Nice grab-and-go breakfast. The pool was awesome for the kids. Staff were friendly. The room was a bit small but modern. We had to move the beds together to make a super bed because we have young children who may fall out otherwise. When we did this we exposed a dirty floor underneath as well as a condom wrapper. So that wasn’t great.

Pet-friendly hotels are our favorite. This hotel was in a good, quiet location with great amenities and clean rooms. The front desk supervisor was kind enough to message me and ask if everything was well and if I needed anything. Lot of quick bite joints near by.

Very nice property. It feels new, I'm not sure if it is, but if it isn't new then they've done an amazing job at keeping it clean to "feel" new. The only downside is there isn't a ton of parking, and half of the hotel is RIGHT beside highway 7, so you'll sometimes hear horns or trucks.

It was a great stay! The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. The pool was a nice bonus.

The room has a very odd smell; smells like bleach & body odour together. Breakfast includes no more than five or six bland items. This should not be called a “free breakfast”. Seems like a tactic to get people to book this hotel. Worst part is that I paid via hotels.com prior to the trip..in FULL. on my way back home on the road, I see a charge of 115$ on my card. Called, said “oh it was a mistake”. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional; watch out and make sure to check your statements. If I hadn’t checked, I would have never called them back & the $$ would have ended up in the pocket of an employee in my opinion.

Friendly and cordial staff; our room was clean and beds were super cozy and comfy. Will definitely come back and stay here. Free breakfast was an added bonus.

Great hotel! Well designed. Great pool, gym is small but super versatile. Everything is brand new. Staff are excellent and very kind. Breakfast was delicious! Looking forward to staying here again.

The hotel staff, facilities, and cleanliness at Avid were absolutely fantastic! All staff encountered were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Loved the generous Dove brand toiletries!
The hotel is in a pretty deserted industrial area, so quite difficult/expensive to get around if you don't have a car. No airport shuttle and the Uber to/from same was about $30 each way. Right now, the hotel is housing Ukrainian refugees, which is a wonderful initiative but does impact the guest experience. We found the common areas and pool were often very busy and loud with children playing, and the complementary breakfast was chaotic. When we left it to within 30 minutes of breakfast ending, food offerings were no longer being replenished and we had extremely limited options for nourishment.

Very much a no frills hotel, similar to the Ibis franchises in Europe. It was clean, the rooms felt a little like a dorm though. The stay was fine, but I think it was a bit over priced for what was provided.

I did not like the fact that there is no fan in the bathroom. How could there NOT be a fan in the bathroom!!!

The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean. It is nice to have a gym and a swimming pool, and breakfast is included. The only complaint was the noise from the busy highways.

I wasn’t crazy about the room they felt like a hospital room, no warmth to it found 3 flys fed on window . They came the next day to do the bed they were still there . The room had a stall odour. Something outside in hallway was making some noise. Overall wasn’t comfortable stay.

Property was brand new. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and nice. But no one asked or explained us for the breakfast. The only thing i don't like about this place is the noise in morning because of too much traffic!
