Clean & comfortable

Great hotel, new, clean and very comfortable. Location is in a mall parking lot, so not a great place to hang out, but perfect if you have other places to go during the day.

This was such a spacious room! We had two comfortable and clean beds as well as a pull out couch. So much space!

Easy and convenient check-in and parking, with providing breakfast.

The property was neat and clean. I especially liked the modern decor and pleasant colors used in the suites. The staffers were friendly and efficient. When we checked in we were greeted by a friendly desk clerk who encouraged me to select one of the many soft drinks that were in the well stocked snack bar. If I return to the area in the future, I would not hesitate to stay at Homewood suites again.

This is my second stay there, both over Xmas. Both times this hotel was clean, quiet and had everything we need. Also great to be pet friendly as I have a dog. Highly recommend. My only suggestion is sone hooks be the entry into the room.

How is a great place to stay? It is too bad they have to charge such high prices.

The staff were terrible. The receptionist never says "you are welcome" or whatever, each of three times when I said thank you at the end of conversation or request. The staff also did not even try to find my lost items (mixed with towels in the swimming area - I was only one of two people who used the swimming pool that evening. They said, " oh, we have tons of towels" when i asked to see if they can find them immediately the other person brought out the towels after my departure of the pool (like five minutes), and the following morning, the other staff told me that "you might have lost somewhere else" when asking to see if they popped up. The worst thing was that the bathtub drainage did not work after taking a shower when I tried to fill up the bath tub to take a bath. It did not drain water from my shower, I asked to fix that, the frost desk person did say that the handman went to home, and either to wait until 7 am following morning or bring all my stuff to the front desk to change into another room. That was a suite I paid a lot of money for important zoom meeting at 8 following morning, I already finished all the set up... I just asked them to see if I can take a shower in some other place, they said flat "no". Even when i explained that I had a lot of things already in the refrigerator and clothing hung in the closet, they even did not offer to help me to carry my bags, I had three bags including computer bag, so I needed to move down twice to bring all the stuff down

The staff was wonderful, check in and out was easy, breakfast was fantastic, we had the pool to ourselves, the suite was great, lacked nothing. Can't wait to stay again.

Whomever checked me in and was on duty while I was there was so nice and helpful.

I have stayed here pre Covid and it was a great experience. But this time we were shocked when the house keeping told us there is no soup or liquid bath gel in the hotel . I hope all is well.

I stayed here by myself to take my time moving my son into UMass Amherst. The location was perfect! Everything you could need from any store was right near by. The room was huge! It felt like staying at a cute studio apartment. Everything was clean, amenities stocked etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very clean, excellent customer service, and was even grateful to learn my room was ready a couple of hours before normal check in! Very convenient to Amherst for medical appointments.

Good location for UMass. Lots of shopping nearby.

Beautiful rooms and hallways

Very clean and well kept property. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Loved that a Starbucks and Dunkin are within walking distance.

This hotel is a little pricey but the room was huge and I was very surprised to see a fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, dishwasher and stovetop. Very convenient! I would definitely stay here again

Overall experience is superb. But the breakfast is bad, the kitchen doesn't bother to stock up food at all. And utensils are sometimes missing.
