The check in was smooth and no issues. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The attendant working the dining area was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The gentleman that checked me in last night was a top tier employee in my eyes. He helped me get checked in even though I had lost my ID while bar hopping. He showed me to my room because honestly I don't think I would have made it without his help! THAT MAN NEEDS A RAISE!

We went to see the Vikings game! And was pleasantly surprised at how close the stadium was and how easy the walk was! Also lots of places to park as well as lots of restaurants to go to ! Wonderful weekend for us!

Great location close to US Bank Stadium and great price!

I stayed in the 7th floor. There was no hot water in my shower. The gentleman at the breakfast buffet was working hard but falling short because he needed help. The coffee was empty. The pancake machine was empty with no sign. There was no more pancake batter. The front desk lady Faith was supper friendly as well as another staff member I met on the elevator. The valet took over 20 minutes for me to get my car.

It was an unfortunate situation where the computers were not working and it took 45 minutes to check in and then valet parking came back and told us they sisnt have anymore room at 4:00 in the afternoon. A lot of frustrated people waiting to check in before going to the Billy Joel concert.

There were some problems at check in with the computers being down but the staff did their best to get us checked in promptly. I booked through another source thinking I’d get a better deal but don’t be fooled. Should always try the hotel first I guess.

Met with a friend, spend some time catching up being Halloween weekend that would be fun to hit a couple Halloween parties. At the hotel was in great shape. Very very good customer service at front desk parking is an issue and the kiosk that offers food downstairs by front desk extortion 1299 for three bites of chicken really?

My stay here was fantastic! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great! Gym was nice and not busy when I wanted to use it, which is always a plus!
One tip - definitely call valet for your vehicle 15-20 mins in advance, as this is the one thing that does seem to take a long time to get.

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The heat didn’t work in our room and when we asked them to fix it or get us a new room they gave us space heaters as a solution. It worked but not the best solution in my opinion. Also there is no easy parking nearby.

I like having a small kitchen and if you ask they provide a hot plate. As someone who likes to make my own food, this was very nice. Unfortunately, during my stay, the internet was not functional all week. Breakfast starts at 6:30am, but most days they didn't have everything out till closer to 6:45am. Then after checking out, I was double charged for my stay. I had pre-paid through Orbitz. Fortunately, they resolved the extra charge without much fuss. I didn't have a car, but $47 for parking per night is ludicrous. A sign right across the street states $7 per night.

The Internet was fixed during my second week, but breakfast was the same issue. I ended up buying some eggs and making my own each day. It was much better but less convenient. I will probably stay again as I like having the kitchenette.

Upon arrival, the front dean's computers were down and had to wait an hour to be checked in. The room bad definitely not been cleaned. Food was left in the fridge, the fridge was covered in fingerprints, dust and trash on the top of it as well. There was hair all over the bathroom counter and floor. The sheets had definitely not been cleaned as the bed skirt was under the top bedspread. And housekeeping said the room was clean before we went inside. Luckily I bring my own bedding to hotels, but it is still unsettling. I spoke to a manager who really didn't care. Also we checked on a day late but they would not refund us for the missed day.

This property did not refund my deposit in a timely manner. There is not hotel parking. Overnight parking in a ramp was $50 .

The manager of the property was lovely and gave me some Hilton points due to the window shade issues in the ADA rooms. I prefer to book directly with the hotel and the issues I had on check-in (had to change my room three times) would have been more easily dealt with had I booked directly and not through a third party.

This property was beautiful and very affordable for being down town. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would love a nice stay downtown!

My friends and I stayed here for Taylor Swift concert. I understand they were very busy, however, we weren’t able to get into our room until after 4 to get ready when check in was 3. We didn’t get a discount or anything for this in convenience. The front desk man who we dealt with seemed very annoyed and was slamming the phone down every time it would ring. It was super uncomfortable. I understand it was really busy but that was unprofessional.

We knew the hotel was going to be super busy due to two nights of Taylor Swift so came in friendly and gave grace. The hotel however was being run like they have never had two busy nights in a row. We waited for two and a half hours past check in time to get a room. I had given them my number to call when our room was ready but never received a call. My husband had to stand in line again and it appeared that there was no organization whatsoever on who was getting rooms. If you are going to succeed in a downtown of this size ... Your leadership needs to get better plans in place to handle large events.

One of the best hotels we have stayed!!

Nice, clean hotel. The first representative I dealt with was not the most friendly. While I understand check-in is listed as 3:00, we got there at 2:45 and he wasn't even willing to check if anything was available and was quite rude about it. Luckily, at 3:00, another person helped with check-in. Everything was smooth sailing from there.

The location was perfect for our needs. Easy access from our transportation. Interior of the reclaimed building was inviting. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. All staff members were friendly, helpful, very capable, so positive!
Thank you George & Nic. Weekday breakfast was a nice bonus. Pricing room rate was below expectations.
We recommend, will be back.

Chef George was very pleasant and a good cook. Front desk clerk was very nice also.

I was pleasantly surprised. My budget was limited for this trip and I provide rooms for my hired bandmates while touring. I selected this home2 because of the price point. I expected a downgrade from where we usually stay. However, the hotel was in great condition. The breakfast was really good. The service was also very good. Rooms are comfortable. The young lady that checked me in in the afternoon was not that friendly so initial impression was not great, however, the gentleman who took over the front desk later in the eve could not be more accommodating. He offered free water, toothpaste, toothbrush, and milk, so that I could make a hot cup of tea in the room. Because of his service, and the cleanliness and friendliness of the rest of the staff, I will be booking another nine rooms June 5th when my band comes back to play PourHouse.

Very cute, comfortable and clean room and community area. The staff for the most part are friendly and helpful. There is this tall slender gentle, that wasn't very pleasant and I felt as I was a bother to him.

No surface parking, valet service available at 3x parking rate, but might be reasonable for late check ins considering neighborhood. Rooms very clean. Breakfast very good.

The front desk staff was accommodating and kind. We went to breakfast a bit late on Sunday and the man that runs it stared directly at me and yelled “You have 7 minutes!” I knew we were the later crowd, but it was 9:50am and it did say the breakfast went until 10am. I didn’t expect new pancake mix made by any means, just grabbed eggs and toast. I then heard him snap at someone else that they can’t get pancakes this late. I understand wanting to clean up, but if you go until 10 then you should not be yelling at patrons who come down before 10. He made me cery uncomfortable and I most likely won’t stay at this hotel again because of it.

Shower water not very hot and room was to warm and could be adjusted very well.
