Great hotel and staff.

The over all stay was fine, but some of the reasons we stayed were the heated indoor pool and outdoor fire pit. The heating in the pool was out and the fire pit was not working. The staff had a owell type of mentality, the fire pit was fixed on day two but the pool heating was never fixed.

Was a wonderful place to stay with the most courteous staff who was so helpful with anything we needed. Only wish the heater in the pool had been working.

Family friendly, large room. Very clean. Great stay.

Friendly staff amd helpful, we loved the nightime front desk person. He went above and beyond. Only complaint was the pool wasnt warm enough.

The only negative was the cleaning staff rapping on my door at 8:15 in the morning and making excessive noise in the hallway. Everything else was very positive and would stay there again.

The hotel itself and the breakfast were very nice. We traveled with kids, and the bathroom door was barn door style. It fell off the tracks multiple times. We lost power here during our stay, not the hotels fault. Overall, not a bad stay. My family of 5 had plenty of room.

It was absolutely fantastic UNTIL..I woke up in the middle of the night with no power. Not like 5 mins & it's back on, it was HOURS before it was on. In the dark, not a peep out of anyone to inform us of what was going on, freezing cold, scared to even move thinking something really bad could be happening. And what kind of place has no back-up generators. I've been in some really out of the way, minimalistic, backwoods, only hotel for 100 miles type places that had a backup generator. At least some sort of clarification as to what was going on would have been nice. With all the insane things happening in the world and the scary people doing unthinkable things to innocent people in unsuspecting places, it truly was a terrifying amount of time just in the dark...literally and figuratively. I didnt move or make a peep in fear that if something horrifying was happening, that even the slightest noise could call unwanted attention right to us. Thankfully, that wasn't the case but it was just very uncomfortable to not have any idea what could be happening. When power was restored the heat no longer worked, which then made it just another layer of annoying. The power continued going out. Went to the front hoping for some sort of resolution to the problems occuring but after hearing the numerous people ahead of us be told they would need to contact someone in charge we just got so fed up we left way before our checkout time. I paid 165 bucks to sit in cold darkness all night.Yah!

Felt safe & good location

Hotel was clean and inviting. Personnel very professional, friendly and happy.

We stayed for several days visiting my niece. I loved having a kitchen to prepare my food in for family gatherings.

Hotel was very clean and looked new. Room was VERY spacious!!! Bathroom could have been a little larger so 2 people could get ready at once.

Liked the spacious of the living area-kitchen and separate bedroom. Only complaint was the sliding doors to the bathroom.

This hotel was very clean and up to date. The room smelled great when we first walked in and was very quiet.

Weliked the extra space in the room. Breakfast was OK, but not exceptional as eggs appeared packaged or pre-made, and didn't have oatmeal one day

The suite was clean and I loved having a kitchenette (refrigerator/microwave/sink/dishwasher). Lots of parking available. Staff was great. I looked forward to the daily breakfast - it was the best! Waffle station, hot foods (eggs, sausage, etc), yogurt, cereal, fruit - there was a large variety for different tastes. My only very mior complaint was that I was woken up by barking dogs one morning (it's a pet-friendly hotel). However, I would definitely stay here again!

The room was great, breakfast was really good. Pretty disappointed in the number of smokers at all the outdoor seating areas. At the area by the grills someone was smoking and there are no signs preventing it. Out front there is a designated smoking area but an individual sat around the the seating area outside that designated area, chain smoking, immediately running off people sitting on the sofas. We were trying to eat and asked the front desk. We were told there was nothing they could do.

Everything was top notch. Staff, housekeeping, breakfast, room, etc. Wife loved it!!

This place was great. Parking wasn't great but not a reason to not give a great review.

Another great stay at Home2 Suites! This location was as wonderful as our others have been. The food was one of the best of all the Home2's we've stayed at. They had a great selection of hot foods in addition to yogurts, waffles etc. I also loved the waterbottle refill station and appreciated that they had one. The hotel was quiet and beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the pillows (in all Home2suites, this one included) are terrible! Our entire family agrees, so definitely consider bringing your own. ;)
