Felt like a new property. Breakfast was a highlight. Terrific suite.

Quiet, clean, helpful staff

Room TV did not work and staff would not fix until Monday.

BEWARE. This hotel added on extra charges at 3 in the morning thinking we would not catch it. The room was prepaid so the only thing they would need to get is a card for the incidental hold. They took a card for the hold when we checked in and the $100 hold posted immediately to my account. Then almost 11 hours later used that same card to place additional charges in the middle of the night, (roughly 3:46 am). I have encountered this scam before at another hotel unfortunately so their explanation that it must have been reserved under a "different kind of room" in their system did work, especially when I asked them to show me what they mean or give a print-off of the change summary and they said they couldn't because "nothing in their system shows the charge they are just guessing that is what it must have been". Note to other travelers, if the hotel has no record in their system it's a warning sign that an employee is charging to a card under purchased goods like from the convenience shop most hotels have. At check out, I asked for a full print-off showing all charges and again they still could not provide anything to show the $114,96 charge from 3:46 in the morning and could only say it should automatically drop off when the incidental hold does. In addition, the staff at check-in and the morning check-out staff were among the worst I have encountered. The overnight staffer was pleasant enough.

The room was awesome, had everything you could ask for. The beds and pillows were comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was great. We definite will be back to stay.

We love this Racine hotel. Always clean, comfortable with safe well lit parking lot.

The suite was perfect, kind of like staying in a studio apartment. Everything was so clean and organized and comfortable.

This hotel was amazing! I got the room with the full kitchen. Its like a mini apartment. It has a room with the beds and an island in the kitchen and a couch and tv in the “living room. Reallllly nice i was impressed actually. I got the double queen beds with kitchenette .

Very clean and fresh looking

Just absolutely excellent service! Very good included breakfast. The employees bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant. I cannot recommend enough. Will definitely be back.

The room and staff were great. Especially Jackie who manages the breakfast. She did a fantastic job making sure everyone had an excellent breakfast experience.

What’s not to like when the hotel is new and room is a suite with full kitchen. It’s make the stay very comfortable. The only thing i would adjust is the bathroom nightlight as There is no door to the sink area and the ambient light casts through the bedroom.

We had a great stay. The room was a good size and the kitchen was well stocked with what you need. The dishwasher was a plus! The pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast had a lot of choices :) very happy we picked this hotel for our trip!

Property is newly updated. Very well maintained by the staff. Property is clean with a lot of great sitting areas in the lobby and outside. Breakfast was good. Only wish would be that the nice fitness center open prior to 8am. That is way too late for most people. Please consider. Thank you.

The property is fairly new so we found lots of things that were wrong in our room or that the contractors did a crappy/half fast job doing. Other than that the staff was great and very polite. Breakfast is somewhat lacking. Pool area was nice. Would be back if ever in the area again.

It was very clean and the staff was awesome.

Everything was brand new so everything was very clean. They also offered free laundry, which was helpful. The bathroom door in our room would get stuck, but not a huge deal. Wish they replenished breakfast when they ran out of food. If you got down a little later, there were very limited options.

I liked the full kitchen, ability to do laundry,breakfast was very good, just be sure you get there on time! the hot tub was an added bonus. I would definitely stazy there again

Best hotel ever. No complaints at all. The staff is wonderful. Pool, hot tub, exercise ans laundry room was wonderful. Breakfast was great too.

Very friendly staff and great room

Hotel is brand new so there were a few snags. Our tvs were not connected to anything so we were not able to use them. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

The breakfast was totally awesome, and Jackie was superb - very helpful and friendly. The front desk could use some hospitality skills, was told to be quiet at 9 in the lobby sitting area. We were a group of lacrosse parents and not loud-normal speaking voices. If you wanted towels for your room that slept 6 people and only 3 towels were in the room to begin with, you were told to bring those 3 down before you got new towels.
