All season destination with festivals all year round, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, shopping, dining, night life, and golf. ¼ mile from Holimont Ski Club and a short walk to village center (under a mile) for shopping and dining. Minutes from both ski resorts. Come stay with us and explore this unique village! Access to full amenities. Hot tub, fire pit, two story deck. Back yard area. Quiet and serene setting amongst other ski chalets sitting at the base of Holimont Ski Resort. Walk down the road for safe sidewalk access right into the Village of Ellicottville about 1 mile away. Off street paved parking. Walking distance to village center. Uber if you don't want to drive, bike or walk to the village. Walk to Holimont resort. Short drive to Holiday Valley Resort.

We stayed here after the New Year to do some turns at Holiday Valley. What an amazing home to stay and relax in! The house is perfect, comfy, and cozy. The hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes and the stream in the back just added to the atmosphere! It’s the perfect rental for any season in Ellicottville.

Our group had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Enjoyed the Bike Park at Holimont, quick access to downtown, and a round of golf over at Holiday Valley. House was clean, comfortable and provided plenty of space to relax. Everything was well stocked and the outdoor space was beautiful.
Would definitely stay here again in the future.

I rented this for my daughter’s 21st birthday for her and her friends. The rental was very well maintained and the description was very accurate. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time with friends yet be very close to the village. The rental owners were very responsive and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend for families and friends.

We had an amazing ski weekend staying here. We had a group of 10 and all fit so comfortably. We LOVED the covered outdoor hot tub after a long day on the slopes and the backyard stream was so calming. The short distance to downtown and Holiday Valley was convenient to enjoy both Elicottville shops and dining and skiing with ease. There were so many personal touches in the home that made it homey and enjoyable. From cooking (utensils, extra oil, seasoning, pans) to comfortable seating and wifi. we would 100% recommend this stay!!

Clean, bright, beautiful property inside and our, perfectly set up for a group weekend rental. Had all the amenities and then some. Craig and his family were responsive and very helpful.

We rented this beautiful unit for a weekend in Ellicottville before ski season. We loved the layout and all the amenities! Everything was new and great style though-out the place. Would also be a great layout for families with kids. Lots of separate space with the 3 floors to give kids their own living area. We were able to walk the mile to town to hit the shops, bars and restaurants. Hosts were readily available if we needed anything. We enjoyed the new hot tub and the fire pit along the creek. We were able to hike right from the unit to Spruce Lake. Looking forward to renting during ski season. Walkable to Holimont lifts and a quick drive to Holiday Valley slopes. Highly recommend! Fun weekend with friends. Thanks Jess & Craig!

We had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful location. The property was so nicely appointed and the hot tub was on point! The other side was empty so we had the yard and deck to ourselves.

This property was excellent! Great scenery in the back yard and a very nice deck with a patio. Has all of the amenities you could need. Bigger place than expected. Perfect for fall fest wasn’t too bad of a walk to town only about 20 mins

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, it was cozy and perfect for a family, along with being so close to the town. It felt like we were deep in nature without having to be. Craig was extremely responsive to my every question and offered plenty of suggestion on things to do. Definitely staying here and will look to visit again when I am in the area next.
