Great hotel! we love this chain, free breakfast. Pool. Gym. Dog friendly. not terrible with the price. We seek out this chain whenever we travel. Wonderful even if you have NO pets!

Good stay. Breakfast so so. Only issue was soiled linens for pull out sofa bed in room but quickly remedied by front desk. Pool was great for kids.

Huge room. Very clean and great layout. Pool was small but very clean and nice! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is a really convenient location.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Everything was great but the night time staff really went above and beyond. Jackie and Brennan remembered I need a box tissues. Brennan was on top of fog barking incessantly.
Place was clean and quiet even though it was at capacity. Workout gym was excellent. It was a little strange that it’s right at the front door to hotel and it a glass door to gym area but I digress 😉

One night stay - I am very impressed with the hotel, amenities are extraordinary- dishwasher in kitchenette! The negative is that the bed (which is very important for a hotel stay) needs to be replaced- it is spent. I haven’t checked out yet so I will notify the front desk when I do. Additionally, I’m not traveling with a pet & was nervous about barking-did not hear even a yip. Hotal must have superior noise insulation which most chains do not. I will definitely stay at hotel chain in the future.

When I opened my door Saturday morning and realized how loud it was outside, and how little of the sound (almost none) seeped into my room, I was surprised, and thankful, as my room was near the kitchen. The shades on the windows also blocked virtually all light, allowing me to sleep in. This location is super close to one of my regional offices, making it very convenient when traveling, and the little market across the parking lot is a fine solution when not in the mood for dining out.

I started at the hotel on my way to Montreal from Boston. It was the perfect stay over. I would also come back with my kids as a base for a ski trip.

Very clean and new. There was some noise I could hear from the tv next room I would have preferred not to. I personally don’t like the socket door in the bathroom no privacy.
But I would come back .

We stayed for three nights so my son could ski. The room was extremely clean and the housekeeper was excellent. Very friendly. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. We will be back.

From the first time I called on my way there to see if my room was ready, until I checked out, everything was perfect!! The staff was friendly, the accomodations were clean and very well organized, the coffee and breakfast was great, and I only wish I could stay another night!!

We were first put in a room that smelled of dogs and we have allergies. The reaceptionist considerately moved us up on request. Breakfast was ok not great. Price was ridiculous but going rate in area. Great supermarket across parking lot.

Did not sleep all night as the bed/mattress was super uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Also the AC went off and on all at random times and made a lot of noise. Very uncomfortable stay.

The service was incredible! The facility was remarkably clean. The staff was very helpful, kind and warm. The breakfast was perfect! I went with a 4 year old and a 1 year old. They had a crib available for the baby. The beds were very comfortable. I strongly recommend!

This was one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a while. The bed was uncomfortable. It felt like I was on a slant where my head was lower than my feet. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. I wound up attempting to sleeping on the pull out sofa instead of the bed.

Penny at check-in was fantastic. It was late and we were exhausted. She was a welcoming beacon of kindness. The hotel is very clean and safe. Even the breakfast was nice.

The hotel and staff and room were all very nice, however our room and even bed smelled distinctly of dog, something this dog lover is not usually so sensitive to. I think the room just needed better cleaning and airing out. Also, the hot breakfast selections did not taste like real food.

The staff was so accommodating, especially the front desk. Jaclyn, Jake and Penny were great. Penny made me a bagel at 4:30 am since breakfast started at 7, to help make sure I was able to eat something before my half Marathon.
