We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything looks just as the pics and all. Great location right up the street from any store and restaurant you need. The only thing i believe the host should do is leave the garage opener. Just the fact you have to get out the car to open and close the garage is crazy. But all in all . I love the property and will use everytime i visit Nashville !!!

Awesome place! Looks just like the pics. Lots of stairs though so if that’s an issue for you I wouldn’t recommend. My hubby and I stayed for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. Clean, well stocked, and plenty of places to eat or get drinks in the area.

What a great find! Beautifully appointed townhouse with everything you need - and we mean everything! Lots of little details. Kitchen was very well stocked. Living area was very comfortable. We have stayed in many properties and this was one of the best in terms of having plenty of extras. The 2-car side by side garage was a wonderful extra allowing both couples to have secure parking. Location was fantastic - out of the downtown madness, walkable to amenities and just a quick ride down to the hotspots. Manager was super responsive. Highly recommend this spot! Thanks.

Lovely home with everything you need for your stay. Beds and couch were very comfy. WiFi isn’t great so streaming movies was a bit challenging. Road and train noise was pretty loud at night. Bring earplugs and a sleep mask as there is a lot of light coming through the bedroom windows. Great kitchen for cooking. As others noted, there are two long flights of stairs separating the bedrooms from the living area so not for folks with mobility issues. There’s a good coffee shop right around the corner but plenty of ways to make your own coffee as well. Everything was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful condo, spacious and clean, a garage to park car and access condo, good location. Best for adults because of stairs (from lowest level to main level, main level to upstairs bedroom suite). Rooftop space was very nice (but too hot for us to enjoy when we were there). Would book again!

The pictures are spot on and I can say this is one of the top rentals we have stayed in. Location is close to town and we felt comfortable driving in and parking but car service was very reasonable when we checked. Everything was here that we needed so if you want all the comforts of home stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beds and pillows were super comfy. 10-15 minute uber ride to wherever we traveled, we parked the car and didn’t use it until we left. No sit down restaurants within walking distance. We ended up ordering pizza delivered the night we arrived.

Deck and fire pit could use some updating. Contractors started working @ 8:00 am on Thursday. Neighborhood would not be my first choice now that I have the lay of the land in Nashville. Overall did work for our 5 days in Nashville. Thank you.

We visited for my 35th birthday and this place was awesome. We were 10-15 minutes away from everything. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. There were tons of stores near by to grab snacks for the stay. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making my Nashville experience top notch.

My wife and I took our two teenage girls to Nashville for spring break. This home was perfect for our group with the girls downstairs and my wife and I upstairs. Everything was exactly as advertised. The property was well stocked with everything you need. Very clean, very comfortable, cozy and nicely decorated, felt just like home. The furniture is comfortable, upstairs shower is great and the beds are amazing. We were close to downtown with a quick 15 minute Uber ride to everything in the broadway area. The property manager responds quickly to questions. Checking in was very easy with detailed instructions and door codes delivered prior to arrival. I’ve traveled a lot and this is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in and we will be back soon.
