Beautiful, cool hotel in a gorgeous building. Very comfortable and clean and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and in a bright, pretty room with a lovely view. Also location is right in the midst of town. Highly recommended!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and clean! I loved its location and the service was great! The only issue I had was that the elevator I used in the late afternoon would not open for about ten minutes when I was on it. It was scary for those ten minutes but it eventually it did open, I told the front desk (Joshua) and he put signs on the elevator that it was "out of order". The next morning when I went to breakfast there was already a technician working on the elevator who asked me to explain my experience to properly diagnose the issue. The elevator was working when I left the hotel at 9:30 that morning.

Bathroom shower unsafe. Wall grab bar is too far from shower head. Since shower walls and floor are composed of a plastic material, floors in the shower are very slippery, and there wasn't a safe mat that could be placed inside the shower stall.

Easy check in and check out. Hotel and room looks better in person than online. Very walkable area. I was able to get take out within 10 minutes. The only thing is there is a night club across the street which got very loud at night. But I was still happy with the stay as it was very convenient.

Walking distance for shopping, food, and drink. Breakfast was really nice. Our complaint was a 5am fire alarm that went off for about 5-10 minutes. By the time we got out of bed and ready to walk outside it turned off. Then, im assuming because of the alarm, all we heard was banging and stomping coming from above us. 5am. When checking out I brought it up and asked for an explanation. "False alarm" was the response. I asked if there was anything they could do for us. They told us No, because we booked with a third party. I was a little disappointed with that.

Great staff, great experience

My daughter and I were going to a show at The Paramount Thestre We travelled from CT and due to Thanksgiving weekend traffic the trip there was 1,5 hrs longer than it should have taken. We just wanted to check in to the hotel and get ready for the concert when we got within .3 miles of the hotel Main st was blocked off and closed and we’re all feeder streets (not being from the area we did not know the streets were all closed due to a Xmas tree lighting) and parade). We had no idea how to get into n the hotel. The WORST part was when we called the hotel to find out why Msin St was closed and other options? She said she had no idea why Main St was closed?!! And offered no help we somehow found our way around thru more traffic parked in literally the last street parking space and walked with all our belongings to the hotel when we finally got to the hotel 30 mins later I told the girl at the front desk by the way Main St is closed due to a tree lighting and parade Shd looked at me like I was crazy. No excuse for this terrible customer service We spoke to a couple we met at breakfast the next morning and they had the same experience. When we went back to our car in the am we saw the route we had taken and if we continued two more blocks it would have brought us around to the valet parking but in the dark with all the traffic and not knowing the area we didn’t know. The front desk should have known and re-toured us No excuse

Friendly and efficient staff. I called for extra pillows and they were brought to my room within minutes. Rooms were clean and extremely nice.

This was a lovely place to stay for a wedding reception nearby. Nice breakfast and gathering places. We had a large crowd and it was great.

Old town Huntington is so quaint. There's everything you could possibly want in nearby walking distance. I wish we could have stayed an extra night. Next time we come to L.I., we'll stay here. Our first night we were tired and hubby walked down the street to pickup Rosa's Pizza. Coming from TX, it was so delicious!!!

Valet parking was great- I got in late & was happy I didn’t need to worry about finding parking.

A very good hotel, but...getting free wifi service means giving up too much personal information. That was annoying.

Comfortable, convenient.This was the old city hall, but it's fully renovated and completely modern. Downsides - even with Siri, it's really difficult to figure out where to park. You can park in the public lots near the hotel (4-5 minutes), which we used all but once when it was raining and we didn't feel like waiting for a place. Valet parking is pricey - $20 - but does include in-and-out. BUT, I noticed when we went to dinner that the valetpactked us on the street, NOT in the garage.VG restaurants nearby - plus the corner ice cream shop that super cools its products!!

Very nice property with friendly and attentive staff. The only recommendation I would make is to add more staff. At times the front desk is not staffed and it's hard to get assistance.

Better than I expected. Very new, clean and nice staff.

Generally good. The bath was broken and despite repeated requests to have it fixed, nothing happened. The daily cleaning of the room was average. Evidence of not cleaning up in coffee area etc. Staff on reception indifferent to most questions we asked them. Some staff not aware of the services available (laundry service). Staff let the side down.

One night room was very clean and quiet on my floors and breakfast was good

We very much enjoyed the location, which is walkable to all restaurants and shops in Huntington. The hotel is also very convenient to surrounding state parks, historic landmarks, gardens and quaint villages. Definitely will stay there again.

This hotel was amazing!! Super clean, brand new rooms, hallways and sitting areas! Our room was so inviting and clean! I would like to see a parking option other than valet.

It is in the downtown area so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Lovely historical area.

The cleaning staff was very disappointing. Beds not made and toilet not cleaned. Ice bucket water not emptied and water not replenished.

Great hotel and very well situated on Huntington strip. Near restaurants and shops. It seemed newly built or renovated. Big rooms. Quite a good breakfast.
