For some reason hotel prices in Charleston are becoming more and more expensive. $300.00-$600.00 is really a nonsense.This is more expensive than Paris or London. Summerville is 15 min drive from Charleston historical downtown. For a fraction of the cost (under $150.00) of Charlston hotels you get a great value and service. On the top of all other advantages is QUALITY! Hotel is new. Rooms are big and clean. Hotel is near the highway but no traffic noise at all. Staff and service are top. Multiple options to eat near the hotel.Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough about the excellent service and beauty and comfort of this property. I travel to SC a couple of times a year so this will be my new home away from home from now on!!

This is a newer Hotel and is in good condition, the staff are great and I like the bar/restaurant in the lobby area. The only issue I have is that the water pressure in the shower was extremely low.

No hot water in shower, no one came to clean up room, tvs not working even though rooms were switched, telephone not working when I got there.

The room was not ready at listed check in time. Manager was rude and unaccommodating. The room smelled of urine and the sheets looked dirty. What was the wait for if the room was still dirty?

The staff were very nice. The room was very clean; however, we had to go to the front desk every other night to get towels. Overall great stay.

Stayed here for one night, and the stay was great! The hotel still seems brand new! Staff is wonderful! Loved the free breakfast buffet by staying in the Homewood Suites portion of the hotel! The shrimp and grits were amazing! Our room was great! Very comfortable and clean! The pool is large and super nice! Definitely staying again!

The room and property was immaculately clean, service was amazing from the minute we walked through the door, and the food was delicious. Overall a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend Hilton Homewood Suites Summerville to anyone asking for hotel suggestions on the area.

Location is absolutely perfect. Right in the center of everywhere i needed to be. I reserved a 2 bed suite for myself, husband, and 2 grown kids. When i checked in the young lady was pleasant, but let me know my room wasnt available. They were sold out for both nights of my stay. So i was given the king bed suite, which wouldve been great if it was just myself and husband only...there wasnt any sort of refund for not having the room i reserved. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable, just disappointed i couldnt get what i paid for.

Fairly new. Nice pool and firepit. Good lobby bar, restaurant and breakfast. Large rooms. Check-in was rather slow (1 person) and they asked weird questions. Checkout
also slow. Restaurants on main road but not within walking distance. Pet friendly.

The room ad stay were absolutely awesome! Only one minor concern was the shower head spray. We didn't report it because we were only there for one night. HOWEVER, we loved the hotel so much we're going back next month for a longer stay!

I was there for business and needed work-fi which was not working at all. I asked for some help or compensation but nothing was done even though I am a Gold member of Hotels.com (now for over 12 years) and a Gold Hilton member. Also- the noise of dogs was horrible.

Suite was spacious and perfect for a business traveler. Everything was clean and fresh and the lighting was especially good for working! The staff was friendly and efficient.

No cribs at check-in, even though we called ahead to request and reserved a family suite. The door between the rooms in the suite squeaked so loudly it could be heard way down the hall outside the room (waking our twin 1 yr olds everytime it was used), and to top it all off, the fire alarm blinked a bright green light every 4 seconds right above beds in the bedroom of the suite.

The sheets did not fit so I had to ask for king sheets and make the bed. The breaker kept blowing so we lost lights in the shower and had to figure out what switches and outlets we could use. I stepped on a screw in the rug and luckily it did not puncture my foot. Not a good place to stay .

The front desk staff (Anna and Ariel I believe) were amazing. Best customer service I’ve seen in a while if not ever. They made my and my dog’s stay extra special.

We chose this hotel because I was traveling with my adult daughter and son and need a suite. We also wanted a safe since we had several valuable items with us from their father’s house after he had passed. The safe was locked close from the last guest. Although we called several times no one ever came to open the safe. Therefore we never left the room together. Also there were only 2 recycled plates in the cabinet. As we were leaving I noticed all the clean dishes were still in the dishwasher. In addition the sofa bed was very small and the mattress was very thin. Also, other than a bag with a single set of sheets and blanket for the sofa bed, there were no extra blankets. Furthermore, the bathroom lights would not turn on in the middle of the night.

The stay was good but hair was all over the phone in the shower and the bed I had to take the stuff off the bed and do it again I wasn’t happy about that

This hotel is big and spacious. They have a full bar and restaurant. The food is delicious and the drinks are great. My wife loves her margaritas. Overall this is a great place to spend a weekend of a week

First that free breakfast needs help n I found a gray hair in my grits no hair net I observed and Well they kept tryin to get mantince to come and check the shower head he knocked even with my do not disturb sign up with no female staff member I didn’t see a problem with it that was kreepy seeing how the rest of my stay he managed to be around I felt a lil uncomfortable and the front desk clerk had trouble finding my reservation which was embarrassing because I called the day before the drinks food n wait staff were great n very helpful and so was house keeping being that I’m retired house keeper my self I know how hard it is the few miner problems I did find was the bed was poorly made like it was rushed I fixed that the dishes where still in the dishwasher wet it’s like they weren’t ready but I don’t know how many checkout they had I could just tell they weren’t ready for my arrival

It was very nice. The only problem that I encountered was the smell of smoke. We were on a non smoking floor but the hallway smelled of smoke.

Trash was not emptied during the 3 night stay. Key was disabled after 2nd day. Low flow showerhead leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast was good.
