The constant slamming of doors starting at 6 am was beyond annoying. The fan in the bathroom ran constantly, so the room was never quiet. The front desk staff is nonexistent. No towels in the room upon check-in. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Good enough place, but nothing special. If you want a clean place to sleep for a night or two, this is a good spot. Breakfast was very sub-par, but only in the usual way. All the food was fine, but there wasn't a lot of variety. Scrambled eggs were from a box, but were thoroughly cooked. Not much variety. Everything about it is . . . perfectly decent, but nothing special. I do have to say that the guy who checked me in gave me a great room! Out of the way, not near the elevators. It was like he was trying to find a decent spot and not just giving me whatever came up. I appreciated that!

There was a problem with the reservations. I added a night and after that new night, I went out for breakfast and came back to find my room left open with all of my possessions inside. Fortunately, nothing was missing. The lady at the desk was full of excuses.

This hotel was perfectly ok. The room was clean and quiet. My issue is that we did not receive room service once while we were there for 5 days. My boyfriend saw what a cleaning person in the hall and asked for more towels. She said they didn't have any. Then he told her we were leaving our room for the day. We got back and it wasn't cleaned. No new towels or bed made. It was really strange.

Great hotel with very nice front desk service, comfortable bed, convenient to great eats and 20 minutes away from High Point Market, and 10 minutes away from Greensboro airport. I stayed here for 4 nights.

This property is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Staff was rude when asking for more towels

The people were so sweet, kind & accommodating. Only issue, not enough luggage carts...only 2 cart & there were at least more than 50 checks...very inconvenient, not good☹️...other wise, all was great!

Front desk lady was very nice at check in. Our room didn't have a shower seat, a TV remote or blankets for couch and she gave us all of these things we did wait on the TV remote quite a while though !! And had to watch boring news and I had my young child with me. Also breakfast was good. I thought the room looked new clean and very fancy. It was a giant easy accessible shower and bathroom worked well for my daughter on crutches. Wish there was an indoor pool and better amenities there but otherwise good. VERY loud guests upstairs we were on first floor. We had to crank the TV all night and the couch was suppose to be a pull out bed it was not.

Morning breakfast service was lacking. Attendant was able to speak English. Out of salt and water.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable while there. We enjoyed our stay here.

When we entered our room the lights were on, the tv was on and there were dirty towels throughout the bathroom and around the bed. The linen on the bed was not clean. The young man at the desk was very professional, came up to the room to see and moved us to another room.

The beds were very comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was tasty. The only suggestion would be to add fresh fruit.

The room is a little dirty

Staff did not speak. Bread was hard at breakfast. Ice machine was not working. Elevator smelled like there was something burning. Room was nice and comfortable. Location was perfect.

For the money I paid, I expected a lot more. The sign said, "Pool closed for maintenance". It was permanently closed! Drained and full of leaves. No pool deck furniture whatsoever. Also, they only clean your room if you ask! For $144 a night, I expect my room cleaned and new bedding and towels every night. The sink faucet was very loose, and the handles were on backwards, so it was wierd turning the water on and off. I will try somewhere else next time.

Hotel was clean and accommodating. You need to request room service which we did but the only thing they did was give us fresh towels. They did not make the bed or clean the bathroom. Thought that was a little strange. Breakfast in the morning was your standard. No issues.

Very clean and quiet

I stayed here earlier in the year and chose it again because the first stay was 5 stars. However, this stay was a mid 3. Upon arrival, the clerk advised that he needed another credit card (not the card I booked with) for a future incident charge of $100. Now I did not have to do this the first time I stayed and this was not in the details of this booking when I booked. I asked when did this happen and he stated we started this week. I never received an addendum email or notification of this change. When asked why he couldn't use the card I had on file, he said just because, and if I don't trash the room then I would be refunded my $100. This made me and my family feel uncomfortable in staying because at this point who know what their definition of "trash" is. When we got to the room we took photos and video of the damage to the wall and bathroom before even putting our things down. The sheets were not completely cleaned as I found hairs in the made up beds. The initial unexpected future incident charge, set the whole atmosphere of the stay in a bad way. When checking out, the clerk was actually the same clerk from our first amazing stay, and she advised me that the card was never even charged, so no refund was needed. Better training is needed for your staff because this is the last time I'll stay here.
