Beautiful hotel but we got very dirty room full of dust and hairs from previous customers, far from the strip and most of restaurants are closed . Big no !

Requested a king bed, received two queens. Advised that I was a Diamond member, but was not upgraded and only compensated with food and beverage credit. Room was small and "average"...

the hotel was wonderful but the service and god awful which really neutralized he quality of the property.
the check in staff were so rude- they pointed us to the wrong tower at 1am in the morning and were just so unfriendly- i have never experienced this in a Hilton high end property.
Theguest service was practically non existent and you couldnt order anything at all from the room. The housekeeping staff would just barge in without knocking. Today one of them asked my wife at 9am why we hadnt checked out yet ( check out time is 11)
Its a beautiful property but the satff working there are either extremely dissatisfied with thier jobs or just no very marginal competency and practically no hospitality skills

***MUST READ: When I arrived I was given a room that was not cleaned properly. The bathroom had a terrible odor coming from the shower drain, the bathroom floor had hairs on it as well as on the towels. One towel had a long hair folded up in it as well as a yellowish stain. I told the maid service and the issues were cleared up by the end of the next day but for the amount of egregious fees they charge I should’ve been refunded partial payment. Many of the hotel food kiosks were closed, THE LOUNGE ON 66 WAS CLOSED FOR A PRIVATE EVENT on Saturday night!! The sportsbook closes at 9pm without warning while you are sitting right there, Carversteak makes you pay for a little steak sauce after you buy an $80 steak, ZOUK has so much VIP space that GA is not worth it, too crowded and getting drinks spilled all over me, bought the open bar ticket and they give you smaller cups than everyone else and finally my man TIESTO ditched the place after I booked my trip and he hardly DJ’s there anymore. I wonder why. The greed is too much in Vegas. Infinity pool…you guessed it, wanna sit down? You gotta pay.

It’s our 3rd time staying @ Resorts World and I felt like the room was a little dusty this time around. I had to call twice for room service because there were no face towels available and discovered that the conditioner/body wash dispenser was empty while my daughter was in the shower. The safe was also not working. Service was fast though after calling it in. Other than that, everything was great.

They gave me a room on the 19th floor and when i got there the room was still not clean. By the time they gave me another room it was about an hour later.

Check in process was ridiculous. Line snaked out the front door. We tried checking in online on the Hilton app but if you book through a third party, like hotels.com, you need to check in in person with the front desk. I honestly don’t see the utility of using this app anymore. Just book directly with the hotel. The prices are not that different anymore and you can also get rewards

Loved this new resort. Lots of thought and fun ideas went into creating a unique resort experience.

The check in was terrible, even though the front desk girl was very friendly but the system couldn’t pull out my booking information. I have to send confirmation to her manager and giving her my reservation over and over again.
The worst after first day of stay. I was not checking out my check date is April 2, on April 1, all my personal belongings were removed out of the room, I don’t know if someone steals it or the room services had a miscommunication with the managment. But all my stuffs has lost.y daughter have to go to security make reports and found my personal belongings which should be safe my stored in my room. Same for my Tooth brushes, tooth paste and shaver.
This is very upsetting

The hotel is nice. The check-in line is super long! And I couldn’t use their app because my reservation was through here. I had an issue with my sister arriving the next day and nobody could help…. The hotel sent me to you and you guys to the hotel. It was stressful.

No room service and they check in process was an hour. Also took an hour to even get into our room or assigned to another one after the first room wouldn’t open.

This is a great hotel. Has a ton of food options. The rooms are nice and big and the bathroom is good. Great shower!! The theatre is well done and even nose bleed seats have a good view. Definitely staying here again.

Great Hotel with everything you need to have a successful trip. Thanks for the stay!

The parking situation is terrible. $18 a day. And $18 every time you leave the garage and come back. They say a 3rd party owns the garage. Other than that, the stay was amazing. Nice new hotel. Probably the nicest. A little bit of a walk to get to where more night action is on the strip, but this place is very nice.

