Staying at the Copley is always a treat. Our room was wonderful, clean and appreciated the early check in as well.

This hotel is a bit dated but priced properly. The rooms are nice size and have good bathrooms. The service is outstanding. the location is very good from a business perspective if you are doing business in the city.

You cannot imagine how special they made you feel, Michael and John at the door were amazing, they remembered our names, always asked what we had done that day, Amanda at the front desk was extraordinary, very thorough with our check in and also remembered our name when we passed . Rooms were super clean

The room 145 looked old, air conditioning system was loud and cranky.
The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and I can hear everybody walking and talking in the hallway all through the night. I don’t think the experience in that room was worth the money we paid.

Pillows were so so bad. My body and neck hurt with two sleepless night.
Bed is hard too.
Girl at the front desk looked like she was being punished at work. No smile.
The doorman pretty much ignored me when I have no suitcase to give him.
There was a time people would smile but I guess now they only smile with a twenty dollar tip. He never opened the door for me. Would not matter but I had a frozen shoulder and used my back to open and he sort of just watched.
Wow. America really needs to get back to being better.

We had a very nice stay. The only thing missing would be optional snacks in the room.

Beautiful hotel...room is comfy, clean, and spacious. Beds are SO comfortable. close to all things Back Bay. Staff is warm and friendly. Helpful and give great suggestions.
Would like to see another option aside from the Long Bar...it was crowded, so made it difficult to stop in for anything to eat or drink.
Gold suite was beautiful, and comfortable, loved the espresso machine. would like to have seen more options with regard to snacks, rather than just hard candies and nuts.

Great place to stay - and the Oak Bar is awesome

The only thing that bothered me was the "Urban Experience Fee". Just charge me for the room and be done with it. I feel like it was a hidden fee that was just a gimmick. Apparently it is a fee from Expedia. I will be more careful next time and probably book a room directly with the hotel. The hotel was great. Expedia not so much.

Beautiful historical hotel in a lively area of Boston with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping in walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Room was quiet and clean.

Great location. Our room had some ripped carpet but was otherwise clean. Good size rooms in older hotel. Staff friendly. Parking expensive and not many other choices in area that are less expensive. Overall, I would stay again but many other hotels in the neighborhood to choose from.

This is a beautiful historic property. Many important people, dinners and celebrations have been held at this hotel from my reading online and through looking at framed (possibly reproductions of) historic documents in the hotel's hallways. A framed document in the second floor hallway (looks possibly like a reproduction of an old advertisement), shows three Plaza Hotels together - NYC's famous Plaza Hotel, The Savoy- Plaza (was also in NYC - demolished mid 1960s), and Copley-Plaza. Reading the history of the hotel online, the hotel was designed by Henry Janeway Hardenbergh, who designed The Plaza. Our room's doors appeared old and possibly original. Our room's bathroom door knob had a Plaza emblem on its old door knob (the mirror image "P"). Was this part of a collection of Plaza hotels back in the day? I cannot find information about the hotel's original owner. The the lobby and restaurants and other first floor rooms are absolutely stunning. The hotel is next to the historic Boston Public Library and a very easy walk to many shopping and dining options. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The service from the front desk staff was outstanding. It was such a treat to stay here. Highly recommend!

My experience at this hotel was more or less, the service was slow, they charge you for everything, WiFi internet 10 dollars per day, valet parking 69.99 per day, apart from that you have to wait for them to bring the car almost 40 minutes, if you order food They charge you 8.00 for delivery to the room, plus the room had no towels and the sheets were stained and had a strong smell of Clorox. The hotel is not that modern, only the lobby is nice, the restaurant more or less not for the food but for the service. I'm from Palm Beach and I've been to better places.

We just spent a night but had a great time with our kids. Loved that breakfast was included and that Copley place and prudential center were walking distance. Rooms were great, bathrooms could be updated. Staff was on point and very nice to us. My kids loved the hotel pet lab in the lobby.

Loved the hotel and the service was stellar. The room I had was clean and comfortable but it could do with a good renovation. The TV was small. Everything else about my stay was very good. The hostess in the restaurant was lovely and kind as I was dining alone.

I have stayed here many times. I was disappointed with how they collected their payment. First they said they would not charge us until we arrived. Yet, a few weeks before I arrived, they charged my credit card for the first night. At arrival, they asked us for a credit card for incidentals. Instead they charged the remainder of the stay on the card immediately. We finally got it straightened out at departure. They should be more honest on how they wish to be paid. also, the front desk personnel were not that helpful on directions or information regarding time to the airport. We also had difficulty using Wifi.

The Fairmont Copley is one of our most favorite places. Device is amazing and friendly, it is beautiful but comfortable, the beds are amazing and they are not only very dog friendly but they have there own dog. It is also a great location in Boston to explore everything you need to see. You can walk or hop on the T (just. block away). Lots of restaurants within 8 blocks that you will not want to miss.
