Nice hotel with easy access to locations and staff are friendly. Would say all facilities are good except for the pool area which has lots of pigeons around with bird droppings around the edges and in pool (could be easily managed with good cleaning and prevention techniques), so did not want to go swimming. Never tried the spa or sauna but looked like a good setup.

We had a room on the 19th floor and often the lifts were full so had to wait for a lift with space.
Main issue was the shower in our room as we could not get hot water. The solution from the hotel was to run the sink and bath tap as well as the shower and wait about 10 minutes for the water to heat up!
The room was lovely and spacious and the bed firm but comfortable. Breakfast was good.

It's a excelent hotel! We have an upgrade and everything was wondefull. Has a beatifull pool and sauna. But our surprise was a wonderfull restaurant at the top with normal prices! The breakfast is 100%. The employees are so cool, as in all country.

Nice facilities and great location. But look Chinese style. They have excellent resturant for breakfast but don't enough western foods like bacon, cheese.... And the tablecloth color of resturant are red, Why don't you change the color of tablecloth to white ? I hope it will be global hotel, not just chinese people. whatever it seems best hotel for the price,

Overall, a very nice stay for two nights. Exceptionally pleased with cleanliness and service. I see a couple of people complained about the location but it is in a city, not a beach resort. We walked around in the evenings to get street food which, IMO, is the way to experience a city. Best bet, is walk out front door, make a left, go to the end of the block and turn left. Walk about 50 meters and look across the street and there will be tables set up in the sidewalk and will be packed after 7PM or so. Good food. Entrees about 4-5 USD each. We ate there twice. Packed with locals. There are also several tuk tuks and rickshaws waiting outside the hotel to take you anywhere you wish to go for a few dollars. Whatever they ask for, offer half and bargain from there. We would definitely go back again.

Everything was great from the attentive, doormen, front desk and restaurant staff. Hotel was clean, modern, secure and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was above average, considering it was included. Particularly enjoyed the coffee made fresh for every cup. decent massage facility on site, as well as a rooftop restaurant and lounge with excellent views. Room was made up every day and kept quite tidy for me so extra points for the housekeepers.
Con: lots of pigeons around the pool and hot tub area. More concern should be taken for the bird poop as everyone knows it creates an E. coli problem in the water.

We stayed at this property pre Siem Reap and found the staff very professional and accommodating. We did have an issue with hot water on the eight floor as it would get Luke warm..however the breakfast made up for it as it was a buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and soups and egg station. The lobby in this hotel was inviting and there were tuk tuks available outside. We returned post Siem Reap and was put on the twentieth floor and the hot water was very good.. I highly recommend this hotel and would return when staying in PP.

Kind, accommodating staff. Great location near the Central Market, and reasonably close to other attractions and sites.
The infinity pool would be better with a view other than the vacant lot beside the hotel.

The hotel is a diamond in the rough. It's very nice. I enjoyed the gym and the pool. The staff spoke English and were very happy to help me. I give the staff 5 stars. I say the hotel is a diamond in the rough because the surrounding areas are dirty and not easy to find a decent restaurant.

Centrally located in downtown Phnom Penh. Attentive staff worked hard to take care of our needs. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Very nice looking hotel with pleasant front of house staff. Unfortunately the accommodation was not as described- no washing machine in the apartment, the window in the kitchen area did not have covering so there was no privacy from the apartments across. Hot water took a minimum of 10min to be hot/warm. The bed was one of the hardest I’ve ever encountered. We had a problem with knocking in the pipes in our bathroom- the maintenance couldn’t fix this so eventually we were moved to a lower floor. Same room with hard bed and no curtains. Our room card failed every day. Just a miserable stay.

It’s near a mosque and you can hear the prayers early in the morning on weekends.

Extremely reasonable price for the quality of the hotel

The staff friendly and very helpful. Excellent roof top restaurant and out side bar and probably the best view of the city. Food was excellent too and the whole experience was a total surprise. Stayed there eventually for 2 weeks when only planned one night. Rooms very good and comfortable. Fantastic place to stay and reasonable in cost compared to the branded hotels.
