Great stay quick trip to Las Vegas. Room was good sized beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice had a view of the Las Vegas strip. Close to the strip we were able to walk to and from we felt the safe the whole time breakfast was nice. We would definitely stay again.

Floor no clean we found dog pop under bed . Bed sofa bad quality and stain with pee or something. We don’t know. Plus bathroom door it isn’t closed. I think this hotel can be better. It is Vegas and holiday inn.

I arrived in my room and noticed there was a phone in there (non-functional) with no cord to call the front desk. I went down to the front desk to ask for a working phone, and the young lady said she'd make a note for management smh. There was no resolution. Disgusting service! God forbid there was am emergency and I need to call downstairs/the front desk for help.

this hotel is perfect. very well located, big, clean, beds are super comfortable and bathrooms include everything hairdryer, shampoo and all the stuff you need, also has microwave and a big refrigerator. awesome!

I’m not gambling and smoking so I don’t have to stay at Casino resort . The place is clean and staff are very nice, MGM Grand just across street very convenience access to Las Vegas Blvd .

Overall great experience for half the cost of staying on the strip and it’s right by the MGM grand, walking distance to the Las Vegas monorail and free parking if your an IHG member.

I stay here when I’m on business and love that it’s not a far walk to the middle of the strip. You’re literally not far from anything you can think of.

Rooms and hotel are very clean. Distance walking to the strip and main attractions. Beds are very comfortable. Our air conditioner in our room was making a lot of noice. We asked at the front desk for that and they say they would send their manager… but unfortunately nobody came to fix it .

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the MGM Grand. The room and bed were comfortable. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There were cracker crumbs on the floor. We didn't have enough towels for the 4 of us. The front desk was perplexed when I requested another set. Overall an adequate place to stay.

Though I would say my long stay at this hotel was good, I do have to say that my room food needed a little more cleaning. My feet would be dirty.

To make a long story short I was basically put out on the street because I was $60 short on my credit card. Even though the website said pay on arrival with more than $8000 cash in hand I couldn't even get my room. The manager was not sympathetic or even tried to help in anyway.

The staff / everybody in the front desk , cleaning staff... are courteous, cheerful and helpful in giving directions to significant spots in Las Vegas. They made us feel comfortable away from home.

Night desk person was wonderful-friendly, helpful, welcoming. Young girl who checked us in (roughly 3pm ) was surly and disinterested. Not a great feeling when a staff member acts like you are ruining their day by showing up. Why do you have employees like this.

If you don't mind walking this is an excellent location. It is quiet and far enough removed from the crowds on the strip. Very close to the airport and strip so you get the best of both worlds.

Hotel’s location is great. Service is below average. We asked for bed sheets, comforter for the sofa bed, and extra towels. Rather than delivering than to our room, we were told by the guest service to pick it up ourselves from the front desk. Also, when I booked the hotel the description said that parking is free. But hotel forced me to pay $12 per day for parking. Hotels.com should reimbursed me for this
