Great location five minutes to the old town. Spotlessly clean room, comfy bed with a few free drinks in the minibar which was a nice touch. We had a premium corner room on floor six which had double aspect windows with a great view. Staff were all extremely helpful, spending time with us explaining all the best places to visit. I would definitely recommend the rooftop bar for sunset cocktail. All in all a fantastic four night stay in a great hotel. Highly recommended.

Great one night stay for a business trip. Close to all the main city areas

Wonderful reception with a little sparkling wine and very warm welcome. Good location, close to historic sights in city Center. Many details in room including slippers. Nespresso coffee, water and chocolate in room on a complimentary basis as welcome gift. Fabulous stay, room was fully renovated with gorgeous modern decor… a special thanks to Andrea, Agustin and Guadeloupe for their gracious hospitality at the front desk..

First I will mention the good things: The staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms is spotless with fresh decor. All the finishes were lovely. Now the bad (which will only apply to a select few). We requested a wheelchair accessible room at the time of the reservation. When we arrived, we were assured that there was a walk in shower. The shower is behind the bathroom door which opens inward. There is no room for any wheelchair to get to where they can make a transfer from a chair other than with a full 180 degree turn. There is no room to turn the chair to the sink and there is absolutely no way to fit the chair around the door to take a shower. The room was very tiny and to even have the wheelchair in the room, it had to be at the foot of the bed and to get around it to use the bathroom at all was a challenge. Fortunately, our wheelchair user can walk short distances and was able to manage. If you think I am exaggerating, I am attaching photos. Also, there were no washcloths-only a large hand towel and a (very nice) large shower towel.

It was fantastic. Very close the city centre and all the attractions. The staff was amazing, very polite, sophisticated and very professional. The helped us with all of our queries wether its restaurant suggestions, taxi booking and other small queries. I am waiting for my next trip back with my family and friends.

The hotel is well located and has a number of very good restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful (lost luggage!!). Local Cava served on arrival, there were sweets available for guests in the reception area. The rooms were very clean and the addition of some drinks and chocolate was welcome, good coffee machine and kettle. There was a very good selection for breakfast and a small bar. I would certainly stay at the hotel again.
