The floors were covered in dirt, the tun walls were missed grout and tiles were coming off the wall, there is a draft allowing for cold air to come in from the door. There was no phone in the room.

The property people were not very friendly and did not smile a lot. No problems with anyone when I said Hi to staff members they said nothing in return.

The room was filthy. Candy wrappers everywhere. Hair in the shower. Two of the dresser drawers were full of trash like sonwone lived in the room for a month.

The second shift desk clerk was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Zachary Gibbens got me extra pillows and answered questions just great customer service.

I was just trying to keep them from having to sleep in there car. I saw the room when left., it was free of trash, dishes in dish washer. were they susposed to make the beds.
I need a REFUND plz.

The toilet seat had a stain that I needed to wipe off upon arrival and the room reeked of strong cologne when we arrived. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding was so thin and scratchy. We would never stay here again. The front desk clerk however was pleasant and helpful.

The room was infested with roaches! I ended up cutting my stay short and moving to a different hotel. The continental breakfast was nice, and the front desk staff was pleasant. I would have enjoyed the stay if it wasn’t for the infestation in my room (they were in the shower, coming from the sink drain, on my nightstand, and on the window sill).

Good that there was a D&D and a large convenience right there. Would be nice if there had been a stairway on bothsides in the back to the 2nd floor. The walkway on 2nd floor was extremely unlevel which could be dangerous if not careful. Otherwise the room itself was fine and equiped well.

They don’t clean the rooms, you put the trash outside, they put a bag in it and don’t even go into the room. In 13 days there they came in once. I had to put the trash and dirty towels outside. Go get my towels every other day. The yard has big pot holes in the yard.

The lodge is terrible. Not for families. Ordered off expedia.com. company shows best picture of hotel section and area not the trucker pit stop. Rooms were visually clean for what you get but thats not the worst. The worst is the people that live around out in the back. Smoking , drinking and .... the BED BUGS. I spotted a baby bug in my bed. Thought it was lice because of its clear look and shape. My husband said it wasnt. Its probably a bug from outside . He pulls back his sheets and there was 2 more. I didnt even bother looking any more. That was the end. I went down stairs and checked right out. Packed up and went to a nice clean hotel . The holiday inn express. They were so nice. Clean. I was so mad we didnt choose something like that first. The stess and hassle this place had us in, i would not recommend or ever stay there again.
The staff up front was nice. The woman at check in and the man at check out. I wish we had a better experience.

Very good place for the price. Room had a very slight smoke smell, but not bad at all. Room was clean, bathtub drained properly, everything worked. Great breakfast. You hear some truck noise from the fuel station nearby, but our room faced it and it wasn't bad even with our windows open, which they were all night. Can't really complain about anything, really.

The pool was broken. It was hot, and why I got the room.

There was quite the bit of excitment with banging on doors and yelling that the management was either not aware of (what I expect) or didn't want to deal with.
Be aware some of the rooms have an exterior / unconditioned hallway. Not bad, but I didn't realize that

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times and find the rooms to be very nice but house keeping could do a better job sweeping around beds and furniture. Staff has always been amazing. The outside is well maintained in summer fall and spring but the snow removal isn't the greatest. We will come back again to stay for sure.

If looking for a place to sleep for the night, not a bad place. The area did lose power for most of the Saturday when we were there but that is of no fault to the hotel.
