Great staff all around. The breakfast was nice and well stocked. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. We spent the prior week at a Hilton and the Hilton was not as clean or comfortable by at least 2 stars!

I loved this hotel. It was so close to the BART station which was great since I needed to use public transportation. I had a King suite which was a spacious and well designed room. It had a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a pull out couch and desk and a separate area for the King bed, vanity dressing area and a spacious bathroom. The room felt like it could be an apartment in NYC! The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. A complimentary breakfast was included. I loved my stay here and definitely recommend it!

I chose this Residence Inn for my Stay-Cation so I could enjoy all the comforts of home, without the daily chores, in a quiet and restful environment, and thatâs exactly what I got. I chose the Studio Suite with the Queen bed. Upon check-in my room was impeccably clean, well-stocked with paper goods, towels, bedding, and cookware, plus a full size refrigerator and freezer, as I enjoy making my meals from scratch.
The valet staff was wonderful, quick, and accommodating with my vehicle, and all of my luggage both arriving and leaving, and the staff at the front desk were so kind; professional, personable, and friendly.
This Inn is a winner in my book, I will definitely come back here for my annual âretreatâ for myself, and I highly recommend it to everyone who embraces the qualities I described above.

Iâve stayed here many times on my travels and have only good things to say. Itâs clean, convenient and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come again on my next adventure.

Everything was good except the valet parking was way too expensive and my Netflix account was not logout and wiped out as it should have upon checkout. The result was that someone was able to use my Netflix account and wiped out all my profiles and created his own. I had to reset my Netflix account and credentials.

First night, room had no heat. Had to call for service twice before technician came, still not fixed and asked guests to change room after unpacking. Next day, asked for room cleaning service. Front desk promised to do so but never did , did not even provide clean towels for the night. Had to call twice before towels got delivered. Totally disappointed!

The mattress could be upgraded . It's in a busy area so you can hear traffic and bart .

I had a reservation for this hotel. I was out of town for work, I get an email during my meeting and they said my reservation got cancelled for the night. Because they overbooked it. Then, I had to scramble during my meeting to try to find another hotel. I got this reservation with several weeks in advance. So very unprofessional. Not very happy. They didnât even say sorry for the inconvenience and compensation for the trouble.

Overall the hotel was ok. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. That was tough to endure for our 3 night stay. But we asked for extra pillows and it seem to help a little bit. The showerhead was a little abusive. Lol there was no option to change the setting. Other than the 2 complaints, hotel is in a great location & close to everything you need. The bart was about a 5 minute walk.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, but I do not believe the shower was cleaned or the bathroom floor was cleaned on this visit. Too much hair. I wore my flip-flops in the shower and covered the floor in towels.

Hotel reception difficulties looking for our reservation but found found it in the end.
Did not tell us whatâs included in our booking and location of amenities. We have to wonder around find it ourselves.
No friendly orientation of how to go around town since itâs our first time.
He just give us the key card and off you go.

20 young kids screaming and running around in the lobby without supervision or guidance. Loud adults yelling obscenities outside until midnight. $30 per night to park. Remarkably expensive snacks and drinks.

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. The only thing that needs to be improved is I would be glad if the hotel tidied my room everyday, which they never did although the room was clean and I only stayed there for 3 nights, but I still had garbage in the room for 3 days, which was not so pleasant as I had bought takeaway food back to my room.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Room was also very clean and quiet. Beds are comfy. Be aware, there is no self parking so if youre planning to park it will cost you $30 tacked onto your room bill. It was very convenient using the valet overall.

This property charges $200 fee up front and you will not get your money back for days. It does not mention this on the trip advisor site. The manager when I complained about this did not listen. He was extremely rude. He could have just finished by saying, im sorry mame but this is our policy. Instead he was extremely rude, talking over me, being very rude. Marriot, this is not ok. I have been a guest and have never seen these $200.00 deposits charged for no reason.

We stayed with Marriot a lot. This is 1st time we are disappointed with this location. When we arrived, no one in front desk. Me and the other guests had to wait for several minutes. The sofa bed smell, the room is next to the bart so we can hear the noise, the waffle maker in a breakfast room is not kids friendly.

If you are sensitive to smells, do not stay here. The perfume smell in whatever they use to clean the rooms is so strong and overpowering that I had asthma attacks and had to leave and drive home at 1am in the morning. They would not refund me or offer another room. They told me I could sleep on the couch in the lobby. On the plus side, the valley attendant was very kind and accommodating and helped me as much as he could that night. The rooms are nice and clean, very beautiful. But completely intolerable if you are sensitive to smells. I can't believe they would use such strong chemicals or presume everyone is awesome with whatever they are dowsing the rooms with. I miss the days of a clean smelling room with no chemicals or perfumes and no scents in the towels or sheets. This place is awful in that regard, but awesome if you are nose blind.

This is a beautiful, clean and very well maintained property. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The exercise room is top-notch and has excellent equipment. The room was clean, well stocked, spacious. The included breakfast was excellentâlots of great choices. The only drawback is that there is not much in terms of walkably-close places to eat. Otherwise, this is a terrific place to stayâBART station just across the street.
