Had a problem with my toilet leaking, but management was very responsive and fixed it the next morning. The only other complaint I have is that my key card kept demagnetizing and I'd have to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed. This happened twice during my stay.

My place is fairly new still , and so I did not have to clean the filters for the air/heater and air conditioner wish I was very surprised. I felt like the ladie that checked me in made me feel very uncomfortable . She was not nice it's seemed like every time I came out of my room I seen her running to see who was coming out of the my room . The breakfast is way over priced. For four breakfast which keep in mind cost 67.00 dollars which includes cereal, a fruit then a juice and they don't have a table to sit at . You eat in your room . I know on hotels com it's says breakfast included. But nope not included and overpriced for such a small not warm breakfest

It was really nice. Room were nice and clean. Staff were very kind and very helpful. The location was perfect bc it was in the middle of everything.

It workes great for our needs. Clean place, comfortable, and the staff are helpful, informative and kind. Its in walking distance to some restaurants, the vancouver mall, and a 7 Eleven if you dont want to drive. Definitely recommend staying here.

We were visiting for a funeral and needed a quiet, clean place to stay. My Place is always there for us. The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is ideal.

My past experiences with my place hotels has been fantastic except for hair I find in the tub. Please do a better job in cleaning the tub.

Our stay was great. The staff upon check in were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, and the overall condition of the hotel was clean. We stayed during halloween weekend and loved all of the fun decorations. Overall we felt safe and comfortable. The staff upon checkout were also very nice and we throughly enjoyed our experience. I will say that the elevator was a little bit scary sometimes with the noises it was making but I think that can be said for most elevators.

It was a great place for us to stay as we finished up our vacation. We were able to stop freshen up, wash some clothes and repack before we took our flight back home to Rapid City. It is a very convenient location to PDX

Facility and staff were great. My only complaint was the incredibly slow wifi speeds. Had to use my hotspot instead.

The room was decent and the property was relatively clean and well cared for. That being said:
1. The floor in the room was dirty.
2. There is a well appointed kitchen in the room, but no pots, pans, utensils, plate, bowls or cups so as to facilitate use of the kitchen and full size fridge. Makes little sense, though apparently those items are "for sale" at the store at the property, so it's a revenue driver and not a true convenience for travelers.
3. Housekeeping is only every 4th day, which is unusual.

This way the first time we have stayed at a My Place and it was a great choice! Nice big room. Had every thing we needed. We will be looking for My Place on our next trips.

Nice hotel for a great price. Conveniently located near the mall, so you can find food and coffee when you need it. I liked that there was a nice kitchenette in our room, but no dishes/pans/kettle was provided. Bring everything if you plan to cook (or even boil a water for tea) in your room. We used microwave to heat up leftovers from our lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good experience overall!
