Short stay but check-in and room were good. Would definitely stay there again. Little disappointed in breakfast as they were trying something new. Wasn't good for our family.

My overall stay, here was excellent. The only negative thing I would have to say is the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was nice and the heated pool was fabulous. We just could not get the room temperature down. I sweated all night and couldn't sleep because it was so hot even though I put the thermostat on 66. It never reached that degree. So when you can't sleep it makes for a miserable night. :(

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Hotel has the normal breakfast items as all others and 24 hour coffee bar. Was in Atlanta for work and would stay here again.

Very nice property and grounds. Good location. Friendly staff. The rooms are large and spacious and easily sleep six people. The rooms have a refrigerator and sink and include dishes. And lots of storage options. The only thing not excellent was the breakfast options. Some days were good. Some days were just OK.

Thank you for providing a Tesla charger. It made the stay so much easier for us. We can't say enough about the staff and the condition of the property. It is immaculate and always smells wonderful.

Was truly impressed with the overall cleanliness of the entire facility. The room was pleasantly decorated and the layout quite nice. The staff, from front desk to breakfast area to housekeeping were pleasant and efficient.

We would have given this property five stars but there was some gaps in satisfaction. The first is that the suite we booked was in front of the hotel, which was by a very busy street. The noise from the street early in the morning was loud and interrupted the tranquil space desired. The second issue was that water pressure was low, so low that it did not thoroughly rinse the soap away. The third issue stems from the second issue as my husband slipped when he stepped into the shower. He injured his left elbow and bruised his left leg near his knee. Thankfully the glass did not break and other injuries did not occur. Our recommendation is to increase the water pressure and add a slip resistant shower surface. Additionally, add thicker glass to the front hotel rooms or noise proof curtains. Overall the stay was quite pleasant. The above updates will result in a safer and quieter environment as well as increased customer satisfaction.

The food was spoiled and under cooked. There were hairs and left over items everywhere, we requested clean sheets and were left with stained ones. Vomit was left in the room.

Property was as expected. One minor issue was a person across from my room had a pet they left in the room that barked and whimper constantly. Had to call the front desk and they stated they would look into it. And hour had passed and nothing was done. I went to the front desk in person to see if the issue was looked into. The person who was there at the time didn't know anything about the matter because the previous person in charge at the front desk didn't do anything.

Great location! Close to dining and shopping! Stayed here for three days on a work trip. Will definitely stay again. Bed was nice. Great workstation and kitchen. Large desk.

We stayed here for a concert at Ameris Bank Ampitheater. The location is great. It was an easy couple minutes to the location. The hotel was awesome! Really friendly staff and everything you could possibly need in your room. Home2 will continue to be a go-to for me when traveling.
