We arrived to find the house was just as pictured. So cute! Plenty of space to spread out or gather together to play games. The putting green was super fun outside. The walk to the beach took all of three minutes. Plus there were really great restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely go back!

The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated and immaculate and equipped with everything. We had a little trouble with the keypad but Jen answered my call immediately and helped us. Hosts even left us a delicious homemade salsa along with a couple of other warm welcoming touches. The backyard was a blast- putting green and beanbag toss game and outdoor seating. The shed had all kinds of beach equipment and bikes and I enjoyed a long bike ride. We walked a block to to the beach. Very comfortable, clean, relaxing and fun- would surely rent again.

Great house, very clean and comfortable. Good communication and we even had chips and salsa waiting for us. Nice area and a few minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor shed was full of useful items and the game room was nice. I wish we could have stayed longer and used more of the available amenities. The outdoor spaces and landscaping are very nice, I loved all of the palm trees! Thanks Jen!

Nice, clean house very close to the beach. Has all the equipment you need for the beach--cart, boards, sand toys, etc. Nice backyard and fun game room. We stayed with five kids and we all had a great time.

This was such a cute house and looks exactly as pictured. It was a quick walk to beach and the shed full of beach and backyard toys was a major plus. My kids spend most of the time in the game room. There were extras all over the house like blankets, pantry essentials, and kid friendly plates, bowls, and utensils, outdoor shower helped get cleaned up after the beach.
It is a on busy street and could hear traffic now and again at night but not horrible. There is no safe crosswalk or sidewalk to beach so had to run across busy road to get to beach. But the house made up for the noise traffic and no crosswalk.

My family had a wonderful stay at Coral Palm Beach house. The house was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. A game room and putting green have the kids and adults hours of entertainment. The walk to the beach was short. Restaurants and shopping were only a couple minute drive. We all had a fabulous vacation. The owner was very easy to contact when we needed to communicate. We would definitely return to Coral Palm Beach!

What a great place to stay!!!! The house is spacious and relaxing. We were content with the location and everything was either a bike ride or short drive away. Beach entrance was very near. The owner has everything for the beach and bikes to ride.

Property is in a great location within Cocoa Beach. Very short walk to the beach and short drive to several restaurants and activities in downtown Cocoa Beach. Lots of beach essentials were available, along with several activities in the house for kids and adults from the putting green to game room. The mister outside helped to keep it cool for enjoying the weather. House was decorated nicely and very clean. Owner actively communicated with us leading up to our stay and was very welcoming. The special treat upon arrival was appreciated and something we were looking forward to from other reviews. Family is a big fan of salsa.

Overall, the property was perfect for the short weekend stay that my family and I. It was so close to the beach but unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy it due to the recent bacteria in the water and seaweed.
The bedrooms were well appointed; although, one of the bedrooms is on the front side of the house so the noise factor is terrible for sleeping at night. If you don't mind being located on a busy road, I would highly recommend this property.

Cute little beach home blocks from the beach. Well equipped with everything to make your stay very comfortable. They thought of everything.

The property was very welcoming, and had a great location. The beach was an easy walk, with the wagon, umbrellas and chairs all provided. The house was in a quieter area, which was nice to hang out at, after going to any of the many restaurants and bars close by. Would certainly recommend it for any beach lover.

Thank you very much for allowing us to use your home for the weekend. We really loved it a lot! I wish we could have stayed longer but this was a very good introduction to a cute little beach town and a beautiful home.

Myself, sister, daughter, and three off her friends traveled down to Cocoa Beach for spring break. The house was beyond our expectations.
The backyard was spacious and had so many games and lounge spaces. Not only was it relaxing to sit and enjoy our morning coffee but was also a place for the girls to read or enjoy playing games.
The host was very responsive to questions that I had. Her response time was within minutes. The house provided everything that was needed to enjoy our vacation. This property is a must stay when visiting Cocoa Beach!

Quaint, Fun, Practical, Convenient and perfect for a small family.

Totally relaxing.
Very clean and accommodating.
The host/ess Jen and Ken are absolutely amazing and respond in a timely manner.
This is one of the few places we plan on coming back to.

