Some guy was up on the roof working in the morning and the curtain was see through, some heads up wouldve gone a long way! The breakfast wasnt great, the scrambled eggs were too wet and no flavor, the sausages seem boiled rather than fried, everyone in my group complaint about breakfast.

We had a great night...we couldnt use all the amenities as we got back late and had to leave early. Nice breakfast

Only complaint/ inconvenience was the elevator broke and we were on the fourth floor.

Newer hotel, great amenities. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requested room change. Note they have pool but no hot tub. Rooms on east side border I-25 on ramp and were a bit loud. Bed and pillows weren’t great, overall a nice stay though.

The hot tea selection was terrible and the honey to sweeten the tea was crystalized. No ability to make waffles. The scrambled eggs and link sausage were okay. The bagel toaster burned the bagel.

Great stay. Hotel and room looked very new and modern. Very friendly staff. Hot breakfast included. Nothing to complain! Perfect for short stays.

Unable to adjust heat temperature in room and we roasted. Lobby was also extremely hot! Hotel was quiet and they do serve a great breakfast

The young lady that checked us in was so sweet and helpful! Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. The hotel was clean & comfortable for our 6 day stay. It’s located near the Park Meadows Mall with lots of shopping and food options. I’d definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn't like was that the ac could only go as low as 68 degrees and it did not feel 68 degrees in our room at all. The ac would work for 5 minutes then cut off for about 15-20 mins. We were hot and sweating and had to borrow a fan from the front desk.

Awesome location close to Park Meadows Mall with tons of restaurant options. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. Check in was fast and easy. We were there for a Bronco game and the Light Rail was close and easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of healthy options and options for kids. The lobby was stocked with games and a pool table. We enjoyed one evening just playing pool and laughing. The gym and pool were nice and clean.

$75 pet fee. Less friendly staff. Not the most comfortable bed. Less stellar than their hotels in other areas. Also, the elevators felt like they were falling apart and I stayed on a floor that required them.

The staff is pleasant and friendly. It’s fairly quiet and very family friendly. The area is fantastic, close to a lot of things! The room and lounge is clean and well taken care of. Will come back.

I took my grandkids for a little staycation. They had a great time in the pool while snow was falling outside! The only negatives that I have are that the pancake machine was broken and my pillow was barely there. Otherwise, it was perfect.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. I like the black part of the shad so if I wanted to sleep. Josh was very helpful and even though he was there from California to help out he was very courteous

Great location if you are staying in near the Denver Tech Center or Centennial. Easy access/walkable to the light rail. Close to the Park Meadows mall and other retail/restaurants. Customer service at night could be better. Guy that checked me in probably wasn't having a good day, but a quick change of attitude for those 3-5 min of checking someone in can go a long way.

It was close for a small getaway.
I have celiac so there was only yogurt and bananas to eat for the full free hot breakfast. They couldn't guarantee the oatmeal was Gluten-Free and the lady there told me the sausage and their instant eggs had wheat in them.

The hotel is nice and the hot breakfast was good. The rooms are like a dorm room though. No frills, pretty sterile, echoes. Not a room that you really want to spend much time in.

I was with my kids and grandkids and thought the hotel was perfect for us. They have a pool table and games in the lobby area, which kept the grandkids quite entertained. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were very comfortable.
