The only problem with the hotel was the coffee, everyone I know who tried it (a half dozen guys or so) agreed it was bad.
Other the coffee the place is great.

Hospitality was great. Everyone I met was very nice and friendly. It is a beautiful hotel but I am disapointed with the cleanliness. In my suite the couch was covered in stains, the floors looked dirty, the kitchen utensils and cups look like they were used and never placed in the washer. The coffee machine was dirty and the room has a moldy musty smell. I used to be a General Manager for a large hotel, and I understand running a hotel is not easy. For what I paid each night, I was disappointed in Hilton.

Room wasn't ready at 3. Staff didn't greet us and wasn't pleasant at check in on Saturday February 24th. Other times we came inside they were on their phones. Customer service is lacking. The hotel itself is very nice and has great amenities. Good location. Suite was spacious.

The hotel was under construction, when we first arrived our door was open and we couldn’t get the door to lock. They didn’t want to get us another room since “this one was clean for us”. They did get the lock to work. The hotel was so loud from 9:00 on. Super loud and no one could sleep. We even called to tell them and nothing was done.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The facility seemed new and was very clean and updated. It was in a safe neighborhood and I would feel comfortable staying there alone. The only problem I had was getting an Uber or Lyft to Ohio Stadium for a concert. There were Ubers showig available, but they kept declining the request. The staff told us they sometimes do that because they dont wan to come that far.

The room was very nice, very clean, looked great. Unfortunately the bed and the pillows were some of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever slept on. The blankets may have “fit” the bed, but they were way too small, especially for a couple. Adding to the situation the AC was just not cutting it for the room. I must’ve woken up 3-4 times during the night for all the aforementioned reasons. I’ve honestly slept better in hotels that cost half as much.

I would never stay at this hotel chain ever again the management was racist and they charged my car for smoking and I never smoked in the room. I checked out this hotel three days early because I was traveling and then I look up a week later and I have a charge on my account and I just outright lied and said I was smoking in the room there’s no way I could’ve been smoking in a room or they would’ve put me out of the hotel which they never did.

I loved everything about this hotel,best hotel I've ever stayed at I have nothing bad to say. It was a fantastic stay. I will be staying there again in the future.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was nice and clean, and really comfortable. The only thing was they didn’t seem to have enough wash cloths, and towels. When asked for more the staff said they were waiting on laundry to get done. This could have been because the hotel was booked due to the game. But other than that everything was really nice. There is restaurants, and shopping in walking distance as well.

Staff was very nice. Check in was running behind and had to wait an hour for room to be ready. Once in room, determined it had not be cleaned. Bathroom filthy and had dried toothpaste on countertops. No other room was available.

I only had a few concerns when we got to the hotel the person working the desk wasn’t very friendly he just said I need your Picture is and credit card. He didn’t tell us about pool hours, checkout time, or breakfast like they usually do. When we went to the pool that evening it was disgusting. I spoke with someone about it and they told me they would take care of it which the next time we went down it was much cleaner.

Welcoming lobby and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Checked in late with 4 young children. Had to call down to the front to ask for sheets/pillowcases/blankets for pull out couch and then had to walk back down to get them as they did not have staff to bring them up. Also, apparently all of the bathroom doors are being replaced but on back order (per staff). My husband used our bathroom and got locked inside. Could not unlock the door from

The hotel was nice and clean, but watch your prices. Once we got here, they charged 25.00 more then what the original price was. With no explanation at all.

Hotel was nearly brand new, but there were a few minor issues, such as the key cards did not work on room door so manager had to open it. TV was missing a remote.

The front desk clerk made check in very easy. He was very friendly. Coming from a show choir competition, we checked in after midnight but it was smooth. We even had a small gathering in the lobby and he was very friendly and helpful. It was a very positive experience. Room was huge, very clean, and well stocked.

Nice Rooms but very thin walls, could here the kids upstairs running and jumping around , people next to us having sex at 1:00 am groaning and all. trying to get a good nights sleep before the run was not great. Ask for the top floor and corner room if you want quiet at this place

I booked a bedroom suite. Got there and they said I booked handicapped accessible. Nope. Definitely did not. One shower curtain dividing the bed and pullout couch. Deceptive practices beware.

staff super friendly. hotel super clean. Not even a year old yet. Lobby area was huge - plenty of space and seating for breakfast (on the go) and hanging with friends and family. Only negative was no hot tub - but it does have a pool and workout room. Nice firepit with lots of seating in front of hotel. Nice area in back with 2 huge gas grills and plenty of seating if you wanted to cook out. Will definately stay here gain. Superb

We had a late check in, my reservation was canceled even though I called ahead of time to let them know i will be checking in late. Upon arrival front desk staff Ajay was very unfriendly, telling me not to give him attitude. He said I need to do another reservation through hotel.com because thye are sold out!! He asked if I had cash available. I said no, I did my second booking and he said that he will let us in into hotel room because key reader is not working. Overall I am veing charged 400.00 for one night there and I feel very disrespected by that employee. In the morning I brought all of that to the attention of manager.

The property was clean and nice. The pool was kinda gross and that was the main reason we chose this property but we never even used the pool. The main also never came while we were there so we had to constantly ask for towels and toilet paper and stuff and then wait forever for it.

Before we reserved the hotel we call the see if we could check in around 11:30 because we were traveling. The front desk said it would be fine they’d have our room ready. We got there to check in and they over booked the rooms so then we had to share a single king bed room for 3 people, fine. We get up to the room it isn’t clean. Bed was not made and there was still food and drinks from the previous nights. Then we sleep in there because there are “no other rooms” and we end up finding dead fleas in our beds 0/10 recommend.

The service was excellent the beds was so comfortable. I was blown away when I saw they had a pool table and games that the family could sit down and play together. The kids enjoyed the pool very much, I don’t remember seeing a hot tub, they have a nice workout room. There was full kitchen inside your room. They had a sticker on the microwave saying if you need a hot plate let them know. A full size refrigerator, Every room has a pullout sofa. The bathroom is small. This is the first time that I did not see my children on their cell phones. They had so many activities they could choose in what to do. I absolutely would recommend this hotel. I am looking forward to staying there again.
