Only issues in my opinion are that a very low pressure of water that is very difficult even to wash your hands in the bathroom, also not being able to close completely the shower door and had water everywhere after using it…also not enough parking spots when hotel is full. Except that it was a very agreeable stay. #208

1) The window dark-out cover did not work. It was stuck and could not be moved up or down. Since there were bright lights outside the room was briskly lighted during the night making it impossible to sleep. 2) The room was noisy. Noise was coming from neighboring rooms, the floor as well as the room above until after midnight.

The hotel itself is really cute and modern. Loved the outdoor patio and fire pits. The food was good but we didn’t catch when booking that there’s no room service and when we did get food our orders were messed up both times. Our room phone didn’t work which was kind of frustrating. I guess they were doing some sort of transfer of their phones but no one let us know upon checking in. The rooms were pretty clean but there were some spots not cleaned and the floors were sticky which may have just been due to us tracking in whatever cleaner or liquid they were drying on the carpets in the hallways. I think they were shampooing? Treadmill in work out room wasn’t working when we were there which was disappointing for a 24 hr fitness area. The location was super convenient so that was a bonus. The hotel wasn’t super busy or loud but which we also liked. The staff is what made the difference for me. They were very helpful and assisted with every request we had.

Overall the property was very nice and clean. The room was very modern and had a good amount of space for comfort. Downside was that our room was not cleaned after the first night. In addition, our room keys did not work after our first night which was inconvenient to have to go back down and show proof of identity just to have it re-activated.

Everything was fine, wish there was coffee early in the morning. Coffee was only available after 7am. You are charged $15 a night for parking, and is full in the evening. There is no local parking, so you basically have no choice with parking. We never had shampoo or body wash in the shower. Otherwise i would definitely return in the future.

The hotel Is so well priced with stylish decor and comfortable rooms. However, there was a pike of trash outside for a whole day, and we could not get our room cleaned forays. We had to find a cleaning cart in the hall to get new towels and coffee pods and the restaurant is super expensive for boil in bag food.

It was a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Everyone was friendly and the room was clean. No loud parties or other noises. I wish they had a hot tub though. Also, they double charged us without telling us. They also called us with a wake up call even though we repeatedly asked them not to. But I would be willing to give them another chance in the future.

I recently stayed at the Cambria in Calabasas, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply unsatisfying. One of the major issues was the constant inaccessibility of the on-site restaurants, which was extremely inconvenient and not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, a significant amount of my clothes went missing during my stay, adding to the distress. The situation worsened when there was a serious altercation in the hotel, involving a substantial police and fire department response. This incident disrupted our stay and frightened my children, impacting our overall sense of safety and comfort. These events combined to make our stay at Cambria far from pleasant, and it’s important for potential guests to be aware of these issues. Feel free to use this as is or make any further adjustments to better match your experience.

Very nice clean hotel. One Restaurant and food was very expensive! Also they did not clean our room after 1st night! They said you need to request 1 day in advance, but that would be difficult because only there for 2 days!

The rooms were a nice size, well decorated and the beds were very comfortable! The property is in a very convenient location. Right off to the 101 freeway. We really enjoyed the pool and fire pit area. We will definitely stay here again when we visit LA.

Overall, it was great including the staff at the front desk. Rooms were beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. There were small hairs on the bathroom sink though and some longer hairs on one of the decorative pillows. Other than that, everything was great.
