I booked a room with 2 queen beds but was given a room with 1 queen bed and a pull out sofa. When i told them that wasn't the room i booked, i was informed that they were over booked and had no other rooms for me. The room was clean and looked nice but my friend and i were not able to sleep well due to the room situation.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Hotel staff was informative about the hotel and surrounding areas. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The common area had a nice lounge and plenty of seating. The bar area located next to the lounge was tidy and well stocked. The room was clean and spacious. The room came with a kitchenette that was well stocked with plenty of room to use the appliances.

We stayed there for our daughter’s birthday. We came from 3 hours away. The staff was friendly, however immediately upon entering our room, we noticed our room was extremely hot. After checkingthe thermostat we realized the thermostat was broken. It was 80 degrees in our room and it would not budge. We tried to sweat it out. We even went to the store and bought a fan for the room. We were so uncomfortable we couldn’t take it anymore. When we tried to ask to switch rooms we were told the rooms were all booked and they did offer to give us a fan but there was no way we could sleep in that hot of a room. Needless to say we ended up packing up our kids and driving three hours back home at night. Super disappointed and hoping we can be reimbursed somehow since we paid quite a bit of money to stay there!

The hotel was nice looking and clean, breakfast was good, however we were there for 4 nights, house keeping didn’t come to the room once, we had to put our bagged trash in the hallway (after having to ask for a trash can for the room), and we then ran out of toilet paper. Oh, also when the asked for trash can was delivered, the man who delivered it just let himself into the room, didn’t knock, just let himself in.

Upon arrival everything seemed good til we got to the room. The phone didnt work so we had to go down to the desk. Guy still didn’t fix it. Requested a box fan and never got it. Under the bathroom vanity was a partial bottle of soap, top to toothpaste and a pill. Found pretzels on the kitchen floor. Overall, we loved the room setup but a view of the road and parking lot wasn’t great.

The room was not what I booked. I booked a room with a view. We looked at the parking lot. The room was so cold we couldn’t stand it. There was absolutely no water pressure or even hot water. NONE! I grew up on a farm and even I never had water pressure that horrible. The elevator broke while we were in it! You heard massive crashing and metal banging. Then it quit and was out of service. Not one person asked how we were or if we were ok. We were the ones who notified the hotel about the incident and yet we still were not asked anything about if we were ok? We ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Incredibly disappointed

I was booked at another hotel that was absolutely horrible and Hyatt House was so accommodating at getting me a room immediately and allowing me in early. (I’m a travel 3rd shift Radiology Tech) They “saved the life” of someone who helps save lives!

The front desk ladies were awesome, friendly and attentive. Fitness center is the best!! I try to stay at Hyatt properties as much as possible for my business trip, and the fitness centre at this property is the very best. Towels, water and even earphones are fully stocked. Definetely recomended!!

Hotel is very clean. Love the room size. Showers are great, very large with very good water pressure. I always get a suite if available. Work out room and pool area very nice also. Top notch hotel at a reasonable price

Such a friendly greeting from the front desk lady from the Bahamas....so refreshing. We travel constantly for business and so rarely do you get good customer service at a front desk these days. She was a little Ray of sunshine after an awful day:)

The stay was ok. The only issue I had is that the thermostat wouldn’t go below 70 no matter how low I set it, it still kept the room at 70. When I called the front desk to ask about this I was told none of the rooms go below 70 and there was nothing I could do about it. I do not do well sleeping in warm rooms so I got no sleep due to being uncomfortable.

I reserved a double queen room, we got there to check in and it was a very long wait with only one person working, we got up to the room and it was a king with a pull out. I came back down to let them know this was wrong they said someone changed it because they were over booked, they did not give us the right room so we had to scramble to find another hotel quickly before our concert started.

We needed a place close to downtown. The building itself, the bar, breakfast area and downstairs were welcoming and clean. Staff was friendly. Room was okay…bathroom door was off track but was fixed by staff within an hour of reporting it. The maids need to work on details…the bathroom door handle was disgusting and had something red dried on it. The floors needs more attention by a vacuum as well as the debris all over the couch. Otherwise, it was okay. Beds were cozy. Thin walls made it difficult for a light sleeper. But it was safe, easy parking, and close to where we needed to be. Would stay again.

The stay was overall good. Clean, quiet, secure and GREAT fitness room. The only thing that could be improved is that I couldn’t hook my phone up to the tv. They said they have been having trouble but there was still decent channels so it was fine. I will stay here again.

Staff were accommodating and pleasant. Had a loud neighbor for a bit, but that’s not staffs fault. Room was quite clean as was the property as a whole. Nice location.

Front desk person was great! This is a plce for young single people to stay. People in halls yelling and drinking very loud and to top it all off the indoor pool was out! I will NIT GO BACK HERE AGAIN