This property is sooo well stocked! You can just bring your clothes and food and you are all set! game room, toys for outside, linens, towel (bath and beach), kitchen has oil, spray, spices, tin foil ect. anything they could do to make your stay easier they did! It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and of course they have everything you need, chairs, boggie boards, toys, umbrella and even a wagon to load it all up in and easily get to beach! I highly recommend this house!!! Thank you for a great vacation!!!

Comfortable and clean home. Well stocked with games and activities. The putting green in the back yard was a lot of fun. Bikes were a plus, rode them everyday to the beach and pier. Had everything you needed for the beach. Enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture under the lanai. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

This is a great place for family time, lots of individual places to relax and unwind and also activities to do together. Fun place to stay. We enjoyed it very much and wished we had a couple more days to stay.

A few friends and I stayed here for three nights. It was the perfect place to lounge around, play games, cook, and wander over to the beach. The hostess was friendly, quick, and professional. Highly reccomended!

From the price to the location and cool, fun things to do, this house was perfect! The backyard is so perfect! We brought ins of gear and could have left half at home. Golfing was so much fun! The outdoor sitting and amenities are super nice and well cared for.
The house is super cute and clean. The game room was a huge hit with the kids as we had a cold day. We will be staying again.

This property exceeded our expectations! From the game room to the yard to the open kitchen and great farm table for meals to the fresh decor…..we were all very happy! I would be very surprised if any one had anything less than positive to say about this unit and I have stayed at a lot of Vrbo’s .

Way better than expected. A fun escape home with family, pre-Christmas. Lots of attention to detail: quality upgrades look new, matching British appliances were tres cool (very practical whale bowls), plenty of space to relax and read/do puzzles/games, putting green, very clean. Excellent touches. Any complaints appear petty - but just to be complete - we like to cook, and felt a little constrained without a kitchen vent (smaller bathroom could also use a vent, or a functioning window. Overall, great. Strongly recommended … and the gift salsa was excellent and classy.

Our group really enjoyed our stay. There young children (2 kids under 12) really liked the game room. Everyone liked close access to the beach and remarked that the property was beautiful. We hosted a get together for the extended family and the outside area came in in very handy.

Not only was this home in a perfect location one street from the beach and kayaking tours the mangroves on the Banana River, it was a beautiful property set up with everything you might need. The arcade games, putt-,putt, bicycles, beach equipment with a wagon to pull it all! My family enjoyed it so much. We will definitely be back!

This property was fantastic! Plenty of things to do for the “non-beach” traveler and fantastic beach time for the beach person too. I really couldn’t have asked for more. The house was adorable and very clean and the extras did not go unnoticed. Lots of towels, plenty of “tools” to cook at home and really one of the best rentals I’ve had the luck to stay in! Thanks Jen for the perfect disconnect week.

This house is so well organized and professionally set up for a REAL family vacation.. The amenities inside and outside the back yard is amazing and beautiful. It’s only a shot walk to the beach also . My family all loved it and will definitely be going back again soon . Thank you Jen

JUST BOOK IT!!!!
Amazing! I want to move in and live here forever! First, the house is beautifully decorated and maintained immaculately. It is so comfortable to be in a space that feels so clean and inviting. It is stocked with everything you could need on your trip. We had 4 adults and 4 children (age 2-9) and everyone loved it. The backyard is unbelievable and has SO MANY toys and activities for the kids, the beach is just across the street (we went every morning!) and the super-awesome game room gave the kids (& adults!) hours of entertainment playing skee ball and PACman and others!
The owner was so easy to communicate with and super accommodating. She made every guest feel special with a handwritten note and a sweet surprise gift when we arrived. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Adorable property
There was plenty of room for our family. Lots of board games, and a game room arcade that my 6 year old grandson loved. Everything was immaculate, and plenty of cooking utensils, and plates. The only thing I would add to this property would be a fan for the patio. I loved sitting out there in the mornings with coffee, but the sun comes right on the patio. The backyard though was pure paradise.
