Great hotel. Very very clean. Room smelled great and was immaculate. Breakfast was great! The front desk was super helpful with a late checkout. Will definitely stay here for all of our soccer adventures!

The picture and description were deceptive. Room listed as a suit, and it was more a larger room with a couch. There were bugs in the hand soap. Staff was friendly.

Room was fine, the smell was bad. It smelled like a oil field tank battery in the room.

Unfortunately, our room shared a headboard wall with the elevator listening to the sound of the elevator throughout the night.

the facility, staff and area was great. Not sure if i will go back since they charge $7 per day to park a darn car. NOt happy about that.

Doesn't make sense the hotel wanted to hold a damage fee of $150 if my trip was prepaid. The point of prepaying is to just bring spending money.

The property is actually really nice, but the check in was really disappointing. If the front desk person needs to take a private call during check in! At least let the caller know that you are busy and don't put him on speaker so everyone can hear him. Be a little more professional!

My overall stay at the Holiday in was great. The breakfast was really good and room was clean.

Very clean and comfortable. Just a little upset at a certain situation. Please someone tell me if I’m over reacting. While our stay we had our clothes out of our luggage all over. Our room was a mess, however it was all clothes and a box of pizza. However we were still in our stay, it was like a second day of our stay. The housekeeper took photos of our room and they immediately authorized $150 on top of the deposit. I was never informed about this if not I would had definitely NOT forgotten to put my sign at the door.
The manager was very nice about this and sign me up for Holiday Inn rewards for miscommunication. I left the room clean when I left and still have not gotten my money back.
I wish next time they can wait until we are actually are checked out to charge us “cleaning fee” on top of the deposit.

I booked this hotel since I needed to change my flight plans. I booked it because it looked new, was right off the highway and I can usually depend on IHG. This hotel did not disappoint. A quick wait time at the front desk, but seemed the receptionist was doing a few other duties at once. Once checked in, the room was clean and straight forward. Super comfortable pillows and bed. Super spacious bathroom and walk in shower. Location is okay. Gas station next door closed at 8pm which is weird to close that early on a Saturday. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, the front desk quickly provided that for me. It’s about a 18 min drive to the airport. Overall, I am staying here moving forward when in the area. I forgot to capture some pictures, but trust me, stay here. You won’t regret it!

I appreciated that it was nice and clean. And even though it’s by a hwy it was very quiet.
The only thing I would change is that they need to provide more caffeinated coffee k-cups and coffee cups as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Booking these 2 rooms online i was NOT informed about a $150 per room fee for any damages and a $7.58 per person charge for parking.My 2 employees were never told about this nor was anything on the Expedia website of these surcharges. Very disappointed.

Great property. We have stayed here before and will stay again. One tip for management: Don’t allow your employees, especially those at the front desk, to be on personal phone calls while checking guests in.

The Hotel was nice and clean but smelled of sewer gas for the entire stay.

I loved that all the employees were so nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean . What I didn’t like was the smell of sewer on our floor. I had to place a towel under our room door to keep the room bare able to stay in .

The property has a great location right off I-20 with easy access to the "old" part of Odessa. The hotel seemed newer...everything was clean and kept in good condition. Breakfast was not great but still nice to have an on-property option.
