Had a good experience. Room was clean. Staff was polite. I loved they even had my name on the tv when I walked in.

I had an awesome stay at the Tru by Hilton! We weren’t in the hotel very often but the workers were very kind and the room was spotless.

My fiancé booked a hotel stay for the other night. It was intended to be a romantic evening however, that was hard to achieve. My fiancé waited over 30 minutes to get checked in. We also paid for a king bed suite. When she got there, it was made known to us that the room we paid for was not prepared. Check-in is at 3pm. We got there at 6 pm. We were flabbergasted that the room was not ready yet. Also, the front desk attendant was not the most patient or kind to my fiancé. She kept questioning if my fiancé even had a reservation, even after she showed proof that we INDEED made a reservation for there. When they got their manager to confirm whether or not my fiancé was there to Check-in, they told her that the room was not ready and that they were moving us to a different room.We still had to pay an extra hundred and fifty dollars for the room change. I could see if it was our error, but it was not.It was theirs. I do not like that.We seem to have been penalized for choosing to do business with you guys. I will not be booking again here in the future.

The female worker was very rude and not willing to check us into our hotel rsvp. Made me late to a meeting because she was on the phone arguing with her partner or boyfriend. Very unprofessional

Great staff and stay. Even though it was a very cold week in Minneapolis with temps near zero to about 8, and the frozen pipes made the hotel not was warm, the staff and customer service were excellent. The space heaters offered in the rooms helped a lot with the heating issues. The heat vents did circulate better with them in the room. They did the best they could do in those circumstances and i appreciated it.

Small room, one of the desk clerks was bad, no coffee service in room. Access awkward. Pricy for room size. Parking pricy. Most of the staff friendly and helpful.
The HVAC system had frozen and my room would not go above 70. The room my traveling companion was put in was at 60 degrees for the first night. She got moved the next day and comped.
All in all, kind of a strange stay. Not what I would expect from Hilton.

First, front desk sends me to wrong room that I booked online. Then the room I booked has no ac/heat so I needed a portable heater plugged in my room. The hot water for the tub wasn’t steaming hot . This hotel looks stylish but lacks in basic amenities
An added expense of valet parking that caught me unawares due to not reading the full text of hotel listing.

The pillows were the worst pillows I have ever seen! We had 5 different rooms and they were terrible in all! No heat in 2 rooms at all! 62degrees and hot in another, when they made breakfast in am, smelled like they made it in our room also!

Check in was very fast and easy. Front desk staff was friendly both when we checked in and checked out. Breakfast was outstanding!! I've never seen a pancake machine where you wave your hand and it spits out two pancakes so that was really cool and delicious!! Was a great way to start our day!

It took over 40 minutes to check-in. I spun a wheel to earn extra points but was never awarded the extra points or any of my points although i had two rooms for 2 nights each. The rooms are tiny. It was a nice walk to US Bank Stadium but there are other hotels...

2 hour line to get into our room, no housekeeping, out of coffee, no coffee in room, understaffed, no valet,

Check in took awhile. Only one person checking in a long line of customers. Room was large and bed is comfortable. The window shade, which is electronic, did not work so couldn’t get light into the room. Called for assistance with setting the temperature in the room. No one ever came to help. Room was very cold and the thermostat very complicated to set.

The property itself was nice. The people at the front desk were nice. Walkable to the Viking Stadium. Check-in was a NIGHTMARE!!! Check-in is allowed at 3pm. We got there at 3:20 and there was a very long line all the way to the door! We didn't move at all for 20 minutes. It took us 50 minutes to get to the front of the line!!! There was a concert tonight and they should have planned for this many guests - but only 2 people at the front desk. Valet parking was full so you had to drive around and find a place to park. When you get to the hotel you can't get in without your room key. You have to call to be let in. Really not a great process. If we ever have to pick a hotel in the area again we will stay somewhere else.

We chose this property due to the proximity to the US Bank Stadium and the price. I will say the property was clean for the most part and tastefully decorated. Rooms were clean but small but was fine for just one night.
HOWEVER!!! Our first issue was parking- the hotel does not have any parking, unless you pay $50 for valet parking. The closest public parking garage was 2 blocks away, which turned out to ok since the garage was walkable and on our way to the Stadium in the morning, the parking situation just wasn't expected. Probably the most dissatisfying part of our stay was the Sunday morning continental breakfast. They were literally out of EVERYTHING!! I realize it gets busy at certain times in the morning, but it should have been prepared for. People were mad- we were mad. To pay $200 to stay that includes the breakfast, it was very frustrating to not have a selection. The gentleman who was re-filling, seemed to only be filling the easy stuff like bread, salsa, cheese, etc. (plus he was sweaty which was kind of gross around the food). It seemed like there was no point to refill those when the bread was half full and didn't need to be refilled considering all that needed to be refilled, there were no eggs for the salsa, no peanut butter, jelly, etc for the bread. I decided that I would grab a cup of coffee before that was gone but it was gone too. Just very ill prepared.
This hotel just won't be our first pick next time we come for a Vikings game.

Computers were down, check in took 1:40hr and they stopped valet so had to park 10 blocks away

Great location within skyway system, blocks from light rail and busses and walkable to many restaurants and bars. Staff at this location were phenomenal! The manager was engaged and personable. Everyone we interacted with at this property went above and beyond, even at breakfast! Room was spacious and clean. Vinyl/wood floors so it felt a little colder at times.

Great place to stay right down town and walking distance from a lot of thing! Only issue was that there is no parking on site so don’t forget where you park! There’s also no microwaves in the rooms but there is one in the dining area. The staff was great and the room was clean. Overall a great place to stay!

Easy and fast check-in, good breakfast, and a great location for U.S. Bank Stadium. The shower could have been a bit cleaner but overall enjoyed our stay.

Check in took awhile computers slow and short on staff. Other than that all was good.

It was a beautiful place, bright, clean, door key extremely easy to use. Except for one fairly grumpy employee the rest I delt with were awesome, very pleasant. The down side was the room was freezing and the thermostate would not adjust. On site parking would have been great.

Property overall is good. Doesn’t have parking so figure another $30-$50 nightly to park reasonably close by.