The room was spotless and beautiful! The staff was friendly, helpful and quick. The hotel was easy to navigate and beautiful and the spa did not disappoint- can’t wait to come again!

This is the best hotel . If you're going to the convention center, the hotel has a The Loop station that takes you there! The room is wonderful, clean and the best hotel bathroom I've ever seen! the pool is beautiful and the only negative point is that the pool closes at 4 pm. the attendants are very friendly!

The check in and check out was easy. There was plenty of stuff to do onsite including food, entertainment, and stuff to do to relax

I had wished they mentioned sooner that we could get free parking if we signed up for their casino’s rewards program…also no coffee machines in the rooms. Overall it was a decent stay, just a pricey one.

Everything about the hotel was great except the check-in experience. They sent me a message through Hotels.com that I could get the Hilton app and use digital key to check in. So I got the app and made myself an account but the app wouldn't accept the Hotels.com confirmation number. Then I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with Hilton trying to get the app to work and they couldn't help me. They finally transferred me to the actual hotel and they told me I couldn't use the app because my reservation it was through a third-party. However, the hotel sent me a message through the third-party telling me that I could. When I arrived, there was quite a long line to check in so it was a frustrating experience. The agent at the counter was great, but I wish I could've done it on the app. Later, I got a text from the hotel about how the check-in experience was and I told them all of this and they said they would get me an agent but they never did.

I wanted to really enjoy my stay. I travel a lot and Resorts World has a lot of modern spaces and great eats/drinks but the service at the Hilton kinda ruined the night. Since I arrived in town early in the day (a Wednesday), I wasn’t able to check in until after dinner and it was a 45 minute line to check in. I tried the app, but couldn’t make it work for me. After getting to my room, I went to meet up with friends at the rooftop bar. In the rush and exhaustion I locked myself out. Since there was still a line I opted to get new keys after my drink around 11. When I got into line again there were 3 service agents assisting other visitors, when I was next in line and an agent finished up. Instead of assisting me he said to me someone will help me in a minute and he stepped away. Fine. There were two other agents looking to finish up. There were also 2-3 parties behind me. But no, as they finished they also stepped away without acknowledging those of us in line. It was a full 5 min of no one at the desk with us waiting before someone came back. Was not a great impression at the end of a long day. Next time I choose Resorts World, I’m opting for another one of the hotels.

Beautiful hotel. Second stay there. Easy check in and easier check out. All good there.
Resort fee is annoying for March 1. What amenities am I using? None.
Docked a star because there was a bumping sound all night. Likely from the heating/cooling unit. Seemed like neighbors were bumping the wall, but that was not it.

it’s an ok hotel. Big and busy. relatively new as expected. There’s not much amenities in the room and rooms are pretty small.
We stayed for 5 nights and have to pay a resort fee (~USD50) for every single nights - this was for the pool, which was mostly closed off since it’s winter. There’s only a small pool which was v crowded for all the 5 days there. It’s not part of the hotel recharge showing on hotels.com. it added up.
also, for such a big complex, we would suspect we might be able to check out an hour or so later, they were not able to do that at all.

The line at the cage to cash out chips was super long which was annoying. Otherwise it was great! Restaurants were good, drinks were strong and the staff was super friendly

The room smelled horrible.
No blow dryer and no restroom kit.

The casino downstairs a smoking casino and as such everything in the place stinks of stale cigar and cigarette smoke. By the time you come home all of your possessions will stink of stale smoke. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, no complimentary water in the room and the air con system in there sounded like Darth Vader breathing on repeat. Food options in hotel are massively expensive . The Mexican restaurant being the best one. If you want a coffee you need get to Starbucks before 7am or else the line to get in Starbucks is endless. Had it not been for the smell of cigar and cigarette smoke lingering everywhere I think I would have rated this hotel higher but it simply stank of it and I won’t be rushing back until they ban smoking in the casinos
