The only issues were the door slammed shut and there were long hairs in my bed upon check in

I was disappointed with both check in and check out.and staff while there. The staff needs to be trained to be more customer friendly.. I thought is was personal but then witnessed it with other interactions. I've also stayed there several times and this was the first i was put in a room ni

Check in was smooth, receptionist was very kind well mannered.The room was clean but had a odd off putting smell when we first walked in,I lit a candle and it subsided.All in all quiet comfortable stay.

I would like to say Sylvia at the desk was amazing. We had a couple special needs, and she went above and beyond.

Check in was terrible ……….. so bad. Never had to wait till 4:30 pm for a room. Overbooked and no communication from management.

Room smelled good. Bed and linens were clean. A good overnight experience. A little more attention to cleanliness is recommended. But overall a 9/10. Would stay again.

Our only complaint was the bedding. we had a king bed and the sheets did not fit the mattress it was an uncomfortable sleep as they constantly got bunched up or came off the mattress. it appeared to me that housekeeping used 2 top sheets to make up the bed, therefore the bottom sheet did not fit at all.............

The hotel is in a great location especially for attending events at the Chase center. The hotel could do some little things to make it 5stars, like improve the breakfast offering. The eggs were terrible, very little bacon was available (and what was left was burnt). We went to breakfast at 8:30. No other protein options (greek yogurt). Bananas were all green. Additionally, an elevator was not working all weekend and the entrance was wet and very SLIPPERY. Bad weather weekend but extra mats should have been at the front entrance to make the tiles less slippery.

It was a great room with great accommodations and a great view. The shower curtain wasn’t in great shape but that was incidental. Will definitely stay there again.

Treated myself to some "me" time here to bring in my birthday and it didn't disappoint. Excellent staff and upkeep; great amenities & the best being waterview & riverfront walk. Highly recommend!

The room was nice, our beds comfortable. The room was not cleaned after the first night..we asked that it be cleaned, the next day it was, but not after that. We had to wait in a common area for the room to be cleaned ...we after chasing staff down. Unfortunnatelty, this was not what we expected from this hotel at the price we paid for 4 nights. The breakfast was good. Our car was broken into lucikly only a pair of sunglasses were taken. Parking was bad as well, we did not have a guaranteed spot in the hotel parking ...luckily the westins lot was large..

This is a very nice hotel on the Riverwalk. It is a great stop on a road trip. Convenient from I-95 and walking distance from many good restaurants. Dog fee is a little high.

Newer, very clean and friendly place. Take a morning run on the riverfront. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but the space is beautiful with access to outside seating along the riverfront

I walked in to a wonderful woman who was very good at her job. The staff I met along the way were friendly and helpful as if family. Homewood at Riverfront was perfect for me.

Hotels keys were not working at all and you needed a staff member each time you rode the elevator and went to your room. I know things happen, but this was a huge inconvenience that took up more than an hour of my 24 hour stay

The room was good, the rating is for hotel mgt, they don't allow you change the reservation unless you double what you paid. And when you call them, they can't even find your reservation. There were limited parking at the front if you arrive late you would need to move further. The AC was loud in the room, hard to fall asleep in such noise and had to turn it off. Besides the breakfast has really limited choices for a hotel at this price.

Stayed here about a month ago, and couldn’t wait to return. Hotel is the perfect quick getaway from NYC, quiet, extremely walkable with delicious food options (loved iron hill brewery) on the strip or a quick drive away. The view from the room is breathtaking, especially at night from the room. Honestly the best part of our stay is the exception service from the Marissa at the front desk! From her genuine warm heartedness, to thoughtful recommendations, to the bright smile she gives welcoming you back, she is a gem and Hilton is lucky to have her!

The building itself and our room were very nice. We loved the view of the river and the kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious.
The young lady at the front desk, when we first arrived, was very unfriendly. No smile, no welcome, almost like we interrupted her doing who knows what behind that desk. There were 0 people no one was there. The other lady was a little friendlier, but still not a great person to be working at this kind of place.
The area around the hotel seemed very safe, and the river walk was nice, but we were so surprised that 5 min from the hotel there were very very unsafe neighborhoods. If you stay in this hotel and don't need to drive then it's fine, but I would not drive around the city and especially the neighborhoods.

I’m definitely not booking this hotel again. The key they give me for my room didn’t work and you have to push the door very hard to open the door and also to close it. My sheets was very dirty I called for new sheets didn’t let me know the sheets were as at my door it’s was horrible experience for me .

The property is located about 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington, the area seems new and there is not much dinner options around s.
The hotel was ok, the only issue is the limited parking space on the property.

Good property with a decent breakfast included. Clean in a good location. Breakfast staff was helpful. Only issue was that the fan in our room didn’t work, and person on front desk could not help us get that going. Other than that, satisfied with our stay.
