Overall this hotel is great. Very good value. Staff are super nice and helpful. The only thing I do not like is its toilet is extremely small. Bigger guests may have any issue. There is not much view available from our room. However, this hotel is close to Nagoya Station. That is the most important selling point.

Hotel is only a step away from Nagoya station, very convenient and easy to get to most places in Nagoya by transit. The hotel is pretty new and rooms are comfortable. The cafe offered hotel guest tea and coffee between 5-10pm it is good to unwind before or after dinner. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's about 5 minutes' walk from the Nagoya JR station in a quiet business district. Upon arrival, you can store your baggage with Reception if it's too early for check-in and they will even offer a welcome (all you can drink) coupon for the dining area (no food though). Amenities are not provided in the room, but you can grab what you need in the reception area. The room may be a little small but space was expertly managed so you don't feel too cramped. Might be a challenge for big luggage though. They have a board of tourists attractions you can browse to get ideas on where to visit so that's rather helpful. Upon checkout, you can either leave your luggage with the reception or tap your IC card at the baggage locker area. It's free of charge, they just need your IC information to identify you when you come back to claim your baggage. All in all, an excellent hotel to stay at but I wish their check-out time wasn't that early. 10am is a bit too early in my opinion.

Really want to thank all the great staff at this hotel especially Ms Mizutani for going above and beyond to help me arrange having the luggage to deliver to my next hotel in Kyoto. Hotel is new and give you great ambience. Great balance between commercial and homey feeling Offers free drinks refreshments during the afternoon which is a great place to recharge. Breakfast is great and has a good variety of choice.

Location of the hotel is pretty good, right next to Nagoya station, restaurants and shopping mall are nearby. Staff are helpful and kind. We got all wet due to heavy rain and the staff gave us a towel immediately. Room is clean and the coffee machine in the room is easy to use, when you decided not to cleanup the room everyday, the hotel will give you the replacement / refills needed. Definitely will come and stay in this hotel again. 5-stars.

The toilet space and the spacing between the twin beds were really narrow. Rare to find a hotel with a locker located at eye level, which was really good! Overall a good decent hotel!

Hotel is about 10mins walk from Nagoya station but not difficult to find. It’s clean & new. Rooms are well appointed & beds comfortable. They provide only 1 pillow, extra pillows are available for rent at the front desk. Room is spacious but do note that their toilet is super small, may be a problem for tall people. Love their bathroom! It’s the best for my entire trip! A very good variety of amenities are available at the lobby. From skincare to mouth wash to bath salts. You will be spoilt for choice. It’s a small hotel, so there’s no coin operated washer/dryers. Breakfast was a decent spread of Japanese & western mix. Free tea & coffee at breakfast cafe till 8pm. Service staff were courteous & helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. My only complaint…No bottled water provided. You are expected to drink tap water.
