Nice room and nice 1-night stay.

We had to go back to reception because key didn’t work. Person said they’ve had lots of problems with the blue keys and so switched us to a purple key. Made me wonder why we didn’t just get a purple key to start with.

Stay was pleasant. Cleanliness of bathrooms could have been better. The receptionist was not professional can do better. Overall enjoyed the stay. Very much liked the room floor plan with two queen beds with a couch.

Malfunctioning heat/AC unit. Fortunately unseasonally warm weather kept us warm on first night. Front desk a
had to repeatedly reset a circuit breaker on the wall unit. On the second day when temperatures plunge to the 20s we demanded a new room since the problem had not been addressed during the day despite their repeated assurances that it had been fixed

We had to find a hotel quickly to beat some bad weather and we are glad Home2Suites had availability. Clean, comfortable and affordable. We will be back.

Was a very clean comfortable big hotel the only downfall was the pool heater was broke and you couldn’t get in it because it was too cold. My kids were disappointed and that was the main reason we got the hotel.

The room suze and layout was great for our needs. However, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, which we ran. Also, we were told that the breakfast was open until 11am but we we got down there about 10 til 10 they were already closing it down so we asked for some milk and ceral, which they gave us, but seemed like we had inconvenienced them.

Our state was very enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are a little soft but overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

They checked us into an occupied room! Be so careful in hotels. I’m getting one of those door stop locks. The pillows were super cheap and the shower door wouldn’t stay shut. Everything else was as expected.

The only complaint is the breakfast was lacking. Everything was whole grain, even the cerel, multi grain, muffins etc....nothing kids will eat ..the whole grain waffles were nasty

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast had nice options, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only small complaints are we had a lamp that was either broken or the bulb was bad and the shower doors had to have a wash cloth stuck in it to keep it closed. We would 1000 percent stay here again and really enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean everything listed was provided. The linens made the room feel like a hospital room and felt like it.
Also for context we are a family of 6, so we are very considerate and leave the room as almost as clean as when we arrived.
We ended up with a charged under $50 to replace linens that had been soiled some way. I called the next day to see what had been done since we cleaned up before we left and didn't notice anything obvious.
The manager was supposed to either call or send a simple email and I have received no contact or response.
So I will not be staying in the future for lack of clarity on the situation and don't feel like being charged and ignored in the future, since I don't live in the state so to them its free money.

Another amazing stay! This location is our first choice when visiting the Liberty area. We are there usually twice a month. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and professional, and it is new and updated. Thank You!

Very easy in and out from my family. We have 2 girls in wheelchairs. We were very impressed with the rooms wish we would have woken up in time for breakfast but its all good McDonald's on the way to the 35

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Check-in was a breeze, and I loved the variety of snacks available at the front desk. The room was fantastic, super clean and comfortable—I wish I could have stayed longer! The breakfast buffet was impressive, and the staff were all so friendly. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
