Nothing fancy here..My room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. Complementary coffee just around the corner from the front desk but if you’re looking for breakfast, you’ll have to go down Main St to Theresa’s.

Attached restaurant was excellent

Retro feel and very quiet. I enjoy the location and they have a fantastic tavern in the lobby.

We were out in a newly renovated room. The bed was super high and super uncomfortable! The room was otherwise very nice but the bed was a downgrade from our previous stays

Hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was unprofessional, I wear charges twice and am still fighting to get m money back. A drunk guest tried to get into my room. The bathroom was tiny, no amenities

Very nicely updated historic hotel in a central location. Very good restaurant. And very pleasant and helpful staff. Some rooms smelled of smoking.

Loved staying at the Northeastland because of nostalgia having lived in PI 50 years ago. Loved the convenience of being on Maine street ready to go in any direction! Note that renovations have been beautifully done to the lobby, hallways and restaurant but NOT the rooms. Ripped lampshades, electric outlets not all working, opening doors to the room could be troublesome if bathroom door open at the same time! Service was good, everyone very friendly and as accommodating as possible Rooms are in serious need of repair (bathroom) and updating. Stay was still very pleasant.

My room had not had any updates since I stayed there 10 years ago. The carpet was so dirty that I had to lay down towels to walk in my bare feet. The air conditioning was very noisy and did not function well. Fortunately, I was only in the room to sleep, shower & dress. Will never stay there again unless it has been fully renovated.

Carpet was dirty. Very old and rundown. Restaurant not open for breakfast and need reservation for dinner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
Only negative was the condition (cracked pavement, holes) of the parking lot.

We came to the area to visit relatives. NELand was in a great location for us and we really enjoyed the updated restaurant! Although the rooms were still antiquated, they were comfortable and sufficient.
Elevator was sketchy but the 3 flights of stairs worked!
Nice Grab and Go amenities when the town rolls their sidewalks up early!

The staff were outstanding! They were all so friendly, helpful and professional.
The bed, linens and pillows were the most comfortable of any hotel I have ever stayed in-just luxurious!
The lobby is welcoming and it is so nice to be able to get a cup of coffee with cream downstairs in the morning.
Just a great spot! Close to the airport but right downtown. Don’t miss this gem.

very good dinner in the on site restaurant!

It was quiet and quite comfortable. The restaurant needs better hours. I didn't get to eat there once.

The room was very spacious. Everything we needed was there. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful lobby renovation and the restaurant Rodney's on Main was fabulous!

The lobby is beautifully renovated. The rooms are in pretty good shape, although I'm not sure the AC works. The restaurant in the lobby was pretty good, and convenient.

I enjoy staying at the northeastland because it is always clean and welcoming. I recommend it to everybody I meet

Very well executed renovation and the best option in town for business travel. Everything is within walking distance, and the best meal north of Camden/Rockland is in the hotel. I also love the non-profit mission.

Very happy with the room. It was very roomy, clean, quiet and comfortable for the price. The only down fall for us, was that we were not able to access the restuarant on-site for we were told that they were booked..

Lovely hotel that is in the process of being renovated. Common areas are comfortable and welcoming. The adjacent restaurant has an amazing menu and the food and service are wonderful. The rooms are very large and comfortable.

The hotel was still under renovation and the lobby was not available. The elevator was not available due to the renovation. The room was tired and in need of renovation which supposedly is scheduled after the lobby. I would look for other options in Presque Isle until all the renovations have been completed and reviews by future guests have been completed.

Great location for dining, shopping. We were there on a weekend and were able to walk to breakfast and to the Farmer's Market. Quiet and really large rooms. Was under renovation while we were there - but really didn't inconvenience in any way. We will stay there again when we visit Presque Isle.

The rooms are spacious and good private bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are dated but they are remodeling so it will be beautiful when finished.

Under construction all services shut down front desk is located in a converted room with folding table very interesting . during check in i was told construction crew only worked Monday - Thursday and started day late..If you considerer 7am late dumpster block entrance to elevator, and conference room. I know its an old place in need of major change .. hopefully then can finish soon don't think i will stay until then

The hotel is under renovation/construction, with the office relocated to a small room near the back parking lot. The staff was very accommodating, the room was clean and well appointed, but had I known about the limits due to the renovation/ construction, I’d have stayed elsewhere. I will stay again, after the work is completed.

went up for a class reunion - I was aware the hotel was under renovations - not an issue for us. Room was clean, and the beds so comfortable. Places to get breakfast close by if the bagged breakfast didn't have what you wanted. Front desk clerks and housekeeping all very pleasant and friendly. So quite, no noise in the hall ways in the evening, very relaxing. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel in under complete remodeling. Lobby, dining and bar were closed off. Rooms were the same as always. Staff was great. Will be a great place to stay when construction is finished.

We loved being right in town, and hope to return and enjoy the renovations that are being completed. We were able to find local resources thanks to the lovely staff. Comfortable beds and the air conditioning we needed on a hot weekend. Come to Presque Isle!

The room was nice and cozy. Beds were really comfortable. Great to see a big either 43" or 50" TV in room mounted on wall. Usually you're lucky to get a desk mount 32" ! The room was clean and well kept! The manager gave us a better deal staying the 3rd night and only charged us another $18 to stay the extra night! Would have liked to eat at the restaurant however it's under renovation, that was the only downfall. However we'd definately come back for another visit.

The hotel information we were given was inaccurate and misleading. The Northeastland is undergoing extensive renovations and that was NOT disclosed on booking our stay. Many of the amenities are not accessible despite what the website says.
The entrance and restaurant were totally under plastic, so we didn’t have access to a hot breakfast, or our plans to eat at the restaurant. It took us 15 minutes to find the front desk.
And as I said: NONE of this was disclosed. We found out at check-in, which was very disappointing, because of the misinformation, but also because it was too late to book anywhere else.
