Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had lots of room. Breakfast is included, and we always take advantage of that. The only problems we had were 1) a noisy air conditioner that made sleeping difficult for my husband; 2) there was no channel guide on the tv or printed out, so finding something to watch was frustrating. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Started off bad as no one was at the desk to check us in. Had to wait 15 min for someone to finally check us in. Get to the room and the floor was dirty, tv would not work and someone’s dirty underwear was hanging up in the wardrobe.

This was an excellent hotel! The lobby and rooms were newly updated, the room was extremely clean, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable! It’s also conveniently close to the highway, great shopping, and wonderful dining. We will definitely stay here again on our way to Florida!

Very nice place to stay for overnight stop. Teresa, the front desk clerk, had us laughing, which was welcome after a 12 hour road trip. A hot “hot breakfast” too.

Room was nice, A/C never gets cold enough for me. Breakfast is great with eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc, but the where slow to keep it coming out and stocked even though it wasn't busy. Super close to shopping and I-77. Staff was really nice!

The beds were very nice. I like the Dove soaps, shampoos, and lotions. Much better than typical hotel toiletries.

The room we were given was not cleaned when we arrived, but the gave us another room immediately that was cleaned. Just an extra delay after driving for 12 hours.

My husband is disabled, so getting into the high beds was problematic. The desk staff found a room with a slightly lower bed, but it was still difficult for him to get in and out. The room was very nice, the staff were courteous, and the breakfast was quite good, but I would probably not be able to stay again because of the bed heights unless it is just me that needs a hotel room.

The front desk staff were wonderful! The rugs in the room were dirty with some sort of wood shavings. The comforter was stained, the buttons for elevator was broken. The used coffee pod was still in the machine and there was no other new coffee. There was only a couple of sheets of Kleenex left. Breakfast refrigerator was empty, no milk or butter. Just poorly run!!!

Good location close to the interstate but quiet still. Close to shopping, fast food and a restaurant of two. Nice staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms and bath. Only issue was juvenile football team was there for some sort of practice/jamboree and the kids AND parents were loud, rude and up late. Management did not seem interested in addressing the situation.

The two ladies at the front desk were excellent they got me the room that I wanted which was on the fifth floor and they excellent customer service. That means allot to me and yes I'll be back and stay again.

Newer facility but lacking in many areas. Staff was fairly nice but there is obviously lack of qualified management. Hotel and elevators hot and humid. Workout room unusable because it was 80 degrees in there due to malfunctioning air conditioning unit. Pool was dirty and not circulating- these are the main 2 amenities I am interested in and both were not in usable shape. Breakfast was not good and the same things were served all 4 mornings. Usually there is a rotating breakfast but not here. Asked for clean towels but was told could only have 2 because they were running low on towels. Definitely would not stay here again.

I was traveling with my 89 year old mother and this was a stop-over for us on our trip. Everyone was delightful and professional. The accommodations were super clean and we were pleased with our stay from walking through the doors through check-out. Thank you!

The air conditioner in the hallway was not on it was very hot and the there kids being loud and running around and knocking on people doors and parents not even paying attention to there kids really wasn't relaxing so that's why I checked out that same day

Ice machine on 1 floor. Breakfast started at 7am. Early risers can’t wait till then.
