I celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday at the hotel. It was very comfortable and clean. The kids went swimming and enjoyed the firepit area. Wonderful customer service and available when you needed them.

The only complaint I have is that I requested to have our room cleaned (garbages changed-towels refreshed) daily -staff came by and said they would come back—never did We were told to leave old towels and garbage in the hall and staff would pop by to get it (it was there until after lunch the next day)

Two rooms were reserved and paid for family members visiting over Thanksgiving. They were thrilled about everything SpringHill had to offer over their stay. The manager, Yone, was especially accommodating and completed a smooth landing to a chaotic situation that was caused by travel failures that could have caused me stress. In short, my family had one of the best Thanksgivings ever and SpringHill was a piece in making that happen. Thank you, Yone!

The hotel was nice and clean, looked new, minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the interstate highway - all minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The room was clean, laid out well, had several charging options (USB sockets, standard sockets) throughout the room. Very nice rooms; our stay was quiet and uneventful.

Tbh, the hotel is nice and clean and whatnot but for the price its definitely not really worth it. The pool closes at 10 and the size of the pool is misleading.. the pic that they display on the listing makes the pool look way bigger than it actually is... they do have a nice excersize room tho... but yet again the price is outlandish. I paid close to $500 for 2 queen suites and the size of the rooms was ridiculously smaller than what the pics made them out to be... overall the service was ok.. i had gotten the rooms for my 15 year old daughters birthday and when we requested extra blankets they made me pick them up at the front desk even though our room where we needed the blankets was literally 20 feet from the front desk... :( its a very clean nice looking hotel.. but still for the price its very disappointing...

As soon as I walked in there were towels and a bucket of dirty water by the front door. The front desk just gave me my key without indicating what floor I was on. The room had a big burn hole in the carpet and the bathroom floor was sticky. Will not be coming back..not worth the price

We stayed here with some basic expectations needing to be met. We lacked bedding and pillows upon arrival. We lacked shampoo and conditioner. We were only stocked with decaf coffee. When paying this much for a hotel and staying 3 nights, basic expectations are sufficient bedding for number of guests. Basics like shampoo and conditioner are filled. And coffee needs to be easy to access. I had to call to get all these things.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Ideal for group as lobby spaces very comfortable. I wish they included more variety/ gluten free options for breakfast, and a bar or wine/beer at mini store would be nice. They lacked a water bottle refilling station (except a broken one in fitness room) and had no recycling bins. Location was great and hotel nice and quiet.

So this was a very nice hotel/suite stay. The rooms were great with modern touches that showed it was with the times. The rooms were spacious the bathroom was nice. Good amenities and it was great that they had a snack bar to purchase items! I will stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! I came with my mom and son for a short staycation and were honesty shocked at how nice everything was and how great the rooms were. It was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area, but it was one of the nicer hotels I've been in. The breakfast had so many choices. The rooms were massive and had a lot of space which made having a toddler in the room a lot easier. The bathrooms were like a spa, and the beds were so comfy. My mom and I both woke up saying they were the best beds we'd ever slept in. We loved the hotel and will be back for sure!
