Hotel was clean but very ran down. They advertise a fully stocked kitchen, but you have to go and ask for everything. The front desk person was very annoyed when we asked. We only needed forks but he gave us the whole thing. The elevator went out twice while we were there. The front desk person didn’t seem too concerned about it. Would not stay here again.

Where to start.. came down at 6am to find all the breakfeast items were gone. Asked the lady if breakfast was from 6-9 (it was) but she put it out at 5:30 for the construction workers.. who took everything, i asked when she was restocking , was told around 8 Next day incame down 5:35 nothing was out so i waited for her to make coffee. And she set some muffins and oatmeal packets out. To say i was a little disappointed would be accurate. Stayed 3 nights , they dont clean the room unless you stay 7 , only 1 little shampoo and 1 soap.. thats it.. dont expect anything if your staying there..

For the amount I paid and deal I got I can’t really complain. The room wasn’t spotless and I didn’t mind. I was a little annoyed with no coffee pot in the room and the lobby pulls coffee with the “breakfast service”. Which breakfast was a joke. I’m thankful I pack protein shakes with me. I knew it was grab and go, I was downstairs at 7am and there was 3 chocolate chip muffins, one pouch of hard boiled egg and a nutrigrain bar. No staff anywhere to be seen to restock and I needed to leave. The other days were the same. I was also told Dunkin’ was in walking distance…. It’s close, however, you’re playing frogger with freeway on ramps and exits. I laughed the whole time and it was a funny story but understand you can not walk there! The hotel doesn’t have conditioner so Bring your own. The room doesn’t have a blow drier either so pack it if you want it. The housekeeping staff was sooooo nice and helpful. A man checked me in and he seemed very distracted or overwhelmed. His service was absolutely awful. Maybe it was an off day but he literally forgot about me while I was waiting for my room and then asks me if I have been checked in after almost 2 hours. I flew all day and just wanted to sleep so that was not fun but the woman working along side him was kind and helpful the entire trip. All in all I won’t stay there again but if you need a cheap bed for your head you do you. The Durango’s steakhouse is in the parking lot and it was yummy

Good stay with this hotel. Reasonable price, friendly service, comfortable room, and convenient location for the area. The only issue we had was that the hotel ran out of room keys, which was inconvenient. Would recommend for a quick stay.

The stay was wonderful, very good attention and atmosphere, very clean everything, includes breakfast and is very close to the main places and restaurants we were looking for in the area, very helpful reception staff especially Tiffany who was essential in our stay, we recommend this place 100 percent.

First room had a broken AC, wasn’t repaired after 24 hours so I requested another room. Second room was ok. They aren’t very well staffed so they don’t clean the rooms or hallways. Linens don’t smell clean. Business model is like an apartment more than a hotel.

If all you want is a clean room and a bed to sleep in this is perfect for you. If you are looking for a place to relax with anything extra this is not the place for you. You must ask for everything coffee pot, coffee, hair dryer, etc. when I was there they did not have coffee for the coffee pots. Coffee was available during breakfast hours. Breakfast choices were slim. Yogurt, oatmeal, cereal. They were waiting on a shipment for two days when I was there. The noise from I95 could be heard in my room. Room 134 so ask to stay at the opposite side of hotel from the highway if traffic noise bothers you. Staff was nice and the room was clean. But definitely no frills. Water was good and hot.

Well the elevator was down the ENTIRE WEEKEND which was a total hassle. Upon checking out I asked if we would be compensated for the inconvenience but have yet to see any type of refund to my account.

Elevator was broken and being repaired, but front desk called to let me know that as soon as I made my reservation. They reminded me as I checked in. Great friendly staff. Clean location just off the interstate with some restaurants nearby, including a decent steakhouse next door. I'd definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at 2 Extended Stay hotels and both were extremely clean. I received a courtesy call from Esther on the morning of our arrival. She wanted to let me know the elevator was out of order. I told her we are senior citizens and it we wouldn't be able to carry our luggage up steps. She immediately confirmed a ground floor room. I asked the lady at the front desk if Esther was working. I told Tiffany what she had done and said she would be in at 9:00. As we were loading up the car, Tiffany pointed out Esther to me. I wanted to personally thank her for what she had done. Both she and Tiffany were very pleasant.

