We have all cooking utensils and equipment for you to use but will greatly appreciate it if you can clean up prior to checkout and leave all dirty dishes in dishwasher and put all trash in the proper cans on the side of the house. OUR HOUSE RULES @ THE CABIN BY THE BEACH -WHERE TO PUT TRASH / RECYCLING ? The trash is located on the right side of the house by garage door . Blue can is recycle and the other is regular garbage. -CAN I HOST PARTIES OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS? NO PARTIES or Loud Music is Allowed after 10 PM . Guests listed at the time of checkin will be allowed to enter the property. PLEASE COOPERATE -What if I do not Clean Dishes? THIS IS A HOUSE RULE put all Dirty dishes in the Dishwasher Please -TAKING OFF YOUR SHOES? PLEASE NO shoes allowed on the beds or furniture or sofa in the house Be Respectful -I HAVE A PET? Only two Pets are Allowed Max their are exceptions to what pets are allowed Please Prior to Booking Contact me so we can discuss the size of the pet. Exceptions will be made upon a request. No Cats Allowed -WHAT ARE THE QUIET HOURS ? 10PM - 8 AM -ARE SPEAKERS AND BOOM BOX ALLOWED? NO -CAN I SMOKE OR USE DRUGS IN THE HOUSE? Please be respectful and leave all towels and linens in hampers in each bedroom -WHAT IF I KEEP THE LIGHTS ON 24/7 We would really appreciate if you can kindly turn off all lights when leaving the house -HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE DAMAGE DONE BY US Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount it will be billed to your credit card and will be reported to online marketplace. -LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT RULE HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR STAY @ THE CABIN BY THE BEACH

Nice property. Only issues were A/C thermostat control, which was resolved in a timely manner after reporting it, no bathroom upstairs, and a non working Hot Tub taking up most of the back patio area.

Overall good. A few things could have been better. The grill wasn’t clean. There was no grilling utensils. We did not have enough supplies for the entire stay. The owner was very fast to communicate and bring the supplies. The house was very cozy. Showers and bedrooms are big. The back yard is great. It’s a nice neighborhood. I would stay there again for sure.

We loved the location and peacefulness of the neighborhood. Josephine was very prompt and accommodating to our requests. A few things I would suggest is to upgrade the pots and pans. We found it very difficult to cook with what was left for us. Very old and warn down. One of our party actually bought a frying pan to use while there and took it home. A larger toaster would be nice as well. There was 8 of us and we only had a one slice toaster so we made toast in the oven, which isn't the same. Also, we could have used more outside seating. There were only 4 chairs on the patio and that is where we hung out the most. I suggest getting a few folding lawn chairs to accompany more people. Those are all minor things and easy to fix. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, I would definitely stay here again.

The house gave us enough space to spread out but also easy to come together. If you are looking for a cozy environment close to the beach and basic shopping, there is no better spot to go with.

Improvements: not enough towels, 3rd bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable, and the light bulbs at the chandelier blinks so it’s necessary to change it.

Due to hurricane Ian forecasted to hit VRBO property, Josephine agreed to allow us to reschedule. When the storm moved south and destroyed our home instead, she contacted us first thing, adjusted the days and compt one❤️. The property is tastefully cozy, spacious and warm. What was meant to be a birthday celebration turned into shelter from the storm The hosts are the only thing that exceded the property . Can’t wait to return for pleasure!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin near the beach! The house was the perfect size for our family! We enjoyed breakfast every morning and dinner around the table. It was large enough to fit everyone. The cabin was super close to the beach and many restaurants nearby to choose from. Josephine responded very quickly to any questions we had. The kitchen was equipped with a lot of things, the beach chairs were a blessing, and the game room was fun! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

House is renovated recently but needs improvements especially from lighting perspective. Bedrooms have just one light which at times is inadequate. Bathroom is one of the bedroom is too small. It was tough to take shower in the capsule like shower space. Top bedrooms don’t have bathroom Plus point is location for sure

Best weekend at the Beach Cabin
This is the perfect house for families for beach vacations!!! Clean, plenty of room, nice, quiet neighborhood, not far from the beach or restaurants! Fenced in back yard for the kids to run around! I had taken my own but there was a pack n play and portable high chair for use if you have a baby. This property was awesome and had everything we needed!!!
