Apartment was fabulous, everything you could want. The resort itself was kept very clean. Staff friendly.

accomodation was comfortable+the scenery from our large terrace was excellent.steep hill to hotel,we got a cab a couple of times from bars+restaraunts only £4.will return next year 😊

Absolute 5 star staff. They were all so lovely. Evening waiters and breakfast/lunch staff in the restaurant were very service minded, smiling etc. The food in the restaurant could be improved a bit, if they want guests to prioritise to dine at “home” instead of heading out. The entertainment team helped us organise a boat trip, and activities in the afternoon was great fun. Can highly recommend it!

Beautiful spacious apartment with fabulous large balcony and sea views. Apartment was very well equipped, immaculately clean, quiet with very comfy large beds. The complex is situated at the top of a very steep hill, which is definitely not for the faint hearted. Ample free parking on street outside. Close to Siam park and a 10-15 walk to all bars & restaurants. Staff on reception very helpful and attentive. Staff at pool bar abrupt and lacked atmosphere but apart from that minor detail, we had a very pleasant stay.

Resort was excellent, apartments were very well equipped, clean, tidy and well managed/run. We would definitely recommend staying ay this place.

Since the day we got there we told them the drains in the bedroom were smelling, they did nothing for 3 days then the following days they would put some liquid and leave…. It continued to smell and was unbearable. We continue to complain but no action was taken and we were told hotel is full we can’t move . Hotels only changed once on day 4, we had to clean the suite. Only 2 soap and shampoo left on checkin and extra had to be got from reception. The curtains in the living room let in light and kids couldn’t sleep. My wife moved into the sitting room due to the smells of the drain in the bedroom and only after complaining did a service man tape a black bin bag to the windows. This has been the most awe full stay

Clean hotel, pool area not the best for kids and very steep hill but apartments are very clean and luxurious. Staff are very good girls on reception can’t do enough for you. Breakfasts are really good also.

Property very clean and staff excellent. Disappointed in size of advertised apartment. The balcony was small and it was not suitable for 4 adults even though a 2 bedroom apartment. The contents/ utensils in kitchen were v basic although adequate and there was no welcome pack

Great place. Yes it’s up a hill & away from the beach. But an easy 12/15 min walk down & Cana cheap to go back up if you don’t want to walk . Complex clean & high standard & staff so helpful & welcoming.