The elevator was not working and rooms on the first floor were either not available or hadn't been cleaned and, thus, were also not available at 4 pm with no indication when they would be ready. From a review I read online later in the day the elevator had also not been working earlier in the week. So for all I know, it had been out all week. Also, the breakfast items available were meager to say the least, even worse than they were when we had stayed there two weeks earlier. The best I can say about this place is that the room, both times, was clean and the front desk staff was pleasant, but I don't envy them. Management is absent and this ESA location is fairly new. In a couple of years if management is still poor and things begin to deteriorate, so will their ratings. For me, I've spent myl last night here. The two times I've stayed here were the first time I've stayed at an ESA and I will be very hesitant to stay in another.

A convenient spot to stay during a two day visit to the Kennedy Space Center. Upon checking in the overwhelmed clerk asked if we received a courtesy call from the manager. We had not. The manager was supposed to tell us the elevator was out and our room was on the 4th floor. We were shown a call log for the courtesy calls. Our name was checked off. There were no calls recorded on my phone. We are 72 years old. Fortunately we are fit. It was still inexcusable that we did not get a call and that we were not offered assistance getting our bags to the fourth floor. Oh, and if you like breakfast don’t count on enjoying the “free breakfast buffet”. It is a poor joke. And one last thing. I was a road warrior for over 40 years. When I dropped the key card on the front desk the clerk did not look up from whatever they were doing. Nor did they offer any greeting whatsoever. I have never had that happen before. Caveat emptor!

It was fine. VERY understaffed. Many things in the hotel not working. Including elevator and coke machine. Assigned us to 3rd floor even though elevator broken. Don't think the place was anywhere near full.

Beware to those who seek to check in late. This hotel let me down harder than you could ever imagine. Their lack of flexibility combined with their misorganisation has left me stranded with NO WHERE TO SLEEP because my room apparently got overbooked by multiple other parties despite the fact that I literally prepaid AND left a note I will be late AND called in to insure that the hotel is aware that I will be late. Their own software does not allow flexibility and my room got like or given to someone else. I was confident when they reassured me I will get my room, but that was a lie. At least Expedia refunded me a portion if not all of this hotel, but the money did not fix the fact that I did not sleep that night. Stay the hell away from this place if you seek accommodation

The rooms were a good size with a large fridge and two burner stove and microwave. There are not a lot of amenities. You have to ask at the front desk for coffee maker, hair dryer, utensils etc. The breakfast is just a grab and go not many selections. But there is an IHop and Cracker Barrel, Starbucks and Denny's close by. But the room was very comfortable and clean. Had a nice recliner in it and lots of room be comfortable in. We would definitely stay there again.

The man at check in was amazing. My allergies started to act up in one room and he switched my room to a different room to see if it helped which it did. The lady in the morning at the desk came and knocked on my door like a police officer at 11:30 to remind me that late checkout is at 1200. Super inappropriate

Beware, when we arrived we were informed that there was an additional $100 charge per room we booked. This amount is on top of the amount I had already paid for the room. I was informed it would be refunded back at check out but, did not really get a reason for this extra charge. Breakfast in the morning was also very lacking. It consisted of prepackaged muffins, Instant Oat Meal, hot chocolate, & Coffee. I would have booked at another Hotel in the area if I had known.

I loved the little kitchenette!!! It wasn’t needed but definitely a tool I will utilise in the future. I felt very safe. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and I loved the grab-and-go breakfast options.

I’m not sure this is common with this chain or not. The staff is very friendly and they really try to help the guests, BUT THEY NEED HELP. Upon arrival( around 6 pm), we had to wait for someone to clean our room. According to the administrator, they would do “courtesy cleaning” if we stay with them for more than a week. We stayed 10 days and no one cleaned our room. You have to wait a bit if you need to speak to someone at the front desk because the person is busy helping cleaning. They advertise breakfast but it’s really yogurts, mini muffins and coffee, no drinks for your kids other than coffee or tea. There is laminated floors in the rooms, they look nice and clean, unfortunately for us, we could hear the children running all night in the room above ours. There is a good reason for installing carpet in some hotels. Despite the lack of the house keeping staff, our room was clean so they doing a good job on that.

Staff shortage. Took 30 min for check in around 8 pm and was not apologetic. However the staff was friendly. I felt sorry for them for the staff shortage. The room was spacious and nice but the shower room needs an update. Somehow the door had something like a paint or a tooth paste which was gross.

They overbooked. No room for us when we got there. Never refunded the room. And they did this to eight people! Also, the whole lace deals of smoke. Now I. We’d to deal with my credit card company to get a refund.
