The parking was free. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Different from other hotels was that the floor in the room was hard instead of the usual carpet. The breakfast in the morning was grab and go and sufficient for the price. I have no complaints and I saw that they also have an airport shuttle which is convenient. Would recommend booking this hotel.

It was OKI would say I could not control my heat.Or AC which was weird.I had some spots on my chair A lot of noise at night But I was able to block out the noise with my sleeping music. I want to add pictures on this app of all. But it won't let me show the pictures of the miss clean up Everyone Was nice though even the front desk as well. Maids were nice too but did not understand english.

They charged $50 more than the quote. Hotel is pretty new, but you can hear every sound in the hall. Light breakfast was fine.

Everything was excellent, except the pool was too cold to enjoy on a cold day outside. Should be inviting and warm!

You get what you paid for in this hotel. It is very economical, minimalistic and clean. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast is grab and go, do not expect much out of it. This hotel is exclusively for short stays.

It is a newer budget hotel. The beds are very comfortable, the staff are great, the hotel is clean and the bathrooms are a nice size with very hot water.
The only inconvenience was lack of drawers/space for clothing. We stayed a week and a half. If it had been a shorter stay the storage constraints wouldn't have mattered (which is who I think the hotel targets). Overall, we liked it. Will definitely book again in the future.

Room was suppose 2 be cleaned. It wasnt o had to ask if it could be cleaned and it was but unfortunately i had to wait outside while room was being cleaned

Check-in was a breeze. Super easy to get in and get settled. From there, it was downhill. It was loud, and only one light bulb (main switch) in the room worked. Both outlets near the bed didn't work. The AC squeak was nearly unbearable. Checkout was also a pain. I wasn't given a receipt from the clerk, she simply just said no. Next time, I'll stay at a different property.

I stayed at this hotel because of the reviews and it was totally worth it. For the price and what you get, can’t be better. Is my second time choosing Avid hotels and they have not disappointed me! Hope this company keeps growing because the staff they hire and how clean and safe you feel staying on their hotels is awesome!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The TV didn't work in our room and they quickly addressed the problem. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice assortment of food for the continental breakfast.

Clean, minimalist property with lots of accessories. Iron and ironing board. No closet but lots of hooks and several hangers. Mini fridge. Nice desk space. Large tv. Not sure if the shade will keep light out. Like that there will be breakfast in the morning.

You pay for what you get! Spend the extra money and go to the Fairfield Inn around the corner. Better breakfast, cleaner, just a better quality hotel.
