Comfortable and nice room. Enjoyed stay

The ice maker did not work. Even after maintenance tried to fix it. A lot of the plugs did not work. I will not book again

The place is nice and the room was clean. What I didn't like was the tile floor in the bathroom was painted over and the paint was tacky so if you stood in one place too long it would stick to your feet and peel off as you walked away. Half the paint is missing due to this. I don't know what painting the floor was a fix for but whomever did it went the cheap route and failed. Peeling the paint chips off your feet isn't fun.

Only 30 minutes from downtown New Orleans.Both Bria on the front desk and the hotel manager were great to deal with. Only minor issue is no herbal teas available. Would stay there again.

Everything was great except the check-in. I had just been driving for 15 hours and was very ready to be settled in. Unfortunately, the gal at the front desk was more interested in counting her cash drawer before she even acknowledged my existence. Other than that, everything was great.

It does not offer a good cost-benefit ratio. The pool area is very poorly equipped, without a bathroom, shower, towels, etc. Excessive mosquito infestation outside the hotel and very far from the down town of New Orleans.

This hotel will go in my book for return trips...the best hotel i have been in ever for this price! Better than some i have paid twice as much for. Very pleased!!

We enjoyed our location of the hotel to the attractions we went to. The area the hotel was located was PERFECT! Breakfast selection was one of the best experiences at a hotel I’ve had staff during breakfast was super sweet.

Husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise out of New Orleans. It was Clean, Comfortable Bed with restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean property. Only issue was location in relation to where everything else is. At least a 20-30 minute drive to anything we were going to do.

The hotel and rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The shower especially was big and sparkled, Well appointed kitchenette. The bathroom had only two bath towels (there were three of us), but they gave us another without any problem.
We had asked for the two rooms to be side-by-side, but they were as far from each other as possible (on the same floor). Although we checked in early (4 pm), the desk clerk refused to honor our request to be closer.

I liked that this property was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and plush. The shower was great with eucalyptus and lavender body wash. Only downside to my stay was there was 3 of us staying in the room and there was 2 sets of towels!! Two of us showered... My oldest son had to wait till morning to shower. We had to find a housekeeping staff member who could give us a set of towels for him to shower.

Everything was super - we were so thankful to have working laundry near to our room. Complimentary breakfast was great and service exceptional.

My only complaint was breakfast was pitiful. I got down there about 8 am and there was nothing really left. So I didn’t eat, could have used someone paying attention to it.

We were only at the hotel one night, but the three of us slept very well. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean. Area felt safe. Would definitely stay again!

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Free breakfast, clean gym with a basketball court and pool. Only approximately 25 minutes from New Orleans so it’s worth the drive to save the money!

The hotel is in good shape. The room is clean. Free continental breakfast is false advertisement. All we got was grab and go breakfast. Come on a bar and instant oatmeal cup is not continental breakfast. The pool is under maintaining or never been maintaining at all. I saw no construction going on just green water. The kids were so disappointed.

I liked rge large bathroom and the suite was very clean. The walls sre a little thin so I coukd hear the neighbor's tv all night. Other than that it was a very nice place.

This hotel was so nice and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was not much around the area but after all everything was excellent.
