Always a pleasure quiet clean and close to everything

Overall hotel was clean. The hotel room we booked was unavailable and was given an “upgrade” from a room with king bed and sofa to 2 queens. We weren’t told about the room change and we’re not given a chance to decline. Since it was just my wife and I, this wasn’t an upgrade at all. Overall poor service.

My sister and I stayed at Hyatt Down Town Moncton NB we enjoyed our 2 nights and had a beautiful view of Skating Ring and Maine st. The staff at front Desk and Morning Brunch was helpfull and pleasant! The breakfast which was included with our room plentiful and fresh fruits was a plus! Minor concern was just the bathroom door was very heavy and noisy it wakes up the other person in room! Will definitely return! Manager was top! Outside parking should be included as there are no other options! Hope to be back soon! Very satisfied!

Stayed with partner, our 3.5 year old and senior parents. Rooms were spacious with a nice seating area. Whole hotel was very clean, even the pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful, special mention to the breakfast staff. They were great! Already thinking about going back! Great value too.

Nice spacious room, clean, comfy beds and pillows.
Breakfast was very good (eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, mixed berries, pastries, breads, cereal, etc)
Disapointed that the hotel had a 2 hour delay for checking foor our room. Texting service to inform us when room is ready but we never got a call/text! Clerks are very nice but not bilingual.

Overall very nice and clean, but check in and check out was complicated. Even though the room was prepaid through hotels .com they charged me anyway and said they would reimburse me at checkout. Checkout took about 20 minutes because they wanted to check to make sure I didn’t leave the room in poor condition and it took them a while to find the right receipt. The lobby and room was spot less but some of the dishes at breakfast were a little soiled.

The hotel management is the worse I have come across when it comes to crisis management. I booked the hotel via expedia for a planned travel to Moncton on 16 September. However, due to the hurricane which was making a landfall that weekend, flights and travel to Moncton was disrupted and I could not make it to Moncton. I called Expedia and I understand that they reached out to the hotel. The hotel management has insisted that no refund will be made because the request for cancellation happened within 48hours to arrival. My inability to make the trip was as a result of a natural disaster which no one has control over especially since the event I was coming for was only cancelled on 15th September. The hotel has refused a refund. You are advised to avoid this hotel as much as possible as they have shown that they care more for profits than their customers wellbeing and loyalty.

Before arrival quoted price on Expedia was with taxes, when confirmation arrived it was plus taxes.
Arrived after 3:00pm and room was not ready. Waited over an hour in lobby for a text that room was ready. Had to go back in line and wait some more after text to get key.
Got to room and bed mattress and frame had issues; leaning towards the centre and foot of the bed. We were advised that we could not be moved as hotel was full. There were two other guests arguing with the polite but helpless staff at the front desk. One over price the other over room availability. I guess we were not alone. Staff was very sympathetic but the system was against them and unfortunately we paid the price.

Wow, what a great stay! Staff were beyond happy and helpful, even called my room to make sure we were comfy. Great Italian restaurant attached and across from the arena where there is free ice skating!

Very modern and clean. The free breakfast and room service options were great. I was also surprised by the high quality of the bathroom products. Having in-room Chromecast really improved my stay.

Motel was nice and new. Once we were in our room late at night, ready to shower and head to bed, I realised that the facecloths and towels in the washroom were dirty. They were just folded up and put back away.
The area is great when attending a wilcats game. Just cross the street and your there. But once you get to your room and look out there's homeless people everywhere. Same thing when you drive off. They're everywhere. Lying on the sidewalk right across the street. We were planning on taking the kids for a walk to the market but I wouldn't recommend it. The Hotel needs to bring it up with the city.

We had difficulty with fat pillows. They can be hard on the head and neck and interfere with sleep. Everything else was nice. Great breakfast.

Condition of room is 5 star. Room is wonderful in both decor and functionality. True as shown in picture and description. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Complimentary breakfast is a big bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to find and the parking while you have to pay per day is easy to access. First rate interior, hotel staff are very customer-focused and don't discuss your details loudly while confirming with you (which is such an understated service). The staff also provided key information while checking in. Hotel room was stunning and very comfortable.

We had a great stay The only complaint that I had was that we had a king size room with a sofa bed as that was all that was left. The sofa bed was less than comfortable.
