleep in that room, the smell was awful, I told him I really prefer to sleep in my car instead.Then when he saw how insisting I was he said ok I’ll give you another room.
2. The rooms, the first one and the second one are not clean, the beds smell smoke, the toiled has spots on it, the laminate floors are all scratched and too old, the washroom door is swelled from bottom and needs replacement maybe 10 years a go, the bed cover at the side where you put your legs are dirty.
My advice just be careful and don’t come close to this weird place.

The room and the bathroom at the hotel are good. Linen and towels are good and clean.
However, the reception staff are not helpful at all. Nobody could understand English and was also not really interested in having a ‘google translate’ conversation. One eventually gave me directions on the first day; I walked for 30 min with no luck. They would just shrug their shoulders and literally walk away. Just to find from store owners that tourist info has closed.
The breakfast staff were friendly though and the breakfast is great.

It was a wonderful hotel, perfectly located about 5-10min walk from nice restaurant by the sea and from the Old bazar and Hisar cami. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. They helped me with early arrival, and to fix my suitcase locker that broke.
The room was very nice and nicely decorated. The view from the breakfast/restaurant was fabulous.
I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel.

Staff was very helpful and place was very charming as was the neighborhood. There is a great little coffee/wine cafe next door with great food as well.

This is the best hotel I stayed during my Turkey trip. It was exceptionally good. Room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and new looking, AC was powerful and silent. The price was very reasonable. Hotel staff was very cheerful as well.

Little noisy Airconditioner don’t work, we had to open a balcony door. That’s why was noise from busy street

Hotel amenities were very good, it was close to the seaside and the staff were very helpful. Its on a one way street which we had difficulties navigating to with our GPS but one of their staff came to the nearby street where we were parked and drove the car to the hotel and parked. Parking is on the street and only allowed overnight until around 10am.

The hotel was good and very well located near the main attractions of the city. The breakfast was decent and the cleaning ladies were perfect.
The only thing to complain about is the manager/receptionist who asked us to pay extra money from the amount agreed on the reservation because the price was apparently not correct on the reservation and did not take into account the extra person we had (which was clear in our reservation).
I refused to pay as it was not our fault if their pricing was not correct. They claimed that it was the agent's fault (hotels.com or expedia), I am not saying they are lying but it is so unprofessional to make the client pay for a mistake he/she did not do. If it is the hotel's pricing error, then the hotel should pay, if it is the agent's error, then the agent should pay. And that bothered us in our stay as we had to discuss this matter with 3 different people and argue that it is not us that have to pay.
That's really unfortunate as the hotel was really good.

Hotel is on a busy road , airconditiong avarage, was given a smoking room (altough was advertised as nonsmoking) was told they can chnage room but never happened, some staff were happy help but others not so.
Overall, avarage hotel, close to turisty places .

this hotel is located across the street from authentic old town Bazar. Metro station is by hotels entrance. Posh part of the city is called Alsanjac and it takes 15 minutes walking through main boulevards to be reached. Sea boardwalk is 10 minutes walk.Buses and trains are close also. Staff will tell u how to reach Ephesus by train. Rooms have small terrace. Staff is very pleasant. Breakfast restaurant has a view of the old middle-age Bazar with 3 mosques and a partial sea view. Breakfast is very good and the lady who supervise it is extremely sweet. Her name is Gumzee.

Great hotel in the city center. Breakfast was royal. The parking is offsite. We walked to all the attractions. we spent two nights in Izmir. Try the cag kebabs in Kizlaragasi Han, near Hisar Cami. Easy to spot them, doner are horizontal and cag are vertical.

This is a horrible place. They are sooo dirty I found old fork and room service receipt from the previous guests on my couch. The bathroom smelled like someone was smoking in there. They never changed sheets (we saw the lady cleaning our room). They say there is air condition but the room was so hot and when we asked them about it they said we dont have air conditioning its a central system. The noise from the neighborhood makes it very hard to sleep. Their internet connection is unstable. The people at the reception are not interested in serving their guests and seem irritated when we asked them a question they were more focused on their phone calls.

The room and bathroom were not cleaned properley when we first got to the hotel, design of the room was unsatisfactory especially when it comes to availability of electric outlets and location of clothes cabinet.
We booked the superior room which was v.good in area but still the location of the clothes cabinet was not good ( very close to the bed ) and have onley one elecric outlet that was located at the further end of the room (near the window and none near the bed)
Hair dryer went off aftwr using it for less than 2 minutes and also no extra electric outlet orher the one used for the hair dryer. Not very good in soundproof

I was very impressed with this hotel, original just looking for a place that come with airport shuttle so I can sleep for a night before head to Alacati next day, but as soon as I arrived, i feel i would love to stay in this place couple of days.
Location is very convenient, great view of breakfast restaurant, many choices and healthy food, so thank you.
Please note. They dont have shuttle service like they mentione online. But you can take a taxi, it cost like $10.

The room I was in was overlooking a busy street but it did not bother me. The front desk was quite helpful. Ifelt safe staying here as a solo traveler. Breakfast so so

Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff and awesome breakfast. I just wish that cleaning people would vacuum the carpets more often. Other than that everything was great. We stayed at room 603 best view of the city. We really enjoyed our trip, izmir is a beautiful city with genuinely kind people.

The location was very good right at a metro stop. You could find all types of stores around the hotel. It is very close to the Kemeralti region. The room was large enough and very clean and comfortable. The wifi was fast. The staff were extremely helpful. From upper floors, the city view at night was very nice. The open buffet free breakfast was very good. It was a great stay.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is new and clean. The staff is friendly and services is good. I am surprised that they even offer complimentary soup at night. Also, the location is excellent with easy access to tourist attractions and restaurants. It is located just in frond of a metro station. I will stay here again when I visit Izmir.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, very close to bazaars and shops. The staff were all very helpful, they helped. me to purchase and top up a metro card and dealt with my requests promptly. I used the metro literally outside the hotel to travel to Izmir Airport. I will be using the hotel again in August.
