Just okay...Don't respect too much~

This place felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable and the kids loved it! The only critiques that I would give it is checking in could be smoother because we did not know how to get into the building. We were waiting outside at 3pm and eventually a woman let us in. Also, the tablet for checkout would not turn on and so we had to just leave the room when we were ready to leave. Overall, it was really nice and we would stay there again.

A bit far away from Hakata station. It might suitable for family, not so suggested for woman live alone as the area was quite quiet at night. The washing machine and some of the corner didn't clean enough. Overall not bad.

Very nice place to stay. The room is layered out nicely and had everything we needed Laundry soap and shower items were provided.
We will be staying here again on our next trip.

My husband & I stayed at 3 different airb&bs during our stay in Fukuoka.We stilll have one more hotel reserved. I enjoyed SG Residence Inn best because I liked the floor plan...there are sliding doors between bedroom and DK. I need the partition because I stay up late. Elevator is nice for tourists with big luggage. One suggestion...welcome sign or photo in the lobby and some chairs. Cleaning the ceiling lights (I noticed cobweb on them). I would like to stay again in the future.

Unfortunately, parts of the English registration were in Japanese and could not be completed. This led to lots of problems with registration check in and check out. In addition, we saw several family stranded at the front door, unable to enter. Finally, the emergency number cannot be called if you don’t have a Japanese phone. Finding Sim cards is extremely difficult.

博多駅と東比恵駅まで徒歩で5-7分ほどで行けてとても便利でした。スーパーやドラッグストア、コンビニエンスストアも近くにあり、不自由なく滞在できました。お部屋も必要なものすべて揃っていてキレイです。

That was good for get rest, if they can clean up the room and change the towels every day that will be good...but noooo...the floor was dirty....I’m sorry to saying that but is true

Spacious enough for family of 4. Located at a traffic junction so traffic noise was extremely loud which continued throughout the night.

The location is not too far to walk from Hakata station. The room is nice and neat. There is a huge supermarket in a walking distance, around 7 minutes.
