I stayed there for umrah, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.. clean, quiet, thd lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, they have probably the greatest breakfast selection I've seen and I have been to a lot of countries.. they provide a bus to haram 5 times a day.. I literally can't find a mistake at this hotel.. perfect I recommend for anyone going to madinah

Stayed two nights and found the hotel to be comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the Haram was a bonus. Fantastic experience all round!

I stayed for one night. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good. But more importantly, when the staff discovered an envelope with money in it after I checked out, the manager (Ali) contacted me and came himself to the airport to deliver the money. Great thank you to Ali and his staff.

The biggest room i’ve ever stayed. Mostly clean and comfortable. Good and helpful staff. Breakfast could be better. Shuttle service is not enough.

All staff members are excellent specially Abdullah at the front desk. He is amazing, helpful, always great’s people with wide smile. Also the hotel manager is very nice and treats his guest like a family. Thanks so much for everything.

Is my second time staying at Season star during Umurah..yet their service remains splendid, friendly support staff that speak minimum english.
I like one of their shuttle driver who drives with care and mostly on time, but the other driver need to improve..he can be very hasty and drives roughly..nevertheless, is best best to be during umurah..Alhamdulilah

Very good hotel. Great staff and service. On top of that free suhoor meal. The shuttle experience was good. Only thing I would say is that the last shuttle service from harm is at 11 which is very tight to catch as the taraweeh prayers finish by 10:30 ish.

The room was very big and spacious and has everything that you could need. The customer service was also excellent. The hotel is only a very short 5 minute taxi journey from the Haram, however the hotel provides an excellent shuttle service that travels there all day.
