Good central downtown location with great amenities. Nice breakfast and the pool and gym were great too.

Good location close to several hawker markets and local fruit shop. They gave us a free upgrade to the executive suites which was nice. Room was functional. Pool is big and had nice views.

The hotel is in a great location close to china town as well as the marina area. Check in was pretty slow but apart from that staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was excellent - spacious, comfortable bed and good facilities in the kitchen area. The only slight downside was the toilet that opened into the sleeping area so you need to be very comfortable with the person you are sharing the room with!
The hotel gym and pool were also excellent with a great view of the surrounding skyscrapers.
We didn’t pay for breakfast which seemed quite expensive and instead used the cafe nextdoor (Group Therapy) which did a great brunch menu.
Overall a great hotel.

Great area super convenient. Super comfortable bed and spacious room. The only thing that put me off is the open bathroom plan, if I wanted to hear my partners bowl movements everyday I’d stay home.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to Telok Ayer and Chinatown MRT stations. Room is large, universal power and usb points and kitchenette with filtered water tap are nice touches. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel and very central location. So easy to walk to the Marina and Gardens of the bay also close to Singapore river and the quays.

The hotel is new and in excellent condition. The room we had was large, with a kitchenette and great view. The room was very clean, and I am fussy about that. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers to Singapore. It is located very close to Chinatown and the financial district. We walked within 20 minutes to Clarke’s Quay, Marina Bay, etc. There is an MRT station just a couple of blocks away.

During the last three weeks, we visited seven different countries and can say this hotel was easily the best!! A perfect location, an early check in, a late check out, and we could go on and on. Would definitely stay there again.

Stay was really good, great location, staff very friendly.
Only area of improvement is the time my room got cleaned. It was post 4pm which was a little out of my liking.
Overall very happy with my stay.

The custom scent that permeates that lobby is so wonderful! They use the scent for the shampoos and lotions. The best thing is the MTR Chinatown station is 2 blocks away. But to return to the hotel, make sure to look for the "F exit" since there are many possible exits for the chinatown station. It is on another level from all the other exits.

Location is very good

Given then price I don't think it's great value.
Service wasn't exceptional. Breakfast is expensive and limited choice.
The only positive is the proximity to where I go to work.

We were most happy about early complimentary check in. The staff was very accommodating and the room was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the stay. If you can walk for 30-40 min don’t bother with the metro, just walk to the gardens and Merlion- the city is clean and safe.

It’s very convenient with east assess to China Town. However, the management of house cleaning schedule is the worst that we’d ever experienced. We spend a lot of our time upon request of cleaning and nothing happened.

Very helpful and friendly concierge staff, rooms are modern/nice decor, pool was great and well maintained. Restaurant available for breakfast only, this seems a lost opportunity. Laundry facilities are expensive. Overall it is well-positioned and I’d happily recommend to stay here.

I arrived on a early 2am morning flight with my colleague. The reception clerk said he could not find our second reservation in the system even though I know I booked two rooms. He made me pay for another reservation for 6 days assuring me my reservation was not in the system. At 2am I did not argue. After getting settled the next day I found my Expedia confirmation and showed the receptionist. They refused to admit their mistake of not seeing my reservation and also refused to refund my second payment because the manager did not have authority. After 5 of this constant delay, I asked for local police to step in and document the situation. They told police they would have a response by 6pm that evening. At 6:35, I received a call from the assistant manager saying they would not refund 6 days of double booking saying it was my fault that I didn’t not show the receptionist our second confirmation that he could not find. Normally, this would be an easy fix with a management apology. Not hear, they made every excuse to wait until I was checking out to then tell me upper management refused to pay. In addition the breakfast buffet was terrible! Better to go down Street to other restaurants for a decent breakfast. It’s a shame how bad people can destroy then ambiance of a new hotel.

Pleasantly surprised. This hotel anticipates every need and is scrumptious in it’s details. The decor is lovely and the stay was wonderful. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast.

Property management is not straight. Only interested in collecting money from guests; but, not making sure your stay is comfortable. Refunds are not possible by manager even if hotel makes a mistake in accounting.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice and central.
Travelling on the MRT system was great.

Great location, close to two MRT stations on Downtown line. Good for city and Gardens on the Bay. Room was great, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great shower. Everything basically new.

I saw a few small spots in the room, but overall, clean, but more importantly, for the value and supposedly 4 stars, I would say it was better than the two 5 star hotels I stayed in on the same trip. Location is fantastic, breakfast was solid, room looked nice, bed was comfortable, and it wasn't that expensive.

This hotel is near China town and near a huge shopping mall. Lots of restaurants to chose from. The hotel breakfast is of very low quality. The men on the 1st floor know how and where to go.The pool is too warm but a lovely location.Helpfulness at reception is hit and miss.

Location was great, close to everywhere we wanted to go, walking distance to two hawker centers for yummy cheap eats. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, service was great. Would stay here again.

Lovely staff

Really nice hotel in a good location. Surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was always nice and attentive. Also, it’s a short ride to many attractions.
Something about the rooms that not too many people mention but I believe it’s critical it’s that although they are perfect for solo travelers, they would be terrible for friends as there’s almost no privacy or for couples with different sleep schedules. The bathroom is pretty much in the room! There’s really no separation except the mirror and vanity that separates the actual bed from the toilet/shower area. The shower and toilet both have frosted glass doors but the ones that don’t go all they way up to the ceiling meaning that noises, smells and light are not contained in the area.
In my case I would definitely stay here again if solo traveling but would choose another hotel if sharing the room with another person.
