The room was very nice for the price my only negative is the shuttle to the airport run bankers hours 7 to 9 so if you’re parking your car there and flying out is $26 Uber ride if you can’t get it shuttle

The room was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of advertisements for happy hour and the restaurant, but when I went there was no cook. Apparently she is hit and miss to show up to work. That was disappointing as there aren’t many restaurants near the hotel and walking distance.

The shower door wouldn't close. There were three pillows for the king bed that were flat and miserable. We had no ice bucket and only one cup for the room. The breakfast was excellent.

Kitchen fire set off the alarms. We followed the nearest exit sign, which led to elevators and not a staircase. We walked around the whole floor to find the stairs.

I stayed here 3 nights in the last week due to complications with flights at the airport and I had a wonderful experience each time. Clean rooms, quiet, comfortable bed/pillows, and very friendly/helpful customer service. I will absolutely be coming back to Tru the next time I’m in Denver!

I waited nearly an hour at the airport for the shuttle. Finally ended up getting a ride a different way. When I got to the hotel the staff was very good and the desk person apologized for the shuttle person but said it probably wouldn't do any good to complain because the manager won't do anything. The room was not discounted in any way but there was no microwave or refrigerator and no food available except for frozen dinners in the hotel lobby which then I would have to stay in the lobby to prepare. The nice lady behind the bar actually gave me part of her supper so that I had something to eat before I went to bed. The room's very clean and comfortable other than the fact there's no microwave or refrigerator but I will never stay here again

The hotel stay was pretty nice.
However I went to the bar to get a bite to eat and boy was I in for a surprise. The flat bread pizza was fair. It was dumped into a go container to the point that half of it was stacked up and created a big slimy mess. While waiting for the pizza I ordered a drink at the bar. It cost $20 for a cranberry vodka. The vodka was $10 a shot for kettle one!!! The cranberry juice was nothing more than kool-aid. So disappointing. My advise, stay away from the bar and make sure you bring in food or eat ahead of time.

It was good but the pool was out of service, and we chose the hotel specifically for an indoor pool whereas we probably would have gotten a higher quality, different hotel.

Great location to the airport with shuttle service. Waited a half hour for the return shuttle though. Breakfast was above average with good choices.

We were picked up at the airport by a very nice man. The hotel front desk woman was adorable!! It was midnight, we were tired and she was very helpful. Our room was super clean and comfortable.

Shuttle was exceptionally slow and check in the same. They should have had two people at the front desk and the shuttle driver gave 0 Fs that it was freezing and he was 20 minutes late from when the front desk said he’d be there

All was fine but the blinds in our room did not function so we had light coming in all night. At the time we went to close them it was too late and we didn’t want to fool around asking for a different room

I would recommend using rugs next to the beds... little runner ones so that guests don't have to step on the cold hardwood floor.
Provide more viewing/streaming options on TV (not just Netflix/Showtime)
I appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate. The breakfasts were FANTASTIC!! Courteous staff.

Very close to the airport which was helpful for a late arrival. Staff was helpful and informative, no major issues. i would surely stay here again for the convenience and hassle free experience. Room was spacious and no major flaws to report.

The reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. Unfortunately it was down for maintenance and I had some very unhappy kids. The rooms were nice and clean I would stay here again as long as the pool is in working order.
