The room was really big, very modern decor and clean, staff accomodated my requests at check in and were very helpful. The room was very quite and had a great nights sleep. The shower was lovely too. The carpark was busy but we did get a space ok. It was really easy to get the bus to the tube or where every you need to go.

Modern hotel, large rooms.
2.0
Have stayed here a few times in the past but the service was terrible and the room really uncomfortable as the air conditioning was not working correctly and you can not open the windows, I tried to report the issue but their was no reply when calling reception or any of the other numbers that were provided and no action was taken by reception, the check in was unfriendly and no answer on the room service either

No help with suitcases, double pram.
Warm far too hot!
Paid for a airport view room for my son and couldn’t see anything (poc attached).

Booked a suite which was extremely dark. 6 lights not working which made it even darker.
The aircon was blowing hot air even when set on 19. The fridge didn’t work.
Called to reception to request to be moved. After an hour they eventually came with a key to move me to another suite and the aircon wasn’t working in there either - really disappointing.

They were really lovely about letting me check in early since I arrived very early from an overseas flight. In general, it's a nice hotel. The sauna and steam room are fantastic after long travels.
4.0
Everything good except no soap or shampoo in room. Supplied conditioner and body lotion only.
At breakfast they would not do fried eggs, only scrambled and boiled, neither of which I like. Full English with no fried eggs!

This was an excellent choice for our long (overnight) layover in Heathrow. Easy to access (we took the Hotel Hoppa there and Uber back), fast super friendly check-in, nice room, good gym and a very impressive breakfast buffet.

Terrible service. Including misinformation about shuttles from/to airport that almost made me miss my flight.

Restaurant was awful.
Limited amenities nearby.
Staff were nice but hotel was over-staffed.

I liked the idea of contactless check-in but for some reason mine did not work. It told me there were no more rooms available for the night. So I approached the staff and they started to look into it. It took them 20 mins to find me a room. They gave me a drink voucher at the bar. The room they ended up giving me was a room that had bunk beds in it. I was supposed to have executive lounge access but was not mentioned or informed of its location.

So if youre expecting a warm smile and a friendly greeting when you check in... dont. Approached the desk to check in and was just stared at stonefaced by the woman at the desk no hello no how can i help, just a blank unwelcoming stare.
Whilst checking in i informed the receptionist that i had selected late check out in error and that it was no longer needed. She told me that she had removed it.... so imagine my suprise when i woke up this morning and £46.20 (late check out charge) had been taken from my bank account. So off i go to the reception desk. I smile politely at the gentleman behind the desk and explain. He looks at me half asleep and says " i dont know ive only just got here" i then had to ask him to get a manager as he didnt know what to do!! Still waiting on my refund. Also very expensive for food and drink.

I like this hotel a lot. I always try to stay here after arriving back in the UK.

The thing that sets this hotel apart is its breakfast buffet. Everything from fresh squeezed orange juice to various breakfast meats (and vegie sausages) and even anoodle dish and pastries etc. And this hotel very easy to get to by public bus (105,111,278, or 285) for those who travel in UK.

Checkin took 20 mins with only 2 staff and 1 dealing with an issue. No attempt to apologise to the queue. We were upgrade from a family room as only 2 of us staying not 3. However we went to use the gym and instructor asked us to sign in. Ladies changing rooms flooded from toilets. Pool heating not working and freezing cold. Bags for wet clothes dispenser empty. No warning from instructor that there were issues. Had drinks in bar but tables dirty and not been clean/cleared dispite 2 staff and it being quiet. Room service meals all cold and chips under cooked. Did not complain at time as had a 3:00am start next day.

Food in the restaurant was awful and noise

The lighting in the room was that dim you could not see if the room was clean, combined with the very dark decor it made it very morbid.
At the bar captain Kirk would have been proud of me as my cloaking devise was obviously working well as i waited for 25 minutes to be served. I eventually worked out that it was because I was lacking the botox lips and sweeping brush eye lashes.
The gentleman at check in needs to learn to speak english as you should not have to offer to use google translate in a hotel in the UK.
The hotel has potential, i book over 1000 rooms a year across the globe and the staff at this one are by far the worst.

Great stay, looking for something close to Heathrow for 1 night but would definitely stay again. Friendly welcome, great interiors and room decor, fantastic breakfast and really spacious and comfortable room. We upgraded before our visit to our executive room (subject to availability) when we arrived there were no upgraded rooms available however you wouldn’t notice, the standard rooms were so good.

This hotel has gone from good to terrible, it is always annoying that the check in process at this hotel ALWAYS seems to take so long, and this results in a queue to the entry door. I don't see why it takes the reception staff to check an individual in. They ask you to check in online to speed up the process but it does not. They ask you very little questions so there is no data inputting, but there seems to be an endless requirement for the reception staff to click away and tap at a keyboard for what seems like an age. All you want to do after a long flight or day, is go to your room and chill. Instead, you are faced with a 15 min queue that then turns into a 10 min check-in process. So it takes a minimum of 20 minutes+ to get into your room. On this recent stay, they claimed the heating wasn't broken in the room, but the room was freezing, the air blowing out of the heating unit was barely warm and the thermostat was turned to 24 its highest setting. The final straw was the rude reception staff member who decided to tell the whole foyer that my card was declined for insufficient funds, despite the very same card working on there terminal when done manually instead of via there computer that had the card on file. So clearly a failure of the IT system than it being insufficient funds as broadcasted embarrasingly to the whole lobby. In all FOUL customer service

After an eternity to book in, there was no heating in the room. Despite turning the thermostat to 24. It just blew out cold air. Engineer came to room armed with 2 spanner’s. 5 minutes after he left no heating again. Eventually a porter arrived with an oil heater. The room was still cold and my 87 year old mothers had to sleep in her clothes 😡

Very nice hotel. Parking was a disaster. Too many cars, not enough spaces.

Ideally located for Heathrow Terminal 3. Check in a little slow, but the hotel was beautiful. Done to a really high standard and modern. Comfortable and good sized rooms. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

The all men wait staff were rude and not good service. We asked for ice from bar and guy was sooo rude.
Then to charge us ridiculous charges each to ride 5 min bus to terminal was aweful.
